Lady Lakota vs White Feather (Aftermath): Recovery

"I'd love to," said Layla. "But I believe it is best for some other time. Come on, let's get back to bed before the nurse comes back. We don't want to get in trouble." After rubbing her feet a little more, she scrambled to get to her bed.

“Well, yeah, right now is not the best time,” Janet agreed, pulling herself up back into her bed and quickly covering herself with the sheets. “But this isnâ€t over, sweetie!”

The nurse would walk in just seconds later to find both girls laying down in their beds, looking sweetly up at her. “Well, the two of you seem to be recovering just fine!” she said, with a little laugh.

"Back at 'cha." said Layla with a wink as she pulled her own covers up The nurse would come in and saw that everything looked perfectly normal from when she left it. Layla replied to the nurse, "We sure are, nurse. We are itching to fight again soon...just as long as this cramp in the back of my head doesn't get me first."

Janet nodded in agreement with her former opponent. “Yeah, we canâ€t wait to get another shot at each other, maâ€am. Though my head is still aching a little, too.”

The nurse smiled and refilled the girls†water glasses. “Well, just take it easy for a while. The two of you whacked each other awfully hard at the end, there, and you want to be sure that everythingâ€s alright before any strenuous physical activity.”

Layla nodded in understanding and said, "Alright, nurse. Thanks again for taking care of us." She would slowly take her glass her water and take a little sip.

Janet laughed and took a drink of water. “See, you gotta be careful and not do any serious physical activity, because I really walloped you at the end there,” she said, giggling and winking at her former opponent.

Layla giggled when Janet said that she walloped her in the end. "Did not!" she playfully protested. "The same went for you too!"

“Did too!” Janet retorted, laughing and sticking out her tongue when Layla shot back how she had been walloped, as well. “Any time, any place. I promise you Iâ€ll beat you, no matter what sort of fight it is!”

Janet grabbed one of the several pillows on her bed and chucked it at the other Native American girl, aiming for her face.

"Oh yeah?" asked Layla stoking her tongue back at her teasingly. She would see the pillow coming at her and caught it to chuck it back to her plus one of her own. "The same goes for you, Janet!!"

The nurse would be surprised to see the playful fight ensuing and put her hands up to stop it.

Janet deflected the pillows which Layla threw at her and launched another one back at her, but, as the nurse stepped in to intervene, the pillow would hit her in the midsection, instead. Covering her mouth, Janet let out a little gasp, but couldnâ€t help but laugh a little about how silly—and how much fun—it all was. “Oh, hey, Iâ€m sorry!” she said to the nurse, hoping that she would be okay.

Once she knew the nurse was fine, Janet would lie down and pretend to relax as the nurse gathered up the tossed pillows. Once she was gone, Janet would sit back up and smile devilishly at Layla…
