It has. And a rather good one who even shows you that certain words don't fit into sentences (too or to for example).

I have played on some boards before, and exactly one was run by powermad people darktower describes. AFW is harsh to newbies, no questions asked, but in reality it's full of win if you pull through. Characters are fair, the ideas for the board are very good:
Top 10 List, 6 Belts! just for Friction, Temple Games, booked PPVs with program, Cast of Characters for the commissioners, the list goes on and on.

It's free form and still structured! I really wish more adult themed sites were structured like AFW. It was surely said before, but maybe think of the opportunity you miss when you write a 2 sentence post nobody can understand. If you write a cockie cutter setting with additional bad wording, I can assure you that nobody from the people you targeted cause you liked their characters will take the bait when your settings are boring, unfair and your writing sucks badly. All you can then hope for that some nice persons like Dynamo44 or Alexandra have mercy with you and give you the opportunity to participate at least a bit. I tried to do the same, but to be honest with you, I can't. Cause I am spoiled from first class RPGs I enjoyed here and elsewhere.

Maybe look at some posts from people you like to read(something must have brought you here in the first time) and try to learn from it. It's not that complicated to fit in, really. Even lower evolved Animals learn by observation(worm: It rains, I gtfo of the hole). And you're smarter than a worm, aren't you? <img src=

A question and I skimmed through the thread so hopefully I'm not repeating this.

I'm sure you all know of the "monster" wrestler archetype, whether heel or face. If you portray a character like one, realistically that monster should RARELY be beaten 1v1 "clean," mostly from a physical and ability standpoint. Would having the monster wrestler going undefeated for medium-sized streaks be considered power playing, even if the character is portrayed as very dominating? What if the RPer wants the monster to sell accordingly to its portrayal? Obviously a monster will be fazed with a chair shot or a lowblow, but most of them barely faze from a simple punch for example, which is no selling.

I'm actually working that angle with someone right now. If you want to sell it right, then you have to basically be collaborating with the owner. The owner should not come to you expecting you to just want to eat all your characters alive.

Those archetypes are very dangerous and I would only recommend them for advanced rpers, honestly. The people who own and who will engage with monster heels all have to be aware of what is going on and there should be a lot of pre-planning.

To that end, yeah, they probably could plan out streaks of a few wins in a row. But, the good rpers can make the monsters retain their monster status even with a loss.

And again, everyone involved should be well aware of their part in the proceedings. I'd say if you have any doubt that you can handle the responsibility that comes with a character of that type then maybe it is not for you.

The monster type is also generally limited to one at a time. Otherwise you end up with matches like Goldberg vs Brock, and no one wants that.
