Angelic conflict ( For Valen)

Astrea looked on idly while Aluria spoke, she knew now more than before what kind of angle this girl was, someone that trusted the council but still wanted to protect the humans, she knew now that this wasn't the type of girl that she would want to kill, but she couldn't just let her take the spear either. It would have to suffice whit incapacitating the girl. But as Astrea had this little dillema of what she was going to do, she found that her sword had been batted away by Aluria's and that the angle was up in the air.

Her legs shot down and her feet buried themselves into Astrea's impressive chest, knocking her down on her back on the ground and causing a imprint of her body to form in the ground, " kh..Strong..." Astrea let out as she would attempt to use her wings to push her body up from the ground quickly and retaliate by trying to send a quick kick towards Aluria's midsection, a kick that carried nearly enough force as Aluria's did.

The tan colored angel was intent on pressing her attack. So much so that she was caught in mid charge by Astrea's sudden recovery.
"Guuah!" Aluria grunted as the archangel's foot caught her in the stomach.
As the force of the kick blasted her back, Aluria dug in with her feet, leaving a pair of furrows in the ground as she slid across the ground. Still, she was still on her feet, gasping slightly as she shifted her blade into a guard position.

Astrea's wings flapped a bit as she calmly flew down onto her feet, where she would make a quick swing with her sword to the side. Golden colored flames flew off the blade and vanished in the wind that blew through the area, Astrea's hair whipped back with the wind as she summoned parts of her armor with the help of the flames, that had started to trickle around her body.

Astrea looked on at Aluria with a determined gaze, " You might be able to leave here with your life now. If you apologize that is.." Astrea said with that same determined look on her face, before she would flap her wings and step of the ground as hard as she could, making dents in the grounds because of the force she put behind it. Astrea also used her wings to add to her speed as she dashed forward towards Aluria, with sword ready to swing.

The blade that was coated in golden flames would come swinging as she neared Aluria, and would attempt a sideways swing at the angels body.

Aluria, with a flap of her wings while taking a hop backwards, managed to back up out of the range of the elder angel's slash.
"I intend to leave here, with both my life, and the Spear." she declared.
With that, she launched an attack at Astrea. Her sword glowed with a soft, golden light as the angel channeled holy power, what she called Seraphic Law, into the blade. Then Aluria swung the sword, sending a blast of golden energy at Astrea. While the archangel would certainly not be weak to the heavenly blast, Aluria was confident that the pure force of the attack would be enough to possibly do damage to Astrea.

Astrea looked on at Aluria as she moved out of the way of her slash, it was refreshing to fight against someone who held power again, Astrea hadn't fought against someone who was powerful for years now and she had sort of missed it.
When the elder angel heard what Aluria had to say, she had to let out a snicker, It was sort of cute how the younger angel was so determined to take the spear back home with her.

Astrea soon saw a bit of Aluria's heavenly powers, it was the heavenly golden light that shun from her sword. It was a source that felt power just to be near, Astrea was not going to take any chances at this, when the blade came at her with that pure light and massive force that it carried, Astrea summoned fire over her left arm and the flames took shape, into the Shield of the Maiden, a holy shield that was near indestructible and held great defensive powers.

Astrea used the shield to block the strike, that nearly began to push the elder angel back quite a bit, but she held strong. " Sorry for bringing in the shield to the sword fight...but I got a bit carried away. " Astrea said as she would attempt to swipe her sword back towards Aluria's body, and as she swung the sword...flames would fly from her blade, holy fire that had a golden and crimson mixed shine to it, flew towards Aluria, a fire that even burnt hot at Angels and similar to Aluria's golden holy light, carried a great deal of force behind it.

Seeing the elder angel swing that powerful blade, Aluria took to the air, leaping up and over the flames. With a flap of her wings, she closed back in on Astrea. She raised her sword, as if to swing again, hoping to make Astrea raise the shield to block. If she did, Aluria would rear back, and putting all the force she could muster into it, kick out at the shield, hoping the impact would slam it back against the other angel's body.

Astrea wouldn't go at the sword with her shield, as Aluria came in closer towards her, the elder angel's sword and shield would vanish into a light of golden flames and then the beautiful angel would instead move in closer, so close that there was no room for Aluria to swing her blade. Astrea would attempt and grab a hold of Aluria's wrist and stop her from moving away and keep swinging her blade, after which the Bane Slayer Angel herself would attempt and send a knee up straight towards Aluria's stomach.

" You focus to much on the weapons young one. You are the ultimate weapon, not your sword or you angelic powers. What does this new council teach you if not that."

Aluria took the knee in the stomach, the force of it sending her stumbling back. The angel doubled over for a moment before looking up to address Astrea.
"Oh I'm well versed in using my body as a weapon." she replied. "In more ways than one."
She vanished the blade she had summoned.
"But it's not the Council that trained me. They merely gave me the mission. My skills come from combat against demonkind. All types of combat." she declared.
With that she launched herself at Astrea, leaping up as if to try a flying kick at the elder's face. But it was a feint. A flap of her wings would send Aluria back to the ground, where she would land in a crouch. From there she would spin and kick out with her leg, looking to sweep Astrea's legs out from under her.

Astrea kept and eye on Aluria as she watched the younger angle remove her blade, it was a sight she rarely saw in combatants. It had been long since Astrea had fought anyone honorable in the least so seeing how this girl removed her blade now was a appealing sight. She hated to have had to force the blade out of her hand, for an angels weapon was their soul after all, a weapon was any warriors soul and they should not be parted with one another.

Astrea watched as Aluria came at her, coming down towards her hard with that kick, Astrea went to dodge it and jump to the side, but with a flap of her wings Aluria came down onto the ground again and swooped her legs on the ground, Astrea just managed to flap with her wings and lift herself of the ground, before her legs were hit, and instead would then come down for a retaliation of Aluria, as she would flap her mighty wings and then try to crash down and drive both her heels into Aluria's stomach.

" That's a good way to learn, but if you ever want to become the best, you need to be trained by the best." Astrea said as she then let out a soft huff.
