Taking out frustrations (open RP/mixed spar challenge)

Max let out a shout of pain, realizing that despite his efforts, his arm was pretty much Makie's prisoner for the time being. She wrenched on his arm, causing him to jump a bit, but then he suddenly felt what seemed to be an eternity of relief. However, he also felt himself rushing towards the ropes, face first.

He was prompted to bounce off of the ropes and turn his body around as he tried to use the thrown momentum to attempt to clothesline Makie with his good arm as he rushed back at her.

Unfortunately for Max, Makie had other ideas.

As soon as she threw Max towards the ropes, Makie broke into a run, springing lightly on her heels. As soon as Max came bouncing back towards her, Makie leapt forwards, feet-first, aiming to nail her silver-haired opponent with a drop kick to the chest. Hopefully, that would knock him down and soften him up for even further moves.

Max had no sooner extended his arm than had his air knocked out of him from his chest by a pair of feet. So confused in his momentum shift, Max was forced off of his feet by the black-haired Makie. The silver-haired maniac had fallen to the mat once more and was prone to more damage.

This was not how he had liked to start a match, let alone a spar: down with no real point of note where he had control. Something had to be done to shift it in his favor, but what?

Landing on her butt, Makie quickly rolled onto her feet. So far, she had been doing a very good job of keeping control of this match. That part of her was absolutely thrilled, but a part of her also remembered what Kyo had taught her in their own sparring sessions. Never treat a sparring match like a real match. Remember, both of you are fighting for practice and learning, not to cripple each other.

Evn so, she couldn't resist some light-hearted banter as she closed the distance with Max. "You said something earlier about me being crafty?" she teased, resisting her instinct to knee drop his chest and instead grabbing at his wrist to pull him to his feet. If she managed to pull him up, she would drop back and shoot her legs around his head, before dropping back to flip him head over heels onto his back.

Max quickly regained his breath, laying on his back. What the hell is going on here...you're getting your ass handed to you... he thought as he lay there. As Makie got closer to Max once more, he was slowly trying to roll to his side to try and start to get up.

He started looking towards Makie when she made her teasing words, which brought a slight smile to his face, reassured that this was all still "friendly", but the smile soon went away as he was stood up. He was still feeling the effects from the drop-kick, but that didn't slow his reflexes when he was suddenly affronted by a pair of legs wrapping around his head while he stood. His instinct told him to grab a hold of them with his arms while he tried to remain standing. He wasn't going back onto that mat without a fight! If Max could manage, he would try standing at full height with Makie's legs being his prisoner, aiming to use the situation to his advantage, but it might be difficult for him to accomplish the feat given Makie's swinging of her momentum to flip him over!

As she hooked her legs around Max's head, Makie swung her lower body to execute the swing...

...and went wide-eyed as nothing happened. Contrary to her expectations, Max had braced himself just in time! She was now hanging upside-down from Max's head, her legs still locked around him.

"Oh fuck!" she swore. She reacted quickly, arching her lithe body (potentially giving Max a nice view of her butt in the process, but that was the least of her concerns right now), and reaching down with her arms to grab at Max's ankles. Shifting her weight again, she would try again for the flip, tugging hard on Max's ankles as she did so in order to unbalance him. If this didn't work, however, she knew she was in big trouble.

Max couldn't help but smile as he noticed that he was standing tall with Makie captive by her legs. Things were finally going his way. He looked downwards just in time to indeed note the fit, attractive butt of his opponent, but not too long before feeling his ankles grabbed. He needed to act fast, feeling Makie tugging on his ankles to try and flip him again. The silver-haired man could only think of one thing: just simply falling forward. Most likely Makie's attempt to flip him would cause his head to hit the mat, but he had hoped that the full force of his body impacting Makie would be just as effective.

No sooner had Makie started to tug on Max's heels when he went falling forwards. "Whaaa--" was all she managed to say before she was slammed into the mat. Her head hit the mat first, causing colours to explode across her vision as she was momentarily stunned. A split second after that, her lighter body crashed into the mat, with Max's heavier form slamming down on top. Her legs jolted, and she lay under Max, completely dazed by the slam.

Max fell forward, hearing Makie's head hit the mat, worrying him only slightly. What should have worried Max was that Makie's legs were wrapped around his head, meaning his head was going to be the next part of the entangled bodies to hit mat. Not but a few moments later, the rest of their mass had hit mat, shaking the ring. Max officially had a headache, causing him to reach for his head with both hands while trying to roll off of Makie and onto his back.

Surely Makie was in worse condition than Max, but he wasn't exactly healthy, given all that had happened. When the throbbing in his head had gone down a bit, Max would crawl his way to try and plop his torso onto Makie's chest, reaching for a leg to hook, assuming she was still stunned at the time. He would count out loud while slapping his one hand to the mat, "One..."

Makie groaned as she felt Max's body pressing down against her chest. Her head was swimming from the impact to the mat, and all she could do was shake her head slightly, trying in vain to fight off the dizziness.

"One," she heard a voice say.

Her body instantly reacted in instinct alone, although because of how dizzy she was, her movements were slow and sluggish. Her body twisted underneath Max's, rotating sideways so that her shoulder shot up, just as the "two" count would have been reached. She was still too dizzy, however, to do any other movement.
