Courtney vs Ryu

Courtney smiled and continued her grip, but as she saw Ryu begin to settle down, she slowly began to ease off."Sleep good, man", she grunted.

Ryu's reply to Courtney's tease was nothing but a soft sigh as he went limp in her embrace. With the boy held stuck in her hold, the ref came to check Ryu, lifting his arm and watching it drop down. "ONE...!" She yelled.
Four more, and Courtney would win this bout.

Courtney smirked as Ryu's arm fell down to the mat with a thud."What should I do after the match....a bar sounds good...", she thought to herself, waiting for the ref to pick up his arm again.

Ryu kept laying lifeless as the ref continued with the count.

"THREE...!!!", roared the crowd together with his arm flopping onto the mats again, while the ref lifted his flaccid arm for the fourth time

Courtney was pretty taken aback. The crowd hadn't gone this crazy for her in a while."I must be gettin pretty popular 'round here...well...I am fightin Ryu...he's pretty famous..", she thought as the ref lifted Ryu's arm for the last time, pride swelling through Courtney.

The ref dropped Ryu's arm again.... "FOUR!", and again, for the final count. "FIVE..!!!".
The crowd roared wildly as Courtney had KOed her opponent in round 1.

"Mh, only a little longer with you", she said with a smirk, releasing her grip and getting up, stretching and giving herself a nice little break.

After a couple minutes Ryu would come to his senses, realizing that he had been "put to sleep" in round one. Groaning faintly, the young wrestler would stand up, getting ready to resume the match.

His head was still spinning but he didn't want Courtney to notice, so he just stepped forward and got on his stance. "..Bring it..", he said, his chest heaving as the bell rung, starting round 2 to the crowd's joy.

Courtney smirked, bouncing from foot to foot."Let's dance", she hissed, running at Ryu she would jump, try to send a flying knee right into Ryu's chest.

Ryu's eyes would blur for a slight moment, but he could see Courtney come to him for a vicious flying strike, so he had just enough time to side-step away from the hit while clinging an arm around her waist and another under her lifted leg, catching her in the perfect position for a sidewards slam. Which was exactely what he would go for, dropping down with her.
