Soiuku is in disagreement with this idea.

I think his opinion is wrong, and argue that he has no authority on the matter other than as an individual member of the board.

I don't have access to topic highlighting, sticky, or announcements apparently, but this is a good idea. I'll tell Kelsea.

Edit: Revision. I do have access to this. It was just in a really hard to find location.

Since more people read the discussions than the notice board and I'm not quite ready for a mass PM yet, I'd like to point out that friction (and later on Sex Wars) titles are also (possibly) going to be up for contention.
