Femi had actually been happier than ever. She had fallen in love, and had sex within the same hour; the man giving her treatment she hadn't felt in ages. The brunette felt healed of her depressive angst, selfishly forgetting all about Sydney and Yona. In fact, she hadn't really communicated with her daughter in a while, the veteran soaking in all the fame and critical acclaim she was getting for returning to the ring after actual decades of being absent. Now, she came into this match, confident as ever. It was ironic, as she never even considered herself a good wrestler back in her prime; she'd always doubt herself, even if she was actually pretty good at what she did. Some would say that she was rather talented. However, this match would decide if her debut was a fluke or not.
Fans of all generations were rushing to their seats to experience the arrival of the one and only, Femi Zahara. Minutes later, that's what they'd get as she ran through the curtains, leaping in the air, despite her weight. Mid-flight, she stuck up a "peace" sign and placed an arm over her knees, as if she was riding a skateboard. She was sure the pose would be great for potential photoshoots, the woman, once she got back down, planting herself next to her fans, letting them all gather around her—the barricade pressed to its limits as the crowd all clung to the wrestler in adoration for her proud, chubby figure. As a matter of fact, being touched near her belly flabs and her popped out gut, only seemed to fill her up with more confidence. In her mind, she should have pride in her body, the people having accepted her for who she was, and that a man, such as her current partner, would even have sex with her. She giggled along with some fangirls, the mother tender with her young fans as she wrapped her arms around them. She didn't even give a single thought to her opponent, under the impression that the win was easily hers for the taking. One match in, and she thought the new generation of fighters were a joke.
She eventually tossed Reva a bone, however, strolling over to the ring and getting inside to confront her. In all honesty, from her attitude, you would have thought she was an older, chubbier version of Yona Giovanni from the way she practically oozed confidence, but the difference was still there. Femi loved the spotlight, and being with her adoring fans. She was a traditional wrestler in all sense of the word, and would cherish the fame for as long as she had such a spotlight on her.
"Heyyy, Mama," she sang, adoring Reva's lovely appearance, "You may be pretty, but I'm not gonna go easy, kay? Show this old woman a good time, will ya?"
