Anyone play L4D on the PC?

Was wondering if anyone plays Left 4 Dead on the PC. =[ My teammates are always retards.

Retarded like they can't hit a 25 point bonus jump with a hunter in versus?
Retarded like they can't instantly understand the context of the phrase, "Boomer, piping out!"?
Or retarded like they're playing on expert and they use their medkits before their 2nd down?

Retarded as in instead of hitting the zombies near you.. They shoot YOU.
Retarded as in trying to 1 hit a witch with a UZI.
Retarded as in throwing a molotov into the safe house before we finish it and get us all killed and losing it and restarting the entire map again.
Retarded as in running into the fire as a tank thinking they're the juggernaught.

But understandable, just looking people who atleast have the brains to aim and know when to help.

They allow you to play lfd while you're in the emerency room? kinda messed up if you ask me. I mean the game is about killing zombies and there you are lying on the hospital bed and all. kinda sick.

Lol you're late with everything, I haven't been there for a week now.

I usually only play L4D at lan parties with friends and for a good reason you're probably now seeing... The only two times I played online with people I don't know was cause I wanted to try the versus mode.. First time I spawned as a boomer, got shot before I could vomit and then got vote kicked for being a newbie...

But heres the real joke, the second time I joined a versus server there was an idiot purposely being an idiot; spamming text, speaking jibberish over mic and doing nothing to help the team... Yet we couldn't get enough votes to kick him! I got vote kicked for one mistake!

Anyway, that put me off of playing L4D with anyone whose's neck is not easily in hands reach of me.



Actually I do tell a lie, I got L4D2 on demo and played loads of random games... One of the best ones was when I loaded into an already incapacitated player, everyone but Elis was dead and Elis was standing over my body laughing like a jackass as he watched my life slowly ebbe away... When I died, he then walked the 3 steps he need to in order to get into the safe room and I was forced to watch the end credits of the demo after having wasted time loading up into that game -_-


If you want to play L4D with people you don't know... you'll soon realise: PEOPLE ARE DUMBASSES... And their only purpose in life is to piss you off...

I'm a stupid, stupid person, so I figured I could buy a Valve game on Xbox 360 and not regret it. I have both L4D1 and L4D2 on it. Not for PC, though, I'm a Mac.

Fun, fun games. Sometimes I play with randoms, sometimes with friends. Always it's a thrill.

I have L4D and L4D2 and I've had a lot of good runs with friends and in randoms. You guys must just have crap luck.

I've even had several good games of Versus and Fuel Scramble, enough good ones to realize L4D versus is a shitty minigame.
