A Newcomer's Wager: Daichi Kazura vs. Zoey Andrews (D)

For better or worse Zoey was a competitor and even given the more out there request given both were still a bit new to all this, made all the sense in the world. Besides she didn't want to be known as a girl too chicken to accept a challenge as the important aspect was something to add a bit of motivation on both sides which caused her to grin a bit as it seemed her response caught Daichi by surprise least a bit.

Zoey couldn't help but giggle at how defensive he was about the submissive comment. "Oh relax just a little playful banter, besides we'll see how into it you are when we finish up in the ring~" Zoey said a bit a slight show of confidence before he seemed to make it official and she followed him as Daichi led them to a large ring they could use.

"Yeah uh think we should be good to rumble~" Zoey said with an enthusiasm as she stepped in the ring across from him, only doing some light stretches as she otherwise seemed ready for the fun bit of warfare yet to come.

Zoey was not opposed to playful banter it seemed, she would give it right back at Daichi who got a bit offended that she would think he was a submissive jobber. She would clarify that she was simply bantering him but he was determined to show her that he was no jobber by making her verbally submit to him. He would lead the way to the ring, before hopping up on the ring apron and then making his way inside. She would then follow him, looking to be enthusiastic to start this private match inside the ring.

"Great! I'm ready to get started then" he would say, jumping on his heels. The young rookie would then bring his arms up to his shoulder length, crouching low just a bit while approaching her. Once close enough, he lunged in to engage in a up-close-and-personal grapple battle as he pressed himself up against her, trying to out-grapple her and push her back into the corner.

"Argh! Ugh....so, w-where did you learn to wrestle huh?" he said while struggling, trying to engage in some conversation while wrestling his new found acquaintance.

Zoey of course loved some good banter, she never meant to personally insult anyone rather just found it part of the competitive fire. More than anything she was happy that Daichi seemed to take it all in stride. She would step inside following Daichi's lead as they found room int eh empty ring as she seemed to feel that fire rise inside her as this little contest began.

"Alright, give me your best shot!" Zoey said back as she seemed to recognize the stance and shifted to her own; bending her knees ever so slightly as she extended her arms out and moved to meet him for a grapple but as they locked up it seemed that Daichi had a point to prove as he pushed on her aggressively in the collar and elbow tie up towards the corner! "Woah! Coming in hot..." Zoey called out, but found her feet and began to push back as she tried to gain leverage and move out of the corner aiming to push him to the ropes.

"Nggg, Foxez Gym! Fun little place really, used to have my own before I joined up with them...big fans!" Zoey called out as she seemed to grit teeth but kept the flow going.

He nodded when she mentioned to give her his best and certainly he would oblige. The young man would spring into action, pushing up against his opponent and going hard with an aggressive collar and elbow tie-up. Daichi would manage to overwhelm his opponent to the point that she was pushed all the way to the corner. However, she would soon find her feet and push back, moving out of the corner to show off her own strength and skill, managing to move out of the corner to push him towards the ropes.

"Nrgh! Arghh Foxez Gym huh? Nrghh s-sounds kind of kinky....." he would say before breaking off the grapple to slip behind her, looking to wrap his arms around her waist to trap her in a firm waistlock. He pressed his front against her back, keeping her close to him while squeezing her as tightly as he could.

"You submit?" he asked with a smile on his face.

The match seemed to have an immediate back and fourth feel to it, just as quickly as she was overpowered and pushed to the corner, so had she turned the tables to press him against the ropes as both seemed to flex their muscles a bit. Though as she did she couldn't help but grin a bit at his comments.

"Oh it's serious business there, and yet you would not be wrong~" Zoey affirmed a bit, before Daichi seemed to flip things as he broke the grapple and as she was stuck in a waistlock and felt the pressure hit her! "Agh!" She cried out as her hands reached to try and peel them apart as she grit her teeth feeling him press on her back. "Nggg, f-fat chance I'd give like this!" Zoey said back as she attempted to wiggle her hand between his and create enough of a crack that she could roll out of the waistlock and flip his right hand into a wristlock!

"So, you submit~?" Zoey asked with a wink and smile of her own.

It seemed as if he was half right about that place, it surely had a kinky name but Zoey would be quick to let him know that it was a place for serious wrestling but did allude to the fact that perhaps he was not all too wrong about it being kinky. So basically, pretty much like AFW is. During these thoughts, the young rookie would transition the grapple battle into the waistlock and start squeezing his opponent out.

She would grunt out in pain but would refuse to give up, grabbing his arms to pull them away from her waist before quickly creating enough space to roll out of his submission. She grabbed his right hand and trapped him in a wrist lock. "AHH" he hissed, using his left hand to reach out to her grip before quickly twisting to her side and raising his boot up into her abdomen.

If that worked, he would yank his arm free and attempt to wrap his arm around her head, tucking it under his underarm for a front facelock. "Hah...give up? I can do this all day" he said, panting a bit.

AFW and Foxez Gym had a lot of similarities in that respect, something Zoey was sure she would figure out when she got official matches at this place. However Zoey was not gonna focus on that for the time being, she had a contest with Daichi here after all and as he quickly showing and this exchange of locks already seemed to show that this guy would be fun to tangle with.

Just as quickly as she flipped momentum around, a knee to the abdomen and a twist caused her wrist lock to fail and be put in a front facelock! "Nggg!" Zoey cried out and quickly struggled a bit, not intent to let him have his way with her so easily. "N-nnggg, n-not so easily!" Zoey called out, as she attempted to place her boot behind his right heel and push forward a bit, aiming to trip him up and slip her head out of the facelock.

From there, she would try to trip up his other leg for a full take down, and if successful she'd grab and twist at his leg for a leglock submission! "S-so, want to quit~?" Zoey asked back panting a bit herself.

Both of them seemed to be quite proficient in the grapple game, exchanging submission hold after submission hold. The two briefly had a small conversation about where Zoey started off as a wrestler but now they were fully engaged in trying to make each other submit. After escaping the wrist lock by twisting and turning, Daichi had the female wrestler's head and face turned under his underarm for a tight facelock. He squeezed hard but Zoey was not ready to submit.

She cleverly would place her boot next to his right heel and push forward, giving her enough space and leverage to escape the hold before grabbing his leg to take him down to the mats. "OUFFF" he cried out before Zoey would grab his leg for a leglock submission. "Owwwww N-no way" he would say, shaking his head and squirmed back towards the ring ropes.

He out-stretched his arm, grabbing the ropes. "R-ropebreak" he would plead while still in pain from the leglock submission.

This battle had become a technical showcase much as anything, with Zoey and Daichi each answering submission hold for submission hold as neither of them could maintain control for too long. In truth, Zoey found that exciting as this guy had some skill to him and the challenge is what she came to AFW for! At the moment she worked to exact as much pressure on the leg as she could having managed to get him on his back; twisting the ankle and keeping steady pressure.

However, his hand grabbed the ropes soon after. Despite there not being a ref and thus no "legal" obligation to break the hold, Zoey released immediately anyway and rolled back to her feet giving him his due space as she seemed a fair sport at her core. Zoey glanced at Daichi and held her hand up with a "that close" gesture on the last exchange here.

"Nice escape, slipped out just by a hair." Zoey complimented as she took a moment to compose giving him a chance to get to his feet.

Daichi wanted to play smart not hard, he figured he could easily escape with a ropebreak since it was close rather than fight his way out with a reversal to the leg lock. He had hoped that, even if there was no referee, Zoey would be gracious enough to respect the rules of the match and let him go and thankfully she did. After letting him go, she would back up and commented that it was a nice escape and gave him a chance to get back up.

Daichi would smirk as he got back up to his feet, dusting himself off and rolling his shoulders. "Heh thanks, you're not that bad" he would say, raising his arms up and circling her once more for a chance to clinch up.
