Yet another day, another fight.

One more despicable, honorable opponent to add to the others. Their faces blending and swirling around and into each other.

Just different pieces of pain. Nerves and muscles remembering being pulled, torn, twisted by the psychopaths that lingered in the AFW like dead leaves on the floor in Fall. Each one a little black splinter pricking the back of the Silent Samurai’s subconscious.

Violence defeats cruelty. Monsters vying for a belt that lost all meaning to the current owner before it came into her possession. Left alone by everything but nightmares and the brooding thoughts of giving in and falling to their level. To hurt everyone before they hurt her!

But the Samurai pushed through those thoughts. Like a Warrior pressing on through a blizzard, their will was being tested, but she had not yet been overcome by such dreadful thoughts. There was still a fire in Harumi Hazama’s heart but where and how it raged was no longer certain.

The Avalanche Entropy battle began every year just as it always did. This time, the Champion was the Silent Samurai Harumi Hazama. A known silent type, the woman started from humble beginnings and had managed to have an impressive record in the AFW. Her victories against some of the most vicious women in the Friction stable had helped her claw her way to become the newest Entropy champion. A belt that was previously held by Manami Kuroda, the Wolf Pack leader! Now, Harumi was facing a new opponent unlike any had seen in the AFW before.

Entrance Theme:

Just as always, Harumi made her way to the ring with her enchanting theme song pouring over the audience like a sorrowful rain. The sweet, moody tones were a distant change from many competitors' more exciting and upbeat entrance music. The Silent Samurai appeared just as the music began to reach its climax! A wind of Cherry blossom petals seemed to swirl around the figure buried in a teal cloak, the champion’s face hidden beneath a hood as they approached the ring like a specter in the night, practically gliding forward before jumping over the top rope and landing without a single sound! The Entropy Champion belt dangled from the champion’s shoulder. The hooded figure didn’t cradle it, or even seemed to hold the belt in any high regard herself. In fact, she slowly shook it off of her arm once entering the ring. Gently, she pushed it to the center where the referee stood, but otherwise made no attempt to give the crowd much. Harumi was far more professional then most would expect, but even her cold attitude seemed to be seeping through her cloak.

She knew exactly who she was facing, and didn’t care to make a game of it.

After Harumi's music faded, the ring announcer held up a card, looking confused as they started to read off of it.

"Ladies and gentlemen, before I introduce the challenger, I've been instructed to read this card and introduce..."The Bone Soldier, the most loyal member of Samantha Ironside's gang..."

As soon as he said those words however, a masked figure crawled out from under the ring and rolled into it, clad in a black and red outfit, and a creepy white skull mask with horns!

Bone Soldier:

Shoving the referee aside, the Bone Soldier would grab the Entropy title and run up the ramp with it, as the heavy metal theme of Samantha Ironside would begin to play.

Rather than the woman come out from the back though, as Bone Soldier got to the top of the ramp, throwing the Entropy title down onto the ground, a panel on the ramp would slide open, and a large thrown would ascend on an elevator platform onto the stage, with none of that Samantha herself sitting in it. With a cocky smug smirk on her face, the woman would STOMP her foot down onto the Entropy title, showing the belt utter disrespect with her actions, as if it was beneath her, while her loyal minion stood beside her!

Samantha and Bone Soldier:

Was this a ridiculous and arrogant entrance to make for someone with only one match under her belt? Absolutely, but Samantha could back it up, and was here to prove it.

Getting up from her thrown, the woman with a love for causing pain and suffering stomped her way down the ramp, throwing aside her cape as she rolled under the ropes and entered the ring, only to waste little time as she immediately charged Harumi in the corner to try and splash her larger body against the smaller martial artist!

Harumi remained hidden in her teal cloak. Normally, she made a dramatic reveal of sorts, pulling it away to reveal herself to the audience in a flurry of cherry blossom petals and music! But perhaps that was a product of her cold attitude and more pessimistic attitude she had developed thanks to her past few matches. Facing yet another vile heel, the Samurai likely felt more comfortable in the heavy cloak’s inner heat since her own core was swirling with chilly, dark emotions and thoughts. Her emerald eyes still peeked from beneath her hood, but otherwise it was only her feet that were visible beneath the long and heavy garb. Harumi wasn’t looking forward to this fight, and if anyone knew her opponent's reputation they would understand why.

The Champion remained in her corner, silently watching and waiting beneath her cloak as the referee received a piece of paper, and was told they had to announce someone known as “The Bone Soldier”. As cryptic of a name as that was, no one had to wait long to understand its meaning. As no sooner was the name uttered then a person crawled from underneath the arena. She slipped right past the champion and the referee and scooped up the Entropy belt, sprinting up the ramp with incredible speed. Everyone gasped at the sudden snatch of the belt, but Harumi didn’t give chase. Instead, she watched where the culprit was running to. Bone Soldier wasn’t her opponent for the night, and she wasn’t about to let herself get distracted.

Bone Soldier would stop just before the very top of the ramp, wherein a platform would rise up from the floor and reveal Harumi’s opponent for the night. Ms. Samantha Ironside! Bone Soldier laid the belt at Samantha’s feet, but Samantha simply stomped on it, glaring at Harumi’s emerald eyes despite the distance between the two of them. The two held each other's gaze as Samantha raised herself from her throne and descended the ramp.

But when Samantha made it to the ring the fight apparently began! Because she didn’t wait for a bell! Instead, Samantha charged forward, looking to squish Harumi between herself and the corner post! Samantha charged with the power of a locomotive! Samantha’s cape hadn’t even hit the ground yet by the time she crashed into the corner post! But rather than have Harumi in between her and the metal pole, it was only the teal cloak the champion wore that kept Samantha company, as the Silent Samurai stood behind her in a crouch, ducking to the side in the nick of time.

“Tsk!”

Harumi’s foot lashed out, looking to crack against the back of Samantha’s knee! It seemed neither woman would wait for the bell, which sheepishly rang out as the fight was already breaking out between the two competitors!

Samantha's charge was wild, reckless, and powerful, the big caped woman slamming hard into the empty turnbuckle as Harumi was quick and smaller enough to dodge the blow completely, getting a loud "FUCK!" out of Samantha's lips.

Seconds later, she felt a hard blow to the back of her thigh, dropping the big woman onto one knee, getting another curse from the challenger, as she swung her arms out wide, trying to get Harmui to back away from her so she could get back up to her feet!

The difference in styles and personality were readily apparent in the very first few seconds of the fight. Samantha’s power was impressive, somewhat close to a force of nature as she struck the metal corner post and looked to be more annoyed than angry. The metal even seemed a bit warped after Samantha’s strike. The Queenpin had a temper by the looks of things and an intimidating presence to boot. And yet, Harumi continued to fight in stride. Her use of Samantha’s momentum and the quick thinking it took to use it against her was rather impressive to many members in the audience. If Samantha was a mountain, then Harumi was like a stream! She was avoiding Samantha’s brutish attacks with what looked to be relative ease, as though the two had practiced beforehand and were performing a rather dangerous dance.

A good example would be what came next after Harumi brought Samantha down to one knee! No sooner had the Queenpin fell then she swung her powerful arm to the side to try and bat Harumi away from her! And yet, the silent samurai remained! Harumi seemed to have the foresight to know that Samantha’s brutality would push her to swing first rather than observe her foe. So, as Samantha’s arm swung out, Harumi stayed just out of reach until she saw the opening the Queenpin’s outstretched arm provided! A break in Samantha’s defense that the champ would immediately look to capitalize on and possibly send a message to the rest of the heels in AFW!

If all went according to plan, Harumi would move as swiftly as a drawn sword and slip into Samantha’s defense, just past her outstretched arm! With a hop, she planted one foot on Samantha’s knee, and with her other leg SLAM her knee into the Queenpin’s face, looking to send out a thunderous impact across the villain’s face!!

Spoiler:

Samantha growled in frustration, having hit nothing while swinging her arm back. Much as she hated to admit it, she had been confident and certain that she'd smash right into Harumi and plow through her like she did her last opponent, and like she had in several indy matches, but Harumi was proving she was champion for a reason, and would actually provide a challenge.

As if on cue, Harumi went to prove that, stepping on Samantha's knee, causing the larger woman to look down as she felt something on her knee...only for her head to rock back as she took a stiff knee right to the face, the big woman letting out a pained cry as her body began wobbling, struggling to stay upright and on the verge of falling over!

Harumi felt her knee strike just below Samantha’s chin, and as a result the Queenpin’s head was sent flying backwards! Amazingly, Samantha managed to stay upright and conscious! The Silent Samurai had tried to make a point, turning Samantha’s dirty trick into a blitz of her very own and knocking the woman out in record time. Sort of teaching a bully a lesson by beating them quick and easy. But Samantha wasn’t going down so easily, only just occasionally wobbling on her one knee that Harumi had just used as a step stool. At least Harumi was getting closer. One more decent hit, and maybe the lesson would be sufficiently pounded into the Queenpin’s head!

Never straying too far from Samantha, the silent samurai would actually try and wrap things up! Looking to focus on Samantha, Harumi would try and use her Sword Strike finisher right then and there!

Samantha was reeling from that hard knee, blood starting drip out of her nose. She wasn't sure if it was broken or not, but it didn't matter, all that mattered was that it hurt and that pissed her off.

Harumi was running towards her for some kind of follow up attack, Samantha wasn't sure what she was going for, but she had no intention of taking it head on. Instead, as the Entropy Champion closed in on her, Samantha, with surprising speed of her own, ducked her body down and leaned it towards Harumi so that, when she came closer, Samantha was able to scoop the champ up onto her shoulders, before, in one swift motion, standing tall from her kneeled position and throwing herself back, aiming to drive Harumi down back first with a Samoan Drop, with Samantha's weight driving down on top of her!

Harumi’s Sword Strike finisher was essentially just a chop. A simple, ordinary chop doled out by a master of the attack with every ounce of power packed into the attack her body could muster. The attack could break brick, but Harumi tended to aim for the less vulnerable parts of her opponents bodies. With Samantha, that wouldn’t be too difficult. The champ came in with lightning speed, her arm already pulled back as her eyes lined up the shot she wanted to make against Samantha. But, at the very last second the Queenpin would make her move!

With surprising speed that Harumi thought Samantha couldn’t possibly have after tanking two of the Judoka’s best hits, the Queenpin managed to duck under Harumi’s chop and slip beneath the champion entirely! Only to rise up from the ground like a monster in a horror movie and snatch Harumi up for the ride!

In one swift motion that rivaled the simplistic grace Harumi seemed to excel in, Samantha turned the tables on the champ by hoisting her right off the floor! In the blink of an eye, Samantha seemed to shrug off her foes' attacks, and then shrug off her opponent by falling backwards with Harumi on her shoulders! The impact was explosive, the ring rumbling to the point that the metal support beams inside squealed with use as they just managed to stay together!

“AH!”

All of Samantha’s weight suddenly slammed into Harumi like a concrete block! The pain shot through Harumi's toned body, her muscles barely able to hold such force at bay! Samantha had the Judoka stunned for the moment, but knowing someone as fiendish as the Queenpin, a moment was more than enough!
