Cyber Saturday - Adrian Kytes (World Champion) vs. Alaina Sanders

As she pulled herself up from her landing crouch in time to see Alaina slump out of the ring Adrian thought it was safe to go after the amazon as she cradled her hurting arm, only for the arm doing said cradling to suddenly pop up and smack the champ square in the face. Adrian let out an undignified "Bleh!" as she reeled back from the sudden fist, her boots struggling to get a grip on the arena floor. Her innovative arm breaker might have seriously put the hurt on Alaina but a wounded Amazon was still a dangerous Amazon.

The jab worked but Alaina had to really hit her much harder to work her way back in to the fray. She jumped up at Adrian trying to get as much height as she could while extending her legs to hit Adrian in the upper chest with a dropkick! Not the most devastating offense by any measure but Alaina could rest her arm while smashing Adrian.... at least that was the plan! Adrian was not to be taken lightly by any means, even without the cheating and dirty tactics she was an incredibly tough opponent to face in.... or out.... of the ring.

Getting punched in the face was enough to scramble anyone's plans but what really sent people back to the drawing board was getting two boots across the chest. It wasn't the prettiest dropkick in the world, but with how much power was in the Amazon's legs it didn't need to be, it just needed to hit the thin padding that was Adrian's A cups and knock the champ flat on her back on the also thinly padded arena floor.

Alaina managed to take Adrian down with the dropkick, leaving the amazon to scramble back up to her feet. She wanted to wear down Adrian and she tried to get over to her opponent before Adrian could fully rise to her feet. Alaina wanted to grab her from behind and intertwine herself among Adrian. Alaina wanted to force Adrian to contort and twist as she attempted to lock in an abdominal stretch on the champion to keep sapping her while Alaina got to rest her arm a bit getting it back up to speed!

Adrian was faster to her feet this time than she had been in the ring, but that was solely because Alaina was hoisting up the champion off the floor like a combination crane/alarm clock rather than Adrian bouncing up under her own power. "Nggh!" She grunted through gritted teeth as she tried to stop the Amazon pulling her up into twist, starting to feel the burn even before the challenger had the hold locked in properly.

There was no finesse to Adrian's escape attempt, she didn't have the power or leverage to simply throw Alaina over her in a hip toss from her awkward and painful position nor did she had the ropes to assist her in slipping out. What she did have was her own heel stomping down on Alaina's boot, trying to keep the Amazon off balance long enough for her to try and sandbag the bigger woman, pulling her face first into the edge of the ring while Adrian hopefully dodged the metal frame and didn't hit anything too sharp and hard under the ring.

Alaina was trying to bend Adrian hard enough to break her, but the champion had other plans! Alaina groaned as her foot was stomped and the off balance amazon was fodder for Adrian's trick!

"ARRRGGGHHH!" Alaina howled as the skull of the amazon was smashed against the hardest part of the apron! Ahe let go and stumbled back, swaying and hobbling on limp legs while she cradled her head in her arms!

Ah the advantages of ring awareness, it worked even when outside the ring! Adrian shifted herself into the comforting freedom of the ring apron as the amazon staggered backwards, wrapping herself in it to cushion the blow of being poked in the sides by whatever the ring crew had stashed underneath. Felt like a kendo stick. Still, Alaina was hurting a little more than Adrian was right now, and the champ needed to capitalize on that fast. Pushing herself back up Adrian charged forwards, looking to tackle the bigger woman into the guard rail behind her, hoping the speed of impact would make up for the size difference.

Alaina was in a bad way and Adrian knew it. The challenger stumbled up and was unable to react or respond as Adrian smashed into her, forcing Alaina to crash back-first into the barricade! Alaina let out a loud moan of pain again as her limp legs gave out and the amazon was falling back down to the ground at the feet of the champion. Alaina was not starting things off as well as she hoped to, and she had to right the ship soon otherwise she was in trouble. Against someone like Adrian this was much easier said than done!

Adrian yanked herself up to her feet as Alaina slumped down, pulling herself up with the railing with a satisfied smirk on her face and the challenger right where she wanted her: in prime position to get booted badly. The Champion didn't hesitate to start stomping away at the fallen Amazon, grasping the top of the barricade to brace herself as she kicked down in the general direction of Alaina, not really caring too much where she hit as long as she did before her leg got tired.

Alaina grunted and groaned as the kick parade smashed her chest and abdomen! She couldn't let herself stay in this spot for long otherwise Adrian was going to run her down in short order. The agonized amazon tried to reach up and grab the foot of the champion with her hands using what strength she could muster to push back trying to shove Adrian away in order to create enough space to start a slow rise back to her feet. Things were already looking precarious for the challenger and that was exactly the type of start Alaina was trying to avoid!
