Charlotte Harenwood vs Angela Gil - A Royal Duel

Charlotte had watched her fair share of wrestling matches before coming to Japan, she was no fool. Better to learn about the arena and some of the moves that could be done, in particular the hardcore ones. Charlotte unlike her Cousin had developed a far greater taste for blood and hence why she was even willing to be in such a brutal match stipulation as this tonight for her first ever debut match! To help make her stand out with the fact that Charlotte would be far more inclined to be brutal in battle, yet with an air of grace in her determination to do battle and destroy her opponent. This was clearly emphasised by how Charlotte slammed Angela right into the steel steps with that power bomb, to prove that Charlotte had no concerns with being hard handed with her methods.

Still that slam took just as much out of the duel seeker as it likely did for the Golden Queen, for after driving Angela down hard Charlotte staggered back a couple of steps before falling hard on her back with her own momentum. Her breath was haggard, but even so the French girl was enjoying every bit of this battle. If the satisfied grin on Charlotte's lips was anything to by. She squeezed her hands into fists, to signal to the ref that she was still active. Said ref had wisely decided to stay in the ring rather than get involved between the Golden Queen and the Duel Seeker going at it.

Ms Harenwood's hand grabbed the nearby ring apron, tugging at it and using it as a sort of crutch. Charlotte used it to slowly clamber herself up to a vertical base. Then gritting her teeth the duel seeker would shuffle herself under the bottom rope and back into the ring slowly, it was nice to take a diversion. But Charlotte after that exchange was longing for the squared circle again it seemed......

Meanwhile Angela would be lay there for a few second before slowly raise her arm too, signaling that she still can go on as her hand turn into a fist before she slowly pull herself up as she stand up wobbly, she would saw Charlotte climb into the ring as Angela follow her

She would roll into the ring before pick herself up as she pants before she smirk at Charlotte "You're not bad!" She said as she fold her arms and give her a smirk/smile as she smile

Charlotte was no stranger to feeling battered and bruised, it came with the territory of her occupation. The duel seeker wouldn't be able to live up to her name if she couldn't roll with the worst things that happened to her in a fight, already Ms Harenwood knew she was living up to her name and title with this debut match. The French girl had long since dreamed of something like this, giving her all in front of many people and proving herself!

This was no wrestling match, this was a fight. This was the kind of thing that Charlotte lived for! Even with that pause in the fray where the adrenaline would subside and the numbing in her body would ensue, the girl would feel the pulse in her heart beat strong. For now though Charlotte would lean on some turnbuckles to help herself stay up a bit as she gathered herself.

The French girl panted quietly, moving some strands of her beautiful hair. Her forehead was drenched with sweat and her skin was red, Charlotte would keep her eyes on the Golden Queen, signalling to the ref that was able to continue. Despite her petite frame it seemed Angela was indeed made of tough stuff to be able to keep in the fight, Charlotte was lacking the energy right now to try and really attack her at the time being. So the Golden Queen was able to slowly make her way back into the ring. Charlotte kept her gaze on Angela as she spoke, earning a raised eyebrow from the duel seeker. The Golden Queen had talked a big game at the start of the match, likely she was realising the prowess that Charlotte had behind her!

"Thank you, you've been a great foe to clash against in my first battle here!" Charlotte said, nodding her head to Angela as a form of a salute to her. Before taking a deep breath and getting back into a stance, something was clear in Charlotte's mind. This wasn't going to be a simple pin or submission victory, the French girl resolved to defeat this opponent with a KO as a worthy foe rightly earned! Charlotte would seek to make progress on this front by lunging at Angela with an attempted running kick to the gut!

This match so far been better than Angela thought it would be, she would smirk as she ready herself before heard Charlotte before she smile and nod to her as she taunt "Come on, at good as this match is, I'm sorry but I'm winning this!" 

She would smirk as she look at Charlotte as she ready herself, before she give her a come at me sign "Come on!, I'm waiting" She said before Charlotte goes for a kick to the gut which cause Angela stumble backward few step as she goes for a punch to the face

Charlotte was starting to re assess her views of the Golden Queen here, at the start the opponent was someone that the French girl would relish bringing to heel. Still there was always something to admire about a person giving their all regardless of their moral alignment Charlotte would reason, a sense of valour so to speak.

It wasn't arrogance if you could back it up as the saying went, the Golden Queen had more than proven herself a powerful enough warrior to earn that moniker the duel seeker reasoned. Charlotte didn't respond to Angela's remark, for the battle was all that mattered. Charlotte never was one for trash talk much anyway, perhaps it would be a good idea to brush up on that however.

Still the French girl knew that this would be only a minor reprieve, Charlotte was already feeling the strain of this fight. Sure she could go the distance, but the duel seeker had her limits just like anyone else. It would be a struggle, a battle of inches she reasoned that would decide the victor of the fight. Such a fight was something Charlotte dreamed of! The French girl would smirk as she rushed into Angela with her running kick, just in time to receive a sock to the jaw. Making the duel seeker stagger backwards as she regained her vertical position while quickly checking for blood, but thankfully finding none. Still stung hard though, but Charlotte even in her battered state was a fighter. And she'd grit her teeth and press forward. In an attempt to spin forward and try to connect with a spinning backfist!

As Angela smirk, she would try to follow the kick with a punch as she try to punch toward Charlotte, but it seems she had the same idea as she give Angela a back fist which cause Angela to stumble back few steps while glaring and smirking at Charlotte

She would pants while rub her jaw before she spread her arm and smirk at the fighter "Come on! Girl! Let's finish this!" She said/taunt as she walk toward her, while she clench her hands into a fist as she try to give her a double slap, except the slap turn into fist as she hammer her head from the side

To be able to keep going was Charlotte's main focus in battle, besides trying to defeat the opponent. If a battle got to the tenth round the duel seeker would boast that she was more than capable of it, now she had better put that claim into practise! As indicated by how Char would bravely charge forward into her opponent Angela like a knight of old, taking hits and delivering them in kind.

If anything she was making a hell of a first impression for the viewers, Charlotte had been discussed as a knockoff of her cousin. But unlike Eliza who danced and cut circles around you, Charlotte would barrel in and fight you with full force. She didn't have the time or patience to set up a game like that, when you were already right in front of her.

She grunted hard as Angela swung around at her, the hammer strike actually earned a good reward in the form of a cut lower lip. Charlotte moved a finger to it before licking it. That was a slight on her name as far as Charlotte was concerned, fuck it. The duel seeker was hungry for it at this point, she let out a near primal scream as she'd barrel towards the Golden Queen. Seeking to grab her by the head and collide her own on Angela's crown with a hard headbutt in response!

Angela would grunt as she gasp in pain, stumble back few steps as she hold her hand, dazed by the hard headbutt, she would pants as she shake her head and try to clear her head While she is recovering, she would clench her fist as she throw a random punch at Charlotte as a act of retaliation 

Of course, she would stumble back into the corner as she pants and glare at Charlotte, knowing if she stayed, she would be in serious trouble, she would ready herself and let Charlotte come to her first as she clench her fists

One thing that people could already tell from Charlotte was that she was far, far more willing than one might expect from her regal attire and looks to get down and dirty and use barbaric moves in battle. While the duel seeker had her sense of honour and wouldn't cheat that certainly wouldn't stop her from moves that would even damage herself in the process, it was something that she even saw as a prideful point.

That your drive for victory was represented by your willingness to risk your own wellbeing in the process even, Charlotte was feeling it. She was close to burning herself out after these hard hitting no holds barred minutes in her debut, but surely Angela had to be feeling the pain too. One powerful strike, that was what the duel seeker was hedging her bets on.

All that Charlotte would need to do is land that and surely the Golden Queen would crumble, so the duel seeker hoped. Then again the flashing lights in her vision probably didn't help Charlotte here, as Angela on reflex would manage to get a lucky shot against the French girl. Earning a loud grunt from her as she staggered back as her head was left reeling from that. Heck she almost fell to one knee there, but Charlotte dug down deep and managed to regain her composure enough to spot that Angela was near the corner. Perfect! She was a cornered beast at this point.

"RGHHHHHHHH!!!!" Charlotte would yell as she would suddenly barge right at Angela, throwing caution to the wind the French girl would sprint towards Angela and try to lunge into her with a spear to drive her right back into the corner!

Of course, the moment she saw Charlotte start yelling, she would guess it wouldn't be good, so she ready herself as she stand there, she had to time it perfectly as she saw Charlotte, she would try to grab her shoulder as she lay down and use her momentum to kick her stomach and flips her, performing a Sacrifice throws as she try to use her own momentum against her

She would try to use it, but if she would miss, she would gasp in pain as she use the turn buckle for support, gasping breaths as she stand there, whimper in pain, of course, only if she mistiming the throw as she pants
