Charlotte Harenwood vs Angela Gil - A Royal Duel

Charlotte never really did enjoy being "On the ropes." as it were, usually it signalled that she was doing things wrong in her fights that led her to being at that point. Still however Charlotte also considered herself a fighting sort, respecting it when one was giving their all even on the brink of defeat. The duel seeker considered herself as neither however given she wasn't close to losing in her mind. But also she wasn't really getting anywhere so far against the Golden Queen, still Charlotte swore that one chance was all she'd need to hopefully turn things around in her favour. Angela might have been struggling, though Charlotte wouldn't have been able to tell that. The duel seeker however reckoned this chick could at least go the distance, but the French girl wouldn't take shit lying down. Hence why Charlotte was making for the ropes so that she could get herself back in the fight!

Angela though was quicker to the draw, making a dare at the duel seeker followed by her bounding towards Charlotte. The French girl's eyes bulged, though it was apparent in a second for her that Angela's knees were feeling it. Perhaps it would have been more prudent to delay an assault rather than try to press one, perhaps the Golden Queen had a bit of greenness to her as well Charlotte reasoned. Regardless it was time to try and do something about this, Charlotte had an idea spring to mind. Saw it in a wrestling match she watched one time.

The duel seeker would quickly lean down and take the top rope with her to try and send Angela tumbling over it and straight down to the ring apron. Since the match rules allowed no count outs Charlotte figured it was time for a change of scenery and the Golden Queen could be the moving transport for the new location!

She would scream in surprise as she miss her attack, which sent her down the rope and landed on her back as she groaning and gasping in pain, wasn't expected for her to duck and her fall to the follow would cause her to groan in pain as she lay there

The amount of risk was calculated, but man, was she bad at math, the fall cause her laying on the floor, dazed and open to attack and she groan in pain, not near unconscious, but still unable to get up, as she pants tiredly and groan in pain

Charlotte having been tutored in the MMA ring had learned to put the wall to good use, boxing her opponents in and battering them against it. So perhaps this training had led the duel seeker to think about using the ropes in this instance, to counter for her when she lacked the capacity to do so. Also Charlotte's instincts had screamed to get out of dodge there to begin with, the duel seeker was one that would gladly take on the storm. But with an opponent running straight at her without Charlotte being able to set herself up, yeah the French girl would seek to take a rain check on that one.

The duel seeker after sending the Golden Queen over the ropes and down to the mat outside would lie down on the mat on instinct, breathing a sigh of relief at her good fortune there before wincing at her injuries that she'd taken beforehand......That feeling of one dodging a bullet was very much what Charlotte was thinking, she patted her forehead lightly then took a deep breath as she looked to the outside. It was time to try and continue with the task at hand, Charlotte would roll herself under the ropes and move into a seated position.

The French girl thought about taking a leap at the Golden Queen, however Charlotte would instead decide to just get herself off that apron and shuffled over to Angela. As Angela lay there the French girl would make to grab Angela by the hair and force her to a more upright posture with her left hand, then using her right hand to drive a balled fist right into Angela's jaw to send her crashing back down!

She would groan in pain as she felt her hair being grabbed, she slowly and wobbly stand up as she stand there, still dazed by it, before felt a hard punch into her face, cause her to collapse to the mat as she groan while laying there

She would try to crawl to the ring before use it to pull herself back up, the use it as a support to lean there, rub her head a little before shake it to clear her head, as she try to fight back by throw a random punch at Charlotte

Charlotte was feeling it, the thrill of combat. The rush that came with doing battle, doing this to Angela here and now made the duel seeker realise something. How liberating it was to actually take things to the outside, Charlotte after having delivered her blow to the Golden Queen had looked to the fans out in the front row with a sort of awe laden expression. Was this the sort of thing Eliza would experience on a regular basis?

The roar of the crowd as they witnessed combat, the French girl when she did her MMA stuff it was in a local gym with like a handful of people. It didn't go so well for her those days. But now though? Here she was in Tokyo, in the Friction arena in front of at least hundreds of people. The adulation of the crowd, this was it! This was what Charlotte wanted. To be able to perform in front of this many and prove the might of the Harenwoods, it was just how she encapsulated it!

Still though the shuffling near her had dragged Charlotte out from her mental dream, this was still a match and in that brief window of grandeur Angela had managed to scramble herself up to a vertical enough base. Charlotte chided herself and made to head towards the Golden Queen, only to be socked in the cheek area just below the right eye with a lucky shot! Charlotte let out an unusually girly yelp of surprise as the pain shot into her eye followed by her staggering backwards right into the steel barricade! It left Charlotte groaning quietly as her head rung as she lay there wondering just what the hell happened?!

She would smirk as she saw Charlotte get distracted, she would gather herself and give her a punch to the face which landed on the eye as she smile before taunt "Yo! Don't get distract" She said with a smug smirk

She would charge and give her stomach a Yakuza stomp before she grab her head and give her a knee to her face, with confident, she would turn around and spread her arm to post for the audience, as she know her knee would stun Charlotte long enough for herself to post for the crowds and fans for a bit

Charlotte was seldom caught off guard, though again she was still quite green to the whole "Fighting in front of several hundreds or thousands." so it was that she had been caught entirely by surprise at the hands of the Golden Queen. Who likely had no such problems of being placed before such a large crowd and sprung into action to ambush the duel seeker, sending the French girl for a loop and allowing Angela to capitalise on this chance!

She'd drive her foot into Charlotte's gut, forcing the French girl to bend forward and yell. Just in time for her to be kneed in the head following this, the French girl had spittle flying from her mouth after being smacked around by the Golden Queen. Charlotte would then after this be left to slide down the barricade, with one hand on her head and the other on her stomach. The duel seeker groaned after this double whammy had left her reeling, but Angela's words were lighting a spark in the heart of Charlotte, eager to seek retribution. Such a thing couldn't be left unanswered in Charlotte's mind.....

Just as soon as she could numb that pain shooting through her head.......

After few wave and praise from the crowd she would turn around and look back at the french girl as she charge at her, she would try to jump up and give her a drop kick to the face before she would recover

But Of Course, the possibility of her missing and landed on the ground is also a big possibility, so Gil would play it safe by charge to her till she is close enough with confident that she'll meet her mark, then jump and drop kick

Charlotte was getting flashbacks to her time in MMA where she'd pay for her mistakes by getting her head bashed in against the wall while her opponent ran rampant on her, the duel seeker made sure that her privileged background wasn't going to give her preferential treatment. No Charlotte would fight against her peers as equals, it was the only way she'd learn she reasoned. True to form it was a hard lesson learned, the duel seeker took each injury as a badge of learning. So it was that the French girl would take this as a reminder to not be overwhelmed by the location and audience of her fights, for it was not their place to obtain destiny like she was in.

The duel seeker gritted her teeth, reminding herself of her ancestors and how they'd press on amongst the bloody battlefield. Often with severe injuries that were far worse than anything Charlotte would have taken, this reminder made Charlotte only desire to battle on. The duel seeker dug down deep as she glared at the Golden Queen, preparing to counter. And that wouldn't be long as Angela would seek to attempt a dropkick at Charlotte! The duel seeker felt that adrenaline of desperation kick in, the feeling in the back of your mind that was desperation.

Letting out a mighty roar that was uncharacteristic of the duel seeker Charlotte would lunge up and forwards, grabbing Angela mid dropkick and wrapping her arms around her legs. The French girl then dashed forward with Angela still held in her grip seeking to drop the Golden Queen straight on the nearby steel steps with a hard hitting powerbomb!

Angeola try to charge and try to give her a drop kick, but then Charlotte would roar before grab her legs and wrap it up, she would panic and wave her arms around as she realize what Charlotte was planning, before she could escape she would felt herself slam to the ground as she had a shock expression on her face as she lay there
