Not to be the nit picker but that is Kefla from what I see, not Kale. Unless I am missing something.

Kefla and Kale have similar names, but they are not the same. Kefla is the fusion/combination of Caulifla and Kale and considered her own entity.

I was going primarily by the ponytail in the profile and the fact that Caulifla wears a tube top. Seeing as she's without Kale's belt, I think your Kefla deduction would be correct.

Fan art is always a tricky mistress with all these alternate versions and parallel versions and twins who are cousins and what not.

I would personally say that Kale is free, since Kefla is technically the face claim here. Kale's image is only used as a reference for her swimsuit.

I would say that since Kefla is ostensibly an entirely new character, with her own renaming and new personality...she is considered her own entity. And separate from the other two OC's, Kale and Caulifa. So I would consider those two free.
