Regardless of how the people of Australia enjoyed the Matrix, the theme was not received well in the large arena. Jasmine Thorn was not someone any in the land would have supported no matter how much free beer they offered, the caramel-coloured Brit just projected an aura of contempt for other people that a rowdy crowd was not willing to tolerate.

The keen eyed observer would have noticed something through the red mist however, her attire was elegant but she had gone for high heeled shoes when even the most extortionately priced footwear on the show was at least somewhat sensible for the wrestling ring, but Jasmine looked as though she hadn't bothered getting ready for her debut, and she had a microphone in hand.

"Much as though you ingrates and imbeciles would ravage the thought of seeing a delicate jewel such as myself be debased for your amusement, I'm afraid I must be the one to bring the Australian swine that you all are, back to reality." The Emerald Empress began.

"I, your Empress, your Imperial Majesty, Jasmine Thorn will not be competing against the masked brute Satana Giganta," she declared to a round of fresh jeers "That masked fool will only earn the privileged of so much as touching me, by first having the honour of being destroyed by the Imperial Guard. So, ladies and gentlemen of the commonwealth! I present to you, the first and the best competitor of the evening. I give you: RENATA TAVARES!"

“Huh…Can she do that? I didn’t think you could do that in this type of match.”

“Well, I mean…she just did, so…I guess she can.”

Satana and one of her neighbors peered through the entryway curtains, too curious ignore what kind of opponents the devil would be facing in her debut match. Judging by the small one’s attitude, and her need for a body guard, it was not hard to guess these two would not be the nicest of people to have a friendly match with. As if that was not obvious with Jasmine openly insulting the crowd and her “royal guard” wearing a skull for a face.

“Yeah, good point. Oh well! Ms. Renata looks like a barrel of fun anyway, if a bit quiet…heh, we might just be able to give the crowd a decent show tonight!”

The large woman turned towards the rest of her helpers, all of who were putting the finishing touches on their makeup and adjusting their outfits Satana had made herself. She couldn’t help but smile at the sight of her friends helping her with her work, wearing her creations. Hell’s Baroness had all she could ask for, suitable foes, great help, and one heck of an entrance planned!

“Alright everyone, it’s just like we practiced! Get ready! We are going to show the fine Empress how to really make an entrance!”

Needless to say, the crowd was not in a great mood after being so viciously berated by the Exuberant Empress and archaic attired ally. Some had taken ill to Jasmine and her flippant disregard for the feelings of those who wanted to see her, others seemed to enjoy her verbal lashing. No one would deny that the pair had made a unique impression on the crowd. Now all that was left was their opponent, and what kind of impressions she chose to make.

As if to answer that question, the monitor over the entryway flicked to life. It held white for a moment, catching the grumbling audience’s attention just enough to peel their eyes away from the two figures in the ring. The lights around the arena began to darken, until that one bright light was all that kept the entire area visible. Some people muttered and grumbled even more, wondering if anything was going to happen.

Music began to blare out into the stadium as what seemed like hundreds of squeaking bats were released! The rodents flew right over audience members heads, squeaking and making some of the more squeamish scream out in panic…but some of the cleverer individuals could see what the bats really were. Props, dozens and dozens of them hung by fishing wire, all spinning around in a trained circle as the music swelled into a fury! Strategic lighting made the props have multiple shadows, causing one bat to look like five, and additional audio helped the flapping noises and squeaks give the bats life. The bats continued on their raged frenzy all stirred up by the violent violins that seemed to whip them up even more until…the music suddenly stopped, and the monitors bright light flicked off, leaving the entire area in Darkness.

But then, trumpets began to burst from the speaker, A hellish red spotlight flashing onto a fallen figure crumpled to the floor. A beat from the trumpet pushed through, yet nothing happened. Then another, slightly faster. The figure twitched slightly. Slowly, the beat grew faster, steadier, and the crumpled figure began to move. The figure was no man, it hardly looked human. It was somehow a walking monster, rising from the floor like a broken marionet, twitching and squirming in place as it stood back on its feet like the living dead. It lurched forward, but as the music grew, the demonic creature would find it had reinforcements.

Satana's Undead:

Four more creatures just like the first crawled, lurched, and limped from the entry way, moaning and hissing in angry tones as the violins grew more and more intense! The music’s drums seemed to give marching orders to the demons, all of which had their sunken eyes firmly placed onto the two women in the ring. Slowly, they moved down the ramp, hissing and groaning all the way. One even went as far as to lunge at an audience member who was too close to the rails.

Finally, the music gave one last climax, as the violins, trumpets, and drums all seemed to give of the announcement of a powerful being arriving!

Satana finally appeared around the corner, her shark tooth grin on full display as she peered at her undead moving towards the ring. She was quick to join them walking with a powerful stride that left a singed cape trailing behind her, flapping in the wind.

Okay, the cape is a bit much but its like Dad used to say…”No matter the size of the audience, always make an entrance!”

Two of her undead had made it to the ring, and mindlessly pulled the ropes apart for their Baroness. The other three were each approaching a different side of the ring, climbing on the ropes and reaching hungrily for both Jasmine and Renata. Though, none of the undead servants crossed the ropes. It was only Satana, who rolled through the opening her minions created for her, that passed through the red and blue tethers, undoing her cape and tossing it towards one of the undead with surprising grace from a woman her size. Her figure looked as if it was made out of nothing but muscle, each part of her body packed and toned to athletic perfection. Even without the two skull faced monsters flanking her, she was clearly a force to be reckoned with.

The music was finally dying down, going down towards a slow violin melody, to which each undead looked at their master. Satana’s Grin did not disappear as she flicked her wrist and snapped her fingers. The undead seemed to understand immediately, and shuffled away from the Emerald Empress and her guard. All of them retreated slowly back towards the way they came, the hellfire red lights fading away until it was completely dark, leaving only the Undead’s glowing egg yolk eyes to show them escape through the entrance once again.

Finally, the lights came back on, Satana’s milky white lenses staring at the two women before her. Her smirk hadn’t moved a muscle, her powerful arms resting on her hips in a confident stance befitting her character.

“So, the high and mighty Empress graces us with her presence? Heh, and you even brought a pet?! I suppose you thought she would save you from your fate…This is bad comedy. I have come to pass righteous judgment on you. The more you run, the more tired you will be when the flames finally consume you. But if Ms. Renata would like to take your place in the hot seat, then by all means. Her misdeeds will burn bright in the hungry combustion of judgment!”

If anyone had any idea about why Jasmine had substituted herself out of the match for a reason beyond apathy, they all got a reason when the living dead lurched their way down the ramp and bats squealed all around the arena. The Emerald Empress was Not Scared, but she was definitely as far away as she could be without leaving ringside as the demon of the ring made her way down while she took refuge by the commentator's table.

Renata to her credit, was less easily intimidated for obvious reasons. Against most of the roster, the masked demon would tower above her foes but the Imperial Guard topped even the opposing amazon in size, rolling her neck as she took of the ceremonial gear consisting of spiked pads off while the undead made a retreat to the back, her own muscles gleaming in the arena lights. "Talk of judgement all you want!" Jasmine shrilled from ringside, pointing accusingly at her champion's opponent "You'll kneel to me soon enough, Renata will make sure of that!" The dark skinned Brit promised, tapping her foot impatiently as she waited for the bell to ring and for Renata to strike.

No ceremonial test of strength for these two Amazons, the Brazilian wasn't going to give Satana the chance to show how strong she was, instead reaching out to immediately grab at the luchadora's mask with one hand, and bring her fist to the held target with the other. Basic, brutal, and hopefully effective. Showboating could come after the smirk was wiped from Satana's face.

Well, Jasmine was turning out to be quite an interesting type of sportsman. It was not very often one had such a large burly partner that would go with the theme of servitude, blatantly being ordered around like a house pet, even going so far as to wear a set of some rather gnarly looking armor to go along with it. Satana would be lying if she said she didn’t enjoy the theme they were going for, and the touch of medieval era clothes really tickled her creativity center, but for now she would have to wait. She was just about to start a match after all.

The undead had done a rather comical job of pushing Jasmine into a corner without even touching her. Her green mask hid her face well, but most people could guess that the Demon of the Ring’s entrance had shaken her. Hell’s Baroness took that as a compliment, a true appreciation of her craftmanship and hard work. It never occurred to Satana herself that she could be quite an intimidating force to be put up against, with or without the moaning and hissing dead and the screeching bats.

The Demon cast a quick glance over towards the Empress’s Champion. It was clear just by looking at her why she had that name. Satana had always grown up a bit nervous about her size, always being one of the tallest people in the room, but this girl had a couple of inches on her. It certainly helped that her body seemed packed to the brim with muscle.

But by the rings, she had a piercing stare. And the fact she didn’t say anything at all since entering the ring kind of gave Satana the creeps. It reminded her of a boxing movie she saw as a kid, where the antagonist was acted jus like this before killing the protagonist’s best friend…come to think of it, he put on a really elaborate show just before he died.

Oh great.

Before any pleasantries could be exchanged, Renata lunged forward, her hand grasping for Satana’s mask right off the bat. It was well known how much pride a luchador had with their masks, and how disrespectful it was to try and remove it. To start the fight off with such a dirty tactic actually surprised the Demon, both of her arms shooting up to catch the battering ram of an arm by the wrist. Despite Satana’s size, she could be rather quick to react, especially when defending her face or mask.

“Hey watch it! You almost got my ma-“

A heavy impact would finish the Demons sentence for her, Renata swinging a fist that felt like a steel ball as it crashed against Satana’s cheek. The Devil’s head swung with the blow, not quite expecting such a savage attack at the very start of the match. However, she still had her wits about her, and despite the sudden attack, the demon moved to counter.

It was as if each fighter was showing the other their power through trading blows. Satana released one of her hands that were clasped around Renata’s wrist and swung a powerful punch much like the guards, aimed right for the head, but with the foresight and caution to avoid the pointy bits of the helmet.

While Hell's Baroness had been quick enough to stop the giant Brazilian from getting her hands on her mask, she hadn't been quick enough to stop the Imperial Guard from going after her true target in that opening blow. "Wasn't aiming for it." Renata chuckled, speaking for the first time in a deep voice, a smile creeping on underneath the skull face paint as Satana recoiled from the blow. Recoiling wasn't the same as going down though, and the demon luchadora fired back with a fist of her own, catching Renata straight into her previously smug expression.

Her head snapped to the side, the loose helmet spinning around and obscuring her vision as she staggered back, still with one arm in Satana's clutches while Renata was busy fumbling to throw aside the helmet. It might have been some protection from punches from other angles but for now, it was just getting in the way. Better to let her black hair flow down before she turned to face the luchadora, her arm already swinging for a heavy chop aimed down on top of Satana's chest.

Satana could tell, just from that one punch alone that Renata would not be an easy nut to crack. For one thing, she had an incredibly tough shell for a nut, and to put it simply, her skull was thick! It was like punching a rock with a thick blanket over it. For a split second, the Demon of the Ring thought she had hit the body guards’ helmet, until her head rocketed away, and the helmet proved to be so loose it spun around comically, obscuring the skull faced woman’s vision.

Strangely, after seeing something so comical happen to someone so…freaky, Satana found her self just watching her for a split second, wondering if she should laugh at the absurdity or respectfully keep her mouth shut. It was a tough decision, but Renata would quickly take advantage of the Demons hesitation and make the decision for her.

After tossing her helmet to the side, Renata proved that he was a rather quick thinker when in tight spots, as she reared her arm back in a chop that smacked against the top of the Demons chest, the sound echoing out into the arena. A red-hot pain erupted right where Satana had been smacked, and the royal guard had succeeded in shaking the demon loose from her appendage, though that hardly seemed to stop her from rushing forward.

Satana was looking to smash right into Renata and drive her back, right into the corner. It was clear this match was going to center around who was the strongest, and catching the skull face sentinel off guard and limiting her movements could prove advantageous in the ling run.

Neither titan was going to go down easily, that was for sure, and Satana proved it by just charging at the Imperial guard. The demon's shoulder buried itself under Renata's chest as she lunged with enough force to go through a wall, forcing the Brazilian to backpedal if she didn't want to be taken down to the ground. Not that being pinned in the corner was much better for the dark haired giantess but it was better than nothing.

Wrapping her arms over the Luchadora, Renata attempted to dislodge her foe with sheer power, attempting to lift the demon of the ring off her feet and into the air and then use that hang time to shove Satana through the ropes and give herself some breathing space, nothing technical or fancy just a lift and toss.

Satana grinned as she smashed right into Renata’s defense, forcing the smug woman to retreat or get crushed under the Demons onslaught! The woman was intimidating, and one of the largest the Demon had ever seen, but it was comforting to know that even she had trouble holding Satana back, and they seemed to be evenly matched on the scale of muscle power. She pushed even more, motivated by the Guards moment of weakness.

Renata suddenly moved into action, wrapping her arms around Satana and clamping down on her like two falling tree trunks. As quick as she grabbed the Baroness, she lifted her right off her feet and tossed her out of the ring like an empty sack. It was a new feeling for the Luchadora, almost none of her past opponents ever going for a lift against her, so Renata’s strategy went off without a hitch, the Red Devil tumbling outside the rope and landing on the hard floor. A slight pain seared through Satana’s lower back as it took the brunt of the fall.

Rather then rise right back up and charge headstrong back into the fight, Satana simply rubbed her lower back and cast a glance towards her opponent. If she wanted to win this fight, it was clear she would have to out think Renata, rather then try to overpower her.

Hell’s Baroness couldn’t help but notice Jasmine in the corner of her eye. Apparently, one of the commentators had given up their seats to the Emerald Empress, and on top of that they got her a drink…how soft the staff members turned out to be when one of the more strong-willed competitors got in close proximity.

Slowly, Satana hoisted herself up, getting back onto her feet and putting together the pieces of a devilish plan while trying to keep Jasmines relaxed posture out of her mind. The image of her relaxing while her bodyguard did all the work really seemed to frustrate the Luchadora, making her physically agitated. Perhaps once she defeated her bodyguard, the Demon would move on to the Empress herself…

Jasmine casually applauded her champion's actions from her semi-comfortable seat at ring side, complete with a complementary bottle of water that was probably supposed to go to one of the commentators but the Emerald Empress took anyway. In the ring, Renata was taking a little time to relax as well, having survived the early burst of aggression from the demon of the ring the Brazilian took the time to saunter to the centre of the ring, letting her chest rise up and down with some deep breathing while Satana composed herself on the outside of the ring, turning to taunt the masked amazon "I'm up here! Come and get me!" she roared out, gesturing for the luchadora to stop stalling, even if the Imperial guard was in no hurry to get out there and take the fight to Satana herself.
