Training An Angel

Alaina's recovery was cut short by the sleeper hold and the amazon choked out a few coughs as it was locked in! Alaina reached up, grabbing Isa's hands and squeezing them. Alaina was satisfied that she had a good grip and began to use her trademark power to try to pry Isa's hold away, hoping to free herself with brute force!

Isa was trying to buy herself time to think, recover and form a plan with the sleeper hold, and it did buy her some. Less than she would have desired for though, as her coach soon began prying the hold apart with frightening efficiency - not that the Amazon's strength came as a surprise to the Angel at all.

However, Isa's arms were no match to Alaina's own, and the blonde knew she needed to execute her plan. Releasing her hold, the blonde got up behind Alaina's body, but trying to pull it up at the same time... Then the trainee would try to wrap her arms around Alaina's waist, and lift her up while falling backwards to send the Amazon flying with a German Suplex!

Alaina wasn't take it easy on Isa.... no, on this day the woman who asked for her help was actively taking the fight to the amazon! Alaina managed to free herself but Isa quickly adjusted grabbing Alaina around the waist. Isa began lifting Alaina with force quickly as soon as she had secured Alaina preventing the amazon from stopping the lift! Alaina went sailing up into the air, landing hard on her head and neck! "Uuuuuunnnnnnnggggghhhhhhhhhh!" Alaina groaned in pain, moaning a bit after as she rolled to her side, cradling her head in her arms as she laid on the mat.

"WOW!"
Isa was feeling sensational! Not only had she managed to weaken Alaina with her holds enough to make her a victim of her German Suplex, but she had also had the strength to send the Amazon swiftly flying through the air! This was definitely one of the moments, if not the moment that the Icelandic blonde had felt being the strongest, and she was hoping that despite her obvious pain and the competitiveness of their spar, her coach would be proud of her achievement too...

However, the younger blonde was already too smart to let her coach catch any unnecessary recovery time. Thus, as soon as she was ready after having observed her opponent for a moment, Isa promptly got back up again, proceeding in front of Alaina's body. Yanking her arms up, the Angel of Ice then proceeded to tuck her opponent's head between her thighs...before bowing down, and seeing if she could execute a Piledriver on the Amazon!

Alaina was writhing on the mat when she felt herself pulled up and put in a bad position. Nothing good came from having her head shoved between Isa's legs. One of her two finishers was a power bomb, so as soon as Isa held her Alaina reached back to grab the back of Isa's legs to prevent herself from being lift up at all. The amazon wasn't about to be victim of whatever it was that Isa planned and she tried to stand up, sending Isa flying over her back and onto the mat behind her! Alaina felt pain surging through her body, and the amazon was all too aware that Isa packed more power than she realized. With confidence Isa's offense was gaining potency as things progressed meaning that Alaina couldn't get stuck in high impact moves and think she could come out on top!

Isa's German Suplex had been a splendid success, and had even managed to surprise the blonde herself! But despite that, Isa's wits were still quick to think, and she realized that this was a great chance to turn the momentum of the spar to her favor! She just couldn't let her coach to get any recovery time, and go for something big herself instead!

The first thing coming to Isa's mind was the Piledriver, and that's what she went for. While she hadn't really had much experience with those before, a training session with her coach was a great place to try it out, right?

Unfortunately, Alaina didn't agree. She realized well enough the trainee's intentions, and her mighty endurance and strength still allowed her to fight back. Thus, as the Angel of Ice was gathering strength to lift her opponent up, the Amazon suddenly countered, sending the blonde flying through the air instead!

"EEEK!" was all Isa was able to shriek out before her body impacted the mat hard. Now it was once again the trainee's turn to be reeling on the mat...

Alaina breathed a sigh of relief as she managed to stop Isa from continuing her painful offense. Alaina was hurting and would be impressed with Isa if she weren't in so much pain right now. Shaking her head as she tried to collect herself she bent down to pull Isa up, moving behind the young woman. Alaina wrapped her arms around Isa's in an attempt to lock in a full nelson hold! Alaina would lift Isa off the mat to put as much pressure as she could in to the hold! Alaina wanted to put Isa through a bit of a painful hold and if she couldn't escape the amazon would complete it by sending Isa to the mat with a full nelson suplex complete with a bridge to go for a pin!

Isa had managed to have a good thing going for some time, but her plans turned out to be just a little bit too ambitious against her coach. Despite of having gotten just thrown by her trainee, the Amazon managed to gather enough strength to counter Isa's attempts, sending her flying with the Suplex instead! Not having had any chance to prepare for it, the impact to the mat was especially devastating to the blonde...

But Alaina wasn't going to let her get any rest. No, the coach was diligently playing her role as a vicious opponent, just as they would be in the genuine AFW ring. And it meant that the blonde was soon getting pulled back up again, no doubt to set her up for another throw! Maybe she could counter it somehow?

However, Isa's guess wasn't entirely correct though, as Alaina decided to put her in the full nelson hold instead! Not prepared for such a move, the Angel of Ice was ripe for the Amazon's picking, and promptly got locked into as painful and tight hold as Alaina could possibly inflict...

"Oohhh... No... Aaghhh..." the hopeless blonde could only moan, as her best efforts at squirming her way out of the hold amounted to nothing, and having her feet off the mat meant being totally at Alaina's mercy. It was soon obvious that the trainee wasn't going to escape, and that meant she was going to take flight once again, this time with a full nelson suplex!

Getting her back once again slammed against the mat was obviously painful, but a little bit of a relief as well due to not having to endure any longer Alaina's powerful hold... However, that was replaced with a powerful pin now, and the blonde was already too exhausted to muster up the strength to kick out!

Alaina held her breath for a second, tensing up her body to keep Isa in place. The amazon began to count and was eager to see if Isa was going to be able to kick out from this! Alaina knew not to underestimate her, and Isa had a few stretches where she did a number on her trainer!

"One........ Two........" Alaina said as she counted aloud the pin count, still trying to keep Isa in place. Part of her thought of breaking the pin to allow for more training, but kicking out was part of the training. She couldn't let Isa get a freebie in. Isa had to learn to kick out and figure out the best way to kick out of certain things. For this, powering out took a lot more effort than using her momentum to sway side to side, taking Alaina off balance and breaking the pin that way forcing the two to topple over to their side.

Partly still relieved over getting out of the tight Nelson hold, and partly reeling from the effects of the Suplex, Isa was really in no condition to get up any time soon. Frankly, she just wanted to stay down for a moment...which made it even more shocking to the blonde that her coach had instantly began the count on her!

Trying to muster up enough strength to still kick out, the trainee's rather weak attempt came only after the Amazon's count had already reached two... Was it going to be enough to break the hold? And would it come soon enough before the count reached number three?

Isa was hoping for the best. But even if she managed to kick out, it was obvious that she wasn't going to get back up any time soon. Not on her own, at least...
