Training An Angel

Alaina began to hammer away at Isa but was caught off guard by a flurry of strikes from Isa! Alaina groaned and staggered back but managed to stay upright. Did Isa want to trade strikes? Alaina was all too happy to oblige as she reached out to pull Isa from the corner only to rear back and swing away, attempting to smash her in the chest with a big forearm smash so hard that Isa stumbled right back into the corner! If Isa had something else up her sleeve Alaina was curious to see what it was. If Isa was really interested in going strike for strike with Alaina then she sure was curious to see who would win with no one holding back!

Punches were definitely not usual moves at all from Isa, not even strikes that much in general. But they were the only thing the blonde could come up with after making the mistake of hesitating for too long and getting pushed against the corner! Luckily, and somewhat surprisingly too, for the blonde though, they appeared to be working as her coach began staggering back, clearly surprised!

Isa was hoping for a chance to launch an attack of herself next, but the Amazon's willingness to trade strikes cut those plans short. And unfortunately, also proved the blonde that she had done a bad mistake by engaging into the exchanging of strikes...

The Angel of Ice became the perfect victim for the Amazon's forearm smash! The blonde hadn't expected it at all, and promptly stumbled backwards against the corner, dropping onto her knees while trying to take support from the ropes. She was now all vulnerable, and it was her coach's decision on how to make her pay for it.

Alaina was not going to be fancy but that didn't mean she was going to sit back either. Alaina reached out and grabbed Isa, pulling her up to her feet and landing a couple knee strikes to her abdomen to try to soften her up! From here Alaina kept hold of Isa's head and dragged her back towards the center of the ring, guiding her along. Alaina would bend low, grabbing Isa between the legs as she also grabbed her over the shoulder. She was going to scoop Isa right off her feet and spin around in circles before slamming her back down to the mat in the very center of the ring!

Isa's hasty decision to try competing with Alaina by exchanging strikes was certainly costing her dearly now as her coach's forearm smash had sent the blonde into a vulnerable position. She was hoping to get back to her feet soon, but not exactly in the way as it turned out to happen, as the Amazon pulled her immediately back up, accompanied by some knee strikes!

The trainee had just previously managed a fancy escape from being the target of Alaina's knee strikes, but this time her coach was making sure that the same way was not going to be possible by keeping hold of the blonde's head! As the Amazon guided her along, the Angel tried to send a couple of punches to Alaina's midsection, but unfortunately for the trainee they did not have enough power behind them in this position to cause any meaningful impact. Instead, the Amazon proceeded to lift the trained Angel off her feet!

Horror was evident on Isa's face as Alaina began spinning her around! It was quite some showcase of strength, and still managed to impress the blonde even though she had already been training with her coach for some time. And it also made the Angel of Ice feeling exceptionally light!

However, being spinned around like that also had other consequences, and as Alaina slammed her trainee back to the mat, the blonde was already feeling too dizzy and exhausted to get up! For now she was just reeling at the Amazon's feet... "Oohhh... You're so....strong!"

Alaina heard Isa at her feet and had to think of how to best proceed next. Should she go for a pin to see what Isa has left in the tank? She she try the same move again and see if Isa will recognize a counter to it or something? Alaina bent down, pulling Isa up by the arm. "Thanks, I hope you are ready though because one good slam deserves another!" Alaina said, giving a verbal prompt as to what was coming much like a loudmouth foe would. Alaina bent down, grabbing Isa again and attempting to lift. Now she would see if a counter came in some form or she would see if she ended up slamming Isa to the mat a second time!

Honestly, Isa had hoped her admiring words to provide her some relief. She could have even been ripe for a pinfall, just to catch a break. Unfortunately her coach was about to grant her none. The only silver lining was that she at least had the mercy to voice out her plans in advance, providing the trainee at least formally a chance to prepare herself.

The only problem was the blonde's exhaustion. The Amazon had been giving her a rough training again, and the Angel's options were already limited. Thus, her instincts were telling her to try resorting to something familiar.

As Alaina began lifting her up, Isa tried to purposefully make herself as heavy as possible, trying to duck her upper body as low to the ground as possible. Her aim was to get her coach's grip on her unbalanced, get her legs positioned close to Alaina's head, and then try to wrap them around it for a tight squeeze! Hoping that at least that could provide her with some relief...

As Alaina bent down to lift Isa the woman trapped her head between her legs! Alaina groaned again, dropping to her knees and grabbing at Isa's legs, struggling to get a good hold to pull them apart! The amazon was taken by surprise, groaning and gasping for breath. She tried to get her feet back underneath her keeping her arms wrapped around Isa's legs. Alaina was in position for something bad here... a power bomb... a pile driver... lots of stuff! She had to collect herself for a second to try to use her power to stand up and flip Isa overhead but she worried that there was too much time left for Isa to act before she could pull off the counter! Only time would tell if Alaina ended up on the wrong end of something big, or if she could send Isa flying over her shoulders!

Isa's idea had worked, and the blonde managed to leverage her traditional core strengths by wrapping her thighs around Alaina's head. And even though her coach was the mighty Amazon, even she was going to end up on the suffering end in that hold! While the Angel's goal was just to prevent Alaina from lifting her up once again, the squeeze was still enough to cause some serious pain.

The blonde trainee was hoping for her coach to just let her go, let her body just fall freely to the mat, so that she could release her coach's head as well. That's what her opponents would have usually ended up doing anyway... But Alaina didn't. Instead, she kept her arms stubbornly wrapped around her legs, and even though she did try to pry them apart and Isa only tightened her squeeze, the Amazon began once again to push herself back up, pulling the blonde up with her!

Isa panicked. What now? Her legs usually granted her freedom, not causing her to get trapped upside down against an opponent?!? Blood was quickly rushing to her head... What could she do? A headscissors takedown? The blonde tried to yank her legs hard, but with the Amazon's arms wrapped around them, her effort resulted to nothing. And instead, Alaina appeared to be in a position to once again showcase her mighty power!

Alaina was back up, and Isa was now held high! Alaina was running out of air and fading so she knew she had to act fast. She managed to stagger back up, and now she had to fall backward, hoping the hard landing on Isa's back would force her to let go of Alaina!

Even if free Alaina would need to slowly roll away after the impact knowing that she needed recovery time before she did anything else!

Isa was squeezing her legs around her coach's head as hard as she could now, hoping and praying that it could be enough to keep Alaina under her control! However, unfortunately those hopes were in vain, as the Amazon fought her way back up, making the trainee realize that she was going to come down in one nasty way or another!

Alaina's choice was to send the duo falling backwards, and there was nothing protecting the Angel's back from getting slammed against the mat! It was more than enough for Alaina to get Isa's legs release her head, and a good evidence for the blonde that the same old tricks did not always work...

However, Isa could see that her coach was still clearly affected by her hold, apparently not yet able to launch any kind of attack. Maybe this could be yet another opening for her? Isa decided to try taking control once again, but she needed some time to form her plan... To buy time, she crawled to Alaina's downed body, tried to yank her up to a seated position, and then wrap her arms around the Amazon's neck for a sleeper hold!
