Camilia was...nervous. Her emotions all over the place but that one was prominent and took hold of her mind more than the rest. She wanted to make this something special, the bull saw this as a chance to continue to prove herself and from what she could gather, give her a better foot in the door for more intense matches.

The platinum haired woman was putting on her jacket, for whatever reason once this patch of leather was on her back everything seemed to simmer down, she could only guess it being her mamá’s memory keeping her grounded. Slamming her locker shut, they’d take a rather deep breath, a slow exhale. Soon her confidence began to rise up in her core, she wanted to win this thing, nothing in this world would keep her from that!

As she made her way down the hallway, she began to think of a strategy, most of the time she opted to brute her way through a match but lately after Lucia, she had a lot to think about. It wasn’t like her to underestimate anyone, maybe jump the gun a little every so often though. She decides it better to wait and see what she’s working with so thattgought was set on the back burner. As she stepped up toward the curtains, the roaring crowd was already booming in her ears, her body acted accordingly and reciprocated their excitement with her own.

Suddenly her theme bursts into the speakers, she didn’t usher a command, it just came naturally as she threw open the curtains and stationed herself middle platform. She stomps, addressing her pose before throwing up her signature double devil horn hand gesture! From there on, she’d dash to the ring, her excitement skyrocketing, quickly climbing those steel steps and stepping into the ring.

Camilia could only imagine what sort of opponent she’d have for this tournament but unfortunately for them, she wasn’t going to take it easy on them. If anything her plan tonight was to crush anyone who decided to get in her way. ”Let’s do this!” She shouts.

"Rookie tourney, huh?", Alice would say while sitting in the locker room, awaiting her match.

Relative to AFW, she definitely was a rookie, arriving to the company less than a month ago...

However, she has been training in wrestling since she was a teenager. At 7 years of her career, she herself didn't consider herself a rookie. And being put in the tourney like this slightly peeved her off...

What made up for the fact was that a belt was awaiting at the end of the small, 4 person elimination tourney. And she had little doubt that winning the belt within the first 2 months of her career would definitely turn a heads of AFW fans her way, with her definitely planning to also hold 24/7 and Tension World titles at some point during her tenure with the company.

Of course, she still had to win the Rookie belt first. And that started with the semi-final match of the tourney vs Camilia Espinosa. The match was a standard affair, so rather than relying on her hardcore skills, she had to use her technical prowess...and a bit of rule bending, to succeed.

With a knock on her door, and a voice letting her know her entrance was due, Alice grabbed her trusty Kendo Stick, and left for the Gorilla Position...

Painless by Fozzy would begin playing to signal the raven-haired girl's arrival, before she would begin walking down the entrance ramp, pointing her stick in all directions, before pointing it at her opponent in the ring, wearing a serious expression on her face as she rolled into the ring.

After rising, she made her way directly towards Camilla, pointing her weapon once more at the taller woman...only this time, trying to get it as close to her head as possible, before referee stepped in thinking Alice wanted to attack her foe before the match had even begun.

Alice didn't even think of that, simply doing this in an attempt to intimidate Camilla, before she turned her back on the white-haired woman, and walked to her corner.

Ref would request to leave her weapon outside the ring, which she would oblige, dropping the stick at ringside, and awaiting the bell for the match to begin...

There was a lot that could be said for her opponent. A little on the short side, decently built but a bamboo stick/ sword whatever you called it? She had slouches in her corner before they steppped into the ring, Observation was key, this would give her a little insight into her personality type. If she thought about it hard enough it could give her an advantage but of course, that was only stipulation.

As they entered the ring, she was already making her way over, at first she had assumed that perhaps she wanted to greet her opponent. Camilia didn’t mind that, it couldn’t hurt to be friendly before they started, right? The mood swiftly changed at the sudden switch of the bamboo’s position. It was close far too close, her gaze narrowed into an unsatisfied brow. The referee stepped in, Camilia was about to step toward an attack but they saw to it that shebreturned to her corner. ”Eso no fue inteligente, ahora estoy enojado.”She states.

With Alice at the opposite end, the bull began to stretch and pull those muscles to a comfortable state, if they were going to play this game then so would she. Camilia had every intention of breaking this girl and moving on. She didn’t have the fortitude to be complacent about how she felt especially with this somewhat hostile aura aboutthe two of them.

The bell suddenly rang out, the Latina slipped into her stance and began to inch forward to her opponent. Her strategy for now would be to size them up, get an idea of what she was working with. In this case, she’d offer up her hands for a test of strength, this, as always. Was a perfect way to gauge an opponent’s strength.

As Alice walked away from Camilia, she would hear the white-haired Latina say something to her in her native language...

And as Alice turned around to face her from the opposite corner, all the Brit could respond with was: "No...hablo...Spanish? I think?".

Alice fumbled at her comeback. She couldn't let a possible botch in Spanish be her final words to her opponent before the match got underway: "But even if I did, whatever. I am still going to win this whole thing"

"That works, right?", she would think to herself...

With those final words to Camilia, the bell would ring, and the match would be officially under way!

With this being a standard match, there was no other option for the Pale Rider but to start the match off slow, trying to see if her foe would opt for the first attack...

Which she would, in a way, as Camilia raised her arms in the air, challenging the Brit to a Test of Strength.

"Alright...let's try this..."

Alice would slowly edge closer towards her opponent, somewhat expecting fowl play from her...

...but, as she did not jump her as she took her hand in her's, meaning the Test of Strength was on!

Due to Alice's small size, it seemed unlikely for her to overpower her much larger foe...but she still poured every bit of her strength possible towards Camilia, trying to see if she could do the impossible and overpower the Latina!

Camilia was keen on showing off just a little, her slightly smaller opponent seemed reluctant to oblige her challenge. With their palms pressed and fingers interlocked, she pushes her strength on, her boots digging into the mat. Alice didn’t seem the type to just let anyone walk over them and to that degree, the Latina felt some resistance. If this were anything but a tournament she’d have gone all out at the get go to prove herself but that could only lead to disaster in thosbsituation.

Still, Camilia presses on. Her body giving as much as it could to push Gaster back, intent on making some ground for herself. If she were able to guide her anywhere, the best spot would have to be the turnbuckle. The bull would attempt to force Alice back, zig-zagging her to the corner of the ring for a chance to really lay into her.

Of course there was always that chance she’d keep up the fight and refuse to oblige her any further. I’m that case if her plan wasn’t going the way she had hoped, she’d make a swift attempt to pull her chin down onto her knee. A brutal tactic but a necessary evil. She’d apologize of course, that’s if her temper didn’t get the absolute best of her and ruin that chance.

Alice was attempting to exert as much strength as she could onto Camilla in the lock up...but, predictably, her efforts were only slowing down the inevitable, as the white haired Latina would manage to navigate her towards her corner...

Once there was just a meter remaining between Alice's back and the turnbuckle, the Brit knew that if she didn't abandon the lock up, things could get bad for her fast.

With that, upon trying to hold her ground for 10 more seconds, she attempted to lift her foot, to nail it into the woman's gut...

...only for Camilla to have an abandonment plan of her own, as she held Alice's head in place and lifted her leg up, nailing the Pale Rider onto her chin!

"GAAAH!...", she screamed. Her body momentarily lost it's balance from the hit, causing her to drop on her knee, though she managed to stabilize herself with her arms to avoid falling any further...

The problem, however, was that Camilla was still standing, and she was unlikely to let her rest for even a split second...

The bull huffs. She was confident for sure, her strength coming in hand as well as her quick wot to overpower the pale rider but she didn’t smile, nor did she brag. It walked through be like her to do so in the first place, however, Camilia sure as hell wasnt ho to give them a pass to stand. In her eyes, she was as noble as a noble warrior can be but that only went so far.

The Latina would grab onto Alice’s arm, pulling her to her their feet. She had a plan and that was to whittle her down bit by bit until she couldn’t resist her anymore. That would mean she’d have to be on top of her the entire time but that was what her job was all about.

The Latina would press her arm against their throat, pushing them into the ropes, using them to boost her dash. In that instant, she’d pull them forward whipping her to the other side with an Irish whip. On the rebound, Camilia would attempt to pile on the pain by going for a lariat.

"Ggggghhhkkk...", Alice gurgled as her taller foe's arm was pressed into her throat, while she herself had her back literally against the ropes...

...before Camilia would throw her at the ropes on the opposite side of the ring for a rebound!

And, as she connected with her back for the rebound, she saw her foe preparing a hard strike from a mile away. This was definitely where her smaller size gave her an advantage, as she easily ducked under the Latina's arm, and headed for the ropes once more...

Upon one more rebound, she would shoot like a bullet for Camilia, jumping at the woman once she was close enough, looking to snake her legs around her head to hurricanrana the woman onto her back!

Camilia committees sin unlike her, she wasn’t properly thinking, keeping herself in check for any chance of a counter. She had underestimated her opponent just because she was gaining the advantage only to be shown that her mistake could become deadly. The bull was confidinent in herself right now, she had managed to not only over power them but put a good amount of damage in as well. She felt she could keep this up all day if she wanted of course that was until sending her rebounding from the ropes.

The idea was simple enough, take her down when she came back, the bull thought that she still had the advantage and could continue to work with it but it just didn’t seem to be that way anymore. As the two came back, the smaller girl would jump, wrapping her legs aroun the Latinas neck only to spin and send Camilia flying into her back. A spike of pain rocked her spine as she turns onto her back, she had to get up, she couldn’t let them get a hold of her and lay into her. Not now.
