Maddie Hanezawa vs. GASTER

Nearly feeling a long-desired victory at hand, Maddie made a loud frustrated sound as GASTER kicked out once again. Now a bit irritated, the dark-haired girl grabbed her foe by the hair and yanked her back up to her feet, starting to drag her towards where she had dropped the chair.

Taking a small running start, Maddie leaped into the air, still holding onto GASTER, kicking her body up parallel to the mat. Just as she began to fall, she would twist around and try to position it so the masked girl would land face-down against the chair while she would safely hit the canvas instead.

GASTER's suffering was not over yet, as Maddie got the villain up by her hair. Once she did, she would hold on to her in such a position so as to perform a running bulldog.

"Seriously, I am almost spent and that's how she....oh. OK, I get it.", she thought, as Maddie brought her head over the chair.

Within the next moment, the overlord's head hit the chair with a lot of momentum. At this point, she was spent. Unmoving, outside of her chest rising up and down.

At bit out of breath after that fancy move (by her standards at least), Maddie rolled over onto all fours. Once more, GASTER was down on the mat, not moving and tempting her for another pin attempt. Believing that her third try would the the charm for sure, the dark-haired jobber crawled over to her opponent and just flopped down on top of her for a pin attempt.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Still dazed, GASTER didn't notice the count going on, unable to hear the ref or the crowd. She was spent.

"THREE!"

And with that, the match was done, and the villain was defeated by a (admitedly, cowardly, Clara thought) hero.

Maddie held her breath for that final count, but it this time it really would be completed, giving the dark-haired jobber her first real victory in the AFW. After months of getting humiliated and tormented, she finally came out on top. The crowd sounded less than pleased, likely some of them disapproving of her dirty tactics, the rest probably disappointed that she hadn't gotten completely destroyed yet again. It was pretty satisfying to her, in actuality.

Rolling off of her vanquished foe, Maddie climbed back to her feet, where the ref would raise her hand in victory, though the crowd continued to protest. Deep down, she knew she had probably just gotten lucky, but even so, the sensation of winning a fight after so long gave rise to an overwhelming rush of emotions inside of her. Actually starting to tear up, the dark-haired girl immediately left the ring and ran backstage without pause, definitely not wanting to be in public when she started crying.

Clara managed to stand up shortly after Maddie. She was slightly confused at the crowd reaction... they were...booing? She might've understood that under different circumstances, or if she won, but her opponent did beat her within the rules. Even more shocking was Maddie's reaction. She won, but she didn't want to soak it in? Weird...

Shortly afterwards, her body remembered the punishment from the match. Her head hurt, both from chairshots and and actual headache, her crotch hurt from the multiple brutal low blows. Her chest and stomach would likely have bruises on them, particularly from the failed suicide dive...She needed to see the doctor right there. Only problem with Maddie running away was she couldn't cut a promo with saying something like: "You haven't seen the last of me". But other than that, she wasn't sad that she lost, her opponent was simply better.

With that the masked girl left for backstage...
