AV 16 Entropy Title Ladder match: Alaina Sanders (c) vs. Valley Doll

Alaina felt Valley's powerful body scissors hold release, which was a great deal of burden gone from the amazon. However as Valley pried at Alaina's arm with hers Alaina knew this hold was one in poor position for her. Alaina let go and shoved Valley's head down, getting up to her feet. She sent two hard stomps to Valley's abdomen to soften her up a bit before lifting her up to her feet.

Alaina and Valley were friends, but nothing about the action or the expression on Alaina's face would indicate that. She wrapped one arm around Valley's neck and grabbed Valley's briefs at the hip. Alaina was hell bent on hefting Valley up for a delayed vertical duplex, showing Valley off to the crowd before introducing her to the mat once more.

Valley was released from the headlock shortly after letting go of the hold, though that hardly meant that her next few moments would be pain-free. Alaina’s stomps knocked the breath of fresh air clean out of Valley's lungs, and as it turned out, that was the least of her problems.

The crowd let out an amazed gasp as the Amazon displayed her phenomenal strength, lifting Valley into the air with ease and keeping her aloft. She was strong, of course, that was no secret, and it wasn't like Valley weighed all that much. but such raw power was always a treat to behold.

Valley might have been impressed, too, if she wasn’t so busy freaking out about her impending date with the canvas. When Alaina hoisted her up and the blood began to rush to her head, she could see one - and only one - way to escape it, and that was what she went for.

At the apex of the lift, Valley swung her legs back, trying to toss Alaina off her balance so she could fall to the canvas before the champion could slam her. She landed on her feet, back to back with Alaina, but she didn't quite give up on the previous hold. Instead, she reached around the back the Amazon’s skull, pressed it against her shoulder, and dropped straight down to her back, hitting her with a classic neckbreaker.

A reckless, wild attempt to turn the tides back in her favor.

Alaina thought she had Valley right where ahe wanted her, and once again Valley showed the world why she was as good as she was. Alaina would have applauded the effort had she not been on the wrong end of the neckbreaker reversal. By crumpling to the mat in a heap, grabbing at her neck and groaning in agony the amazon did demonstrate that Valleys reversal was well executed.

Alaina rolled to her side, kicking the mat with one foot as she laid there in pain. The pendulum was swimging back and forth constantly in this matchup far too much for Alaina's liking. However, she was in very poor position at the moment to get things in her favor, let alone keep it there to put this pesky flying speedster away!

There was hardly a body in the arena that wasn’t leaning forward right now, men and women on the edge of their seats as the battle raged back and forth, Things had been decidedly see-saw since the opening bell, with neither woman able to wrest control of the match for more than a minute. But now that Valley had won the moment right in the middle of the ring, with a ladder nearby things were looking decidedly in her favor.


Valley could sense it, too, and it was that sense that willed her back up despite her aching bones and growing migraine. With a grunt and a groan, she sat up, then pushed her way upwards, going to one foot then the other.


”Get up, Valley, let’s go…” She grabbed the ladder and started pulled it up, then started to open it up - only to pause halfway and look back down to Alaina. She was hurt, but not so hurt that she couldn’t get up and stop her when she was going for the title. Valley wasn’t sure it was possible to stop her that much.


But she could get her pinned down, she was sure of that. After kicking Alaina on her back and pinning her there with her foot, she opened the ladder and set the bottom rung just over Alaina’s neck. Then she started to make her way up, using her weight to keep her opponent pinned as she climbed rung after rung.

Mean? Yes. Alaina would have to look up as Valley stole her title. But this wasn’t the time for them to be nice - it was becoming abundantly clear that they wouldn’t be friends again until the bell rang.

Alaina grunted as the foot stomped down on her, however the ladder over her neck was a different touch. Alaina went to get up but was pinned down by the ladder! It was almost like a prison at this point. Alaina slapped the mat as she tried again fruitlessly to get up! "Argh... damn it you tricky...." Alaina didn't finish that sentence. Her frustration was boiling over into anger. She felt like she was better than Valley. However, her inability to prove it so far was visibly bothering her.

Alaina grabbed onto the ladder as Valley climbed higher, and with a loud scream she lift herself and the ladder up with everything she had! She was not going to lose this match, and definitely not in such a blatantly humiliating manner. If that meant toppling Valley when she least expected it then so be it.

Three steps away…

Valley could see the belt up above, getting closer with each passing second. That was the weirdest thing about these ladder matches. No pinfall, no submissions, just reach up and grab the object of your desire. It was always so close, tantalizingly out of reach…

Two steps…

She reached out for it, but it was too far away. With her head aching, it was getting weird to judge the distances, but she was close now. Close enough to see the little details on the belt, the way her own face reflected off the plate, and…

...and…

...why was the world tilting?

”What?” She blurted out and took a quick look down only to see, to her horror, that the Entropy Champion was impossibly pushing up, basically bench pressing Valley and the ladder with an impressive display of power. The ladder was going forward, tipping over, and all Valley could do was desperately reach for the belt, her fingers brushing against the leather straps-

”No, no, no-”

It didn’t matter how many times Valley screamed ‘no’, though - she was still going down, and it wouldn’t be a gentle landing, She fell off along with the ladder and flopped chest-first into the ropes, which promptly bounced her off and sent her wheeling back into the ring. Valley landed on her back with a sickly thump, and laid there for a few moments, just groaning and writhing about.

Alaina laid on the mat, gasping for breath for a second after Valley made her unexpected landing. Alaina worked her way up and glared at her. "Trying to make me lay there and watch you win huh...." Alaina said in a low mutter, still in shock that the match almost ended like that.

Alaina wasn't having that anymore. She wanted to show a few new tricks to Valley but wanted even more assurance that the speedy woman would stay down. Besides, Alaina wanted payback for what almost transpired. Alaina knelt next to Valley Doll and drove a double axe handle smash right down into her abdomen, then did it again for good measure!

Alaina then bolted as quickly as she could for the ropes, jumping up and landing on the middle rope, spring boarding off and looking to plant a springboard elbow drop right onto Valley's abdomen where the double axe handle smashes hit!

Gravity was both Valley’s best friend and her worst enemy, and rarely did she feel that more than right now. Her back was hurting, the world was spinning, and as much as she appreciated the roar of the crowd, it was hardly making her raging migraine any better. It didn’t seem like Alaina had set up the ladder, yet, but that wasn’t reason to relax. It probably just meant she was in the mood to inflict more pain.

Sure enough, Valley didn’t have to wait long before the champion knelt beside and resumed the assualted, making her body jackknife with the impact of the axe handle. She managed to turn a bit on her side before the second blow struck, absorbing some of the impact, but these sledgehammer strikes were hard to take no matter what position you were in.

Valley rolled around with her mouth agape, sucking in as much air as she could in a desperate bid to recover. It was only after an awkward moment that she realized Alaina wasn’t attacking her and she wasn’t setting up the ladder. In fact, it didn’t even sound like she was walking on the mat anymore. She certainly wouldn’t have slid outside, which meant…

The Slamazon looked up in time to see the Amazon crashing back down to canvas with a high elbow, driving all of her hardened weight into Valley’s chest. The effect was immediate, as she let out a shrill scream and spastically rolled away, Knowing she needed to get away, Valley walked on her knees towards the nearest corner and leaned against the pads, breathing in heavy, prolonged bursts of air.

Setting up the ladder now was highly impractical as far as Alaina could tell. Valley was hurting but still mobile, evident by her scramble to the corner. Alaina stalked behind Valley, reaching down to grab her head and pull the speedy flyer to her feet. Alaina let out a roar as she reared Valley's head back, looking to smash it off the top turnbuckle with as much force as her amazonian body could muster!

If that blow connected, Alaina would keep hold of Valley's head and slam it backwards, flinging Valley back to the mat head first. If Valley did get a glimpse into Alaina's eyes should we see a glare very unlike that of the standard fare from Alaina. If she didn't know the ladder stunt had rubbed Alaina the wrong way before, she sure would now.

Valley didn’t know where this mean streak of Alaina had come from, but it was doing wonders for her. This didn’t seem anything like the bright-eyed, starstruck girl who she’d forced to tap out so long ago. She was fierce, she was relentless, she was grabbing Valley by the head and yanking her up like a child.

”Stop-” Valley got out one one word of protest before her head was rammed into the turnbuckle with merciless brutality, this tossed away like garbage. Her head was aching and her body was telling her to stay down, but decided to ignore it. If she didn’t get up and do some kind of offense, Alaina would run wild over her until there wasn’t anything left to trample.

Groggy and unsteady, Valley rolled back to her knees, then bounced up to her feet and lashed out at the champion, hitting her with a crazy chop to the chest.
