Sparring gone wild (Starlight & Kane)

Tabby would against her better judgment continue to taunt Kane a bit by offering to help him up. Maybe in a real match she would watch and see if he could even get up at all but this was a sparring session afterall and they had planned on putting in three rounds of work.

"Do you need help from this 'little girl' to get up?" Tabby would offer before heading over to her corner to rest in between the rounds. Having not really discussed how long of a break they would take, Tabby would try to recover as best she could given any amount of time that she was given so that she could continue to make a statement again in the second round. Kane would almost certainly not take Tabby so lightly at this point so knocking him down with a kick might not have been the best idea. Then again in the heat of the moment, there is usually little time to think and basic instinct is what takes over.

Once the clock made its way back up to the top to start a new minute, Tabby would be about as ready as she could be to start the next round and move to meet Kane in the middle for the beginning of the second round.

Kane would take the offered help from his opponent with a smile on his lips. “I don´t need it but it would be pretty nice from you. But being nice won´t save you from me kicking your ass in the next rounds!”

Kane would wait till the clock was up and the next round would start. He would put his arms in front of him. This time he wouldn´t let himself be distracted from anything. Now he wanted to beat her up, getting some payback on her. Kane would try to get close to her. This time he would start off with a deep hook against Tabby, aiming for her stomach again, directly followed by a left jab to the rips and the boy wanted to finish of his combo with a right hook coming from the side for Tabby´s head. He wanted to do some damage early up in the fight so he could build up some momentum. It really hurt his pride that she was able to send him down in the first round.

Tabby would help Kane up at the end of the round and start to wonder if he was taking her seriously. This thought process was pretty quickly confirmed as Tabby heard what he had said and felt almost like he was disrespecting her by taking her lightly. Hopefully Tabby scoring the knockdown at the end of the round would make Kane take her more seriously. Tabby could tell that Kane was going to be more aggressive in the second round and she needed to make sure that she was prepared to weather the storm.

Tabby would notice that Kane was as eager as she was to start the second round as they were both watching the clock while she had snuck a glance over toward Kane as they both left out of their corner when the clock hand reached 12. The second round was on and Kane looked for an immediate offensive. Kane certainly seemed to be more focused as he was taking a much more serious stance and Tabby would try to do the same. With both of them seemingly reliant on their speed to set up their offense it would really be a matter of who got off the first shot.

Tabby would try again to simply jab at Kane while he moved in and landed two quick shots to her body. The last punch was a right hook that sent her reeling but the ropes or corners would not immediately help her stay up as she was staggered off to the side by the right hook that Kane landed square as Tabby had her guard down to block or deflect the body shots that Kane started off with.

Kane wasn´t done yet. His hock send his opponent away from him and he would go after her. Ne would keep it up. He couldn´t a high impact move like Tabby instead he needed to work her down slower with some punches before he would be able to send her down.
Kane Jumped after Tabby to go on with his attack. With fast punches aiming over her upper and lower body he would try to force her slowly backwards. He would try to put her backwards against the ropes so she would have no way to go. Kane would keep shifting from one to the other side having a lager field of ways where his punches could come from.

If he his plan where to put Tabby backwards against the ropes was successful he would try to finish his combo with a right hook again aiming for her head. Normally Kane would never go at a woman like that… but he get to know Tabby in the first round and now he was sure if he wouldn´t go in with 100% she wouldn´t have a useful trainings partner. She was too good that he could hold back.

Kane was certainly taking things more seriously as he was the aggressor so far in the beginning of the second round. Having sent Tabby reeling close to the ropes, all she could to was try to weather the storm as she assumed a very defensive stance trying to make the places that Kane could successfully attack smaller. For every punch that Tabby could block, she was getting hit by another almost right after it.

Now that Tabby's back was against the proverbial wall as she was leaning back into the ropes, Tabby came up with a plan before Kane was able to close in fully. Simply throwing her leg forward, Tabby would try to execute a front kick while Kane tried to close back in. Tabby was going to eat a right hook and she tried to brace as best she could for the impact. However she needed desperately to buy a little bit of time as Kane was relentless this round and she needed to try to simply get distance between them with the front kick aimed at Kane's body. The kick itself had little power behind it as Tabby was trying to get Kane further away from her. It was a perfectly legal move as Kane had agreed to allow Tabby to use some kicks, and that was about the only thing she could think to do as Kane was about to swarm her otherwise.

The hook to Tabby´s head hit perfectly and the boy needed to smile. Now he had this match in his hand, all he needed to do was keeping up this speed and he would send Tabby down pretty fast. But suddenly the boy felt a big pain going through his body. He needed to moan out a bit. Luckily the kick wasn´t so powerful.
Kane made a big mistake. When he was going on full attack his brain might chance into the boxing mode. That means that the boy was mainly watching the upper body of his opponent, especially her eyes and her arms. So he didn´t watch her legs much… that was his mistake. Because of that mistake Tabby was able to land a vicious kick against him. The boy would back away from her a few fast steps but wouldn´t let his guard down. He watched his opponent for some moments before he would say: “So you finally decided that I am worth your kicks?” Kane would start to circle his opponent for some moments. He would think about how to attack her when she is using her legs against him… her legs had a much larger rage than his punches and it wouldn´t be ease for him to the close enough to hit some punches again… Kane took a very short look on the clock, the round just started.

The boy decided to go for it again. He would try to get closer to Tabby and would try to throw a jab against her testing her out.

Kane had tagged Tabby which would cause her to throw up a leg kick out of sheer desperation. Being a boxer, Kane did not look at the big picture and was successfully repelled, at least for a short while, away from Tabby. Kane would of course attempt to taunt Tabby again as they were separated. Tabby had enough of her wits about her still to notice Kane taking a glance at the clock for some reason, but with the round just having started it made little sense to her.

Could this be the opening that she needed to reverse the momentum in the beginning of the round? Tabby could have easily continued to fight like a wolf backed into a corner, but with Kane looking over at the clock he was not looking at Tabby. This had to be the opportunity that she was looking for, but Kane would quickly shut that down with a quick jab to Tabby's head that would keep the momentum in his favor and had the added benefit of moving Tabby off balance so it would be much easier for him to follow up now as Tabby was now again pinned up against the ropes with nowhere to run. Out of sheer instinct alone Tabby would raise her defenses as she leaned back against the ropes again.

Kane was able to connect the hit against Tabby. Now he needed to get as close as he could. If he would be able to do that he might have a advantage by being so close to Tabby that she couldn’t use her kicks against him. He needed to take that chance, no matter what. Kane would put his guard straight again and would go after Tabby, trying to get as close to her as he could. As soon as he thought he would be close enough to tabby he would go on the attack.

Kane saw that his opponent had his guard up and was against the ropes. His chance! He needed to keep her there and keep close to her. Kane would start to throw as many short rage punches to his opponents trying to get through her guard and hit some good body punches at here. He would now keep her arms and her legs in his view. Kane would try everything he could to keep tabby at the ropes.

Tabby was in trouble as she could feel Kane breaking through her defenses. Now he was directly next to her and her kicks would do her no good at this super close range. At least not without some help, her kicks were not an option so Tabby needed to do something to try to stem the tide from going totally in Kane's favor. If Tabby could burst herself forward, she could press her body against Kane's and try to tie up his arms for a while so that she could try to recover. Maybe the distraction of pressing her body against his would slow him down for a short while. It would be another act born out of the desperation of the situation she was in, but Tabby saw no other option for the time being as her pride would not allow her to simply be knocked down just yet.

Kane wanted to keep working on his opponent with his blow. He knew that he needed to do as much damage to his opponent was he could, as long as he got the chance for it. Because if Tabby could bring more distance between them all it took was one powerful kick from her to turn the table around very fast.
Kane was about to throw another punch against Tabby when she suddenly came really close to him and tied up his arms.

kane opponent his eyes in shock when he saw that. He tried to struggle and break free in any way. He couldn´t attack that way.
“Hey let go off me…”, would Kane call out. “This is a boxing match… I know I am so handsome everyone wants to hug me… but could we do this after the match…” Kane would look down to his opponent. He would blush a bit when he saw that cute girl hugging her.
