Sparring gone wild (Starlight & Kane)

Tabby seemed to catch Kane by surprise as she seemed to be faster than what Kane was likely accustomed to. Having landed a few decent shots, Tabby would now chirp back at Kane now. "How was that for a 'little girl'?" as she made a clearly mocking pose toward Kane at this point like she was some manner of a cosplay idol.

Tabby might have just poked a hornet's nest. Kane could react in all manner of ways as he seemed to be recovering from being knocked back a bit from Tabby's last combination. Having just taunted Kane, Tabby was almost certain that she was going to have to go on the defensive as she was expecting him to fire back now. Lest he be beaten down by a "little girl".

Kane was stumbling backward a few steps before catching herself. He shacked himself for a moment before looking over to his opponent. The last action from his opponent was pretty good and showed that she had some skills in her arts. Kane put his guard back together so she wouldn´t attack him directly again.
But instead of a physical attack the next move from her was a mental attack from Tabby. She mocked him by posing and asking him a questing.

kane turned a bit red when he saw her pose like that and needed to fight back a small laugh. “Not so bad… but let me show you how this is done prober... don´t worry won´t hit you so hard! I don´t want to make cry!”, after finishing his senses. Kane would step forward pretty fast, while shifting from side to side.

When he was close to Tabby he would throw a strong jab with his right arm. He would directly targeting Tabby´s guard hopping that she would try to block it and not try to get out of the way. Also the boy hoped that he would be able to stun his opponent with this hit before he would spin around himself, before trying to connect a spinning backhand punch to the side of Tabby´s head. But Kane wouldn’t put any force behind this punch instead he would just softly touché her head before backing away as fast as he could. It that was successful he would smile over the ring to her.

Tabby had a good idea of what was coming as Kane closed back in to engage. Now it was just a matter of trying to block and counter just like last time. Tabby would notice that Kane was leading with a jab and would move to block it fairly easily but was caught completely off guard for what he would do next as she did not expect a backfist at all. Tabby had expected this to be a fairly standard boxing match, at least for now, as she had refrained from using any kicks at this point herself.

With Kane backing away after landing the backfist attack, Tabby would make a wild swing that would end up missing as Kane was already far enough away that he was simply out of range of the attempted counter attack. Tabby herself would show a bit of frustration but nothing that really bothered her or made her show it too obviously as of yet.

Kane would smile at his opponent with a bridge smile. Payback time! He would went into the same pose Tabby went into just a few moments before to tease him. Looking over the ring with a totally overdone cute look he would look into the direction of Tabby. “So how was that?”, he asked his opponent… “Was that okay for the little girl? Or did I hit you too hard”

Afterwards Kane would take a short look at the clock checking how much was left before getting back into his guard. This could maybe go a little over the top but it had to be and he couldn’t stop himself from doing so. He watched Tabby with a bridge smile again, but now he wouldn´t wait for her to attack. He would take that chance away from her by jumping forward suddenly and throw a hook towards her stomach.

Tabby was not sure of what to make of Kane so far. She felt like he was pulling his punches almost since she should have gotten hit a couple times cleanly so far and he seemed to choose not to use his full force behind the punches. Unless of course that was really all he had to offer with how hard he could even hit in the first place.

"I think the 'little girl' is about to show you how hard she can hit." Tabby would reply back to the taunting that Kane was dishing out after escaping her last wild attempt at a counterattack. It would seem that Kane wanted to go right on the offensive again and had gotten the jump on Tabby as she had similar thoughts about trying to take the offense to her opponent as well.

With time dwindling in this first round, Tabby wanted to make a statement to end the round on. There was still enough time to get something done, but there could not have been more than 15-20 seconds left in the round at this point. Deciding to take Kane head on, Tabby would herself lunge forth. It would be almost like a medieval joust as they both sprang forth toward each other and by the looks of it Kane would get the better of it as he landed a body blow on Tabby while her attack was meant to hit Kane in the head. Tabby did not immediately feel anything but the air getting knocked out of her body rather quickly by the punch Kane had thrown so it was not immediately clear to her if she landed her attack or not in retaliation of Kane landing his cleanly.

With a smile on his lips the boy watches how his punch put the air of his Tabby. His strike directly hit his target into the stomach with all he had. That should deal some serious damage to the girl and give him some momentum in the match. At least he thought so. Because just after the hook connected to the stomach Tabby was on the attack already. She was dame good with using counter attacks on him.

Kane wanted to duck under the blow of his opponent. But again Tabby was too fast for him and hit his head with a pretty good hit. He boy needed to stumble to the side a bit before catching himself again. This time he wouldn’t back away! This time h would go head to head and fight to the end of the round.

Kane would jump forward closer again to Tabby. He would try to throw a straight jab to her upper body. He tried to make this attack faster than powerful. He wanted to use this as a distraction. After that strike he would try to step even closer to Tabby and throw a short rage right hook, trying to hit her body under the guard. He still was above belt high. HE wanted to put the air out of her again with this combo.

Tabby seemed to hit Kane as well while she staggered back a bit. It was obvious to everyone watching that she had gotten the worse of the exchange this time. Tabby's speed seemed to keep her in this as she was able to land her own straight punch as well which would give her a little bit of time to recover from the body shot she just took. Kane was also not relenting with the end of the round approaching either as he was already back on top of Tabby trying to end the round by making a statement.

Kane certainly fought smart as he would throw a jab to close the distance between the two while Tabby was still trying to back away toward the ropes. Kane would find that Tabby had fairly easily blocked the initial jab however she could not get her arms back down in time to stop the follow up body blow that Kane had landed. Almost doubling over a bit and giving Kane a quick look down her top, Tabby would wind up an uppercut out of sheer desperation to keep Kane away from her while she was somewhat crouched down after absorbing another big body shot.

Both fighters could subconsciously hear the slapping of the mat to signify that the round was within 10 seconds of being finished as well when Kane was attempting to close in on Tabby this time.

Kane smiled happy when he saw that he mad Tabby bow down after he hit her directly into the stomach. This went pretty good for him and he would have set a pretty good mark. Now maybe it was time to back up and just let the round run out for the next seconds. Right now for him it looked like had the upper hand and he didn´t want to give it away.

But when Kane was about to jump backwards away from his opponent, he noticed that when she was bowed forward he could look down her top easily. Imminently the boy fleshed pretty strong and his whole face turned red in sec. He was distracted be the view he just had. SO the boy had no chance to block the next upcoming attack from Tabby. She would stand a upper cut to his chin, this powerful punch hit directly his chin and sent his head into his neck. Kane started to stumble backwards some steps. His head was spinning like crazy and he needed a moment to get it straight again. He needed a moment to recover… in this amount of time he was a easy target.

Tabby would get lucky as Kane seemed to stop to admire his handiwork for a split second. That little opening was enough for Tabby to land an uppercut that sent Kane reeling. There was simply not enough time in the round to follow up with a big flurry of blows so Tabby would just act on instinct. She had previously made it something of a "rule" that even though Kane had allowed her to use them, Tabby would not use her kicks. This was one of those times where Tabby tossed that rule out the window and simply let loose with a kick since she felt that was the only thing that would reach Kane right now.

It would not be her proudest moment perhaps, but Tabby might just be able to knock Kane down or possibly even out with this kick. Of course, Kane should not have been given so much trouble by this 'little girl' in the first place either.

Kane was stumbling backwards after the uppercut he got from his opponent. He was pretty dazed at the moment and would need some time to recover. When he was about to look forward again he saw that Tabby was on the attack again. She would sent a strong kick to him. Kane had no chance of blocking it or ducking out of the way, so he was hit with the full force of it.

The kick was so powerful that Kane was send down to the mat imminently. In the first round he already went down to the mat! That wasn´t so good! Kane wanted to get back to his feet as fast as he could when he suddenly heard that the ring bell was ringing and the first round ended.
Kane looked up to his opponent. He already started to sweat but was still smiling he slowly went back up to his feet. “Nice first round… next time I won´t go so easy on you!” Kane would walk back into his corner to take a break he would take a big swallow of his water.
