Contendorship Belt Rnd2: Kirin vs. Riana "Hel" Helstrom

Kirin gave a genuine smile at Hel for allowing her to rise. "Such a nice girl," she'd say, actually not mocking the younger fighter.

She'd keep her stance a bit low and arms out, working well to deflect the side kick. Hoping she'd stay off balance, Kirin would try to rush in while staying low, looking to start a shoulder check with Hel before rising up and bucking her over her shoulders.

Kirin effortlessly deflected Hel's kick, but Hel was just fast enough to brace herself against Kirin's charge, shoving Hel back several paces and unsettling her, but not quite enough to topple the actress.

Locking up with Kirin, she would struggle but eventually keep her balance. If Kirin hadn't thrown a wrench in Hel's plans by then, Hel would try to hook her arm around Kirin's head and slam her to the mat in a crude DDT.

Kirin pressed onward into the actress, expecting to overpower her in the end but caught offguard by the sudden counter, dropping face forward into the mat with a hearty grunt. Kirin would slam a palm on the mat in frustration, trying to rise up and grab Hel as fast as she could manage, not sure if it was fast enough.
