So decided I wanted to make Mighty Yukiko and figured I should just ask real quick if anyone is using her? I don't think so but can't hurt to check.

While we all agree Psychopatrick will, thankfully, never be back, I still think, Lunar, you should check with Person and Kelsea before making Yukiko. Kelsea personally frowns on dead characters being ressurected like that, especially brand new.

It's why we haven't seen Chigusa Yuuki or Megumi Mutoh back since ZXN left.

I think so long as it's an impostor and not the actual character, it should be SOMEWHAT fine if you used a palette swap character. Cause I remember a LONG inactive user who made and got away with a Mighty Yukiko impostor character who's one-piece was pink with a brown haired wig and while she called herself Mighty Yukiko it wasn't really her. And that person didn't get anywhere with her before vanishing, and that was before I joined the site.
