You can make as many characters as you want, or just ask for that matter.

Should be free but not a 100% sure.

As I'm confident nobody who is currently a regular on the site is using the image.

Just because I'm going flipping insane right now since I know this girl is taken but am not sure if the user has been inactive for a long time or just doesn't use her, who is using this girl?

But, IMO, I think you should ease up on the character roster a tad. You're pushing 20 characters now. That's uh, that's a lot. Even for veterans. And a majority of those characters don't even have a thread to their name yet.

I was just asking out of curiosity. I even pointed it out, and once again, I understand that. Though there also isn't a rule about making characters either.

That's why I said it was just my opinion.
