It's a lil' of both. Her clothes make her look thick, but she's definitely got some of it of her own going on underneath them.

The problem is, it's really find to find decent art of her that's thicker. Most of what I've found that's any good is of her being rather thin and having HUGE boobs.

A Mei character was inevitable, for she is bae.

I will probably go with 76 as the base for Nameless New Guy after all, unless anyone else can point me to a good character or illustration with a futuristic looking mask.
