I just wanted to say that if you post an image on this thread, and after say, a week of no responses,  I think it's generally safe to assume that the character is safe to be used. Or that the player who did claim it has long since been out of action long enough for no one to mind you adopting it.

But still...No claiming characters until you've made an official roster page for her/him.

Yeah Kill, it would be nice that unusued characters become available after a period of time otherwise someone could horde potentially 1000s of images

If you can confirm that a user is no longer active, then I'd say it's fine to use the images that they've used. If a user is inactive but doesn't use the character, you should still ask permission before using the images just in case they have plans to use that character.

Yes Foxy, if they are not being used then it makes sense for users to free them up for others
