Akiha Kosha Versus Heather Sunderland: Hardcore Barbwire Match

It seemed that Akiha crusade was now starting to work. The Japanese wrestler was now in her locker room and starting to think about how she was now starting to face some of the most famous opponents, people that her mentor fought and in some cases even lose to. Today the crimson hair wrestler would be facing Heather Sunderland. Akiha was eager to fight her, she wanted to beat her to show the world that she could fight and defeat the hardcore wrestlers like her opponent. Yet defeating Heather was not going to be enough, she had to do it in a hardcore match and that is what Akiha was getting. This match would not only be a hardcore match but also had barbwire. This match was going to end up being a bloody one, for both the winner and the loser.

Heather though did have experience over Akiha, having been in AFW far longer and she was far more use to such hardcore matches. In addition, Heather had never lost a hell in a cell match, this just proved how much of an expert she was in these kinds of matches. Akiha was probably going to have to throw everything she had at her opponent and then some to take her down but she was feeling confident. She had not come this far by pure luck, her skill and determination are what got her here and it was would lead her further to the top.

Akiha would get up and make the final inspections on her uniform as she got ready to leave her locker room and start the match. Finding no issues with her uniform or anything else, the Japanese wrestler would leave her locker room and make her way to the staging area. This time, she wasn't carrying her flag with her, she didn't want any blood to get on it or to have it damaged in any other way.

Once she reached the staging area, she would wait a few moments. She had done this countless times before so the crimson hair wrestler wasn't too nervous, though the idea of doing such a hardcore match for the first time did make her slightly uneasy.

After waiting a few moments, her theme song would start to play and with that Akiha would make her way out. Before she even appeared onto the ramp, the audience was already booing her, clearly, they disliked her. This wasn't anything unexpected, the audience had been booing Akiha for over a year now. The Japanese wrestler would simply ignore them and make her way to the barbwire ring. Upon reaching the ring she would slide in and then make her way to the center of the ring where she waited for her opponent. Usually, she would take a moment or two to pose and get to her corner but with all the barb wires, that kind of made things difficult, hence why she elected not to do so.

It didn't take too long after Akiha's music died down that Heather's theme began to play over the speakers. She crawled out onto the stage area, dressed for this match in a black untucked t-shirt, black baggy pants, a dark purple belt, and her black boots--still having the glowpaint on her face and arm that was currently glowing in the dark blue light of her entrance. She crawled out, surrounded in the smoke and the green laser lights, the crowd cheering loudly for her entrance. She pushed a grin on her face--it's been quite a while since she's participated in a hardcore match like this. She's been in way too many softer matches recently and she was more than excited to break out of that and go right back to her roots--and what a better way to do it than with a girl she's never faced before.

She crawled down to mid-ramp, slowly getting closer to the ring before she pushed herself up, getting into a full standing position. She rose her hands in the air, looking up at the ceiling as pryo shot out from the entrance. She basked in the crowd's reaction before she kicked off, rushing down the ramp and sliding beneath the 'bottom rope' into that ring. She did her best--of course--to avoid catching her hair or anything in the barbed wire, keeping the grin on her face as she stood up, raising her hands in the air again, pyro shooting down from the ceiling towards the ring as she lights would slowly turn back to normal.

Her music died down, the paint on her face revealed to be transparent outside of that dark blue light, Heather turning to face Akiha. She looked over the girl, seeing the attire that she was wearing. She crossed her arms, tapping her foot a little as she tilt her head slightly. "Heh..you know most times..when I'm fighting someone in a hardcore match..the both of us tend to wrestle in more..street-like attire. Now what are you going to do if that tight uniform your wearing tears up. Those materials aren't the very best to combat against barbed wire and still keep together" She questioned--half actual concern and half taunting with the girl, wanting to see her response, having seen and heard a bit about this one.

Akiha was now in the center of the ring as she waited for her opponent to show up.  She didn't have to wait long as her opponent music seemed to play right after Akiha.  She watched as her opponent showed up in more street like attire.  The crimson hair wrestler knew that some wrestlers decided to wear more street like clothes.  That could give Akiha a slight edge, as it meant it would be easier for her to move around and be more flexible.  Though that would also mean it would be harder for her to perform submission holds as the Japanese crusader would need to power through both Heather strength and the clothing.

The Crimson hair wrestler stayed in the center of the ring as Heather entered the ring.  A smile would appear on Akiha face as she saw the pyro came from the ceiling.  It was an impressive entrance to say so, the Japanese wrestler would take a moment to enjoy it before narrowing her eyes on her opponent who now seemed to also be focusing on her as well.  Heather would start to question her about clothing choice.  “From what I have seen, not everyone wears street clothing.  Maybe I am feeling that confident that I will come out.  Or perhaps I am wishing to use as much speed and flexibility as I can to gain an advantage.” stated Akiha as she gave a smirk.

Heather shrugged a little as Akiha spoke about her clothing, knowing that she was for the most part right. Not everyone decides to switch to street clothing for matches like this--but Heather almost LOOKED for the excuse to do so. Heather's normal attire as almost street clothes if it weren't for her whole fishnet top and everything. She stuck her tongue out at Akiha a bit, appreciating the confidence that was coming from the girl as she gave her reasons for wearing her normal attire. "Heh, well I apologize ahead of time for disappointing you there. I'll be kicking your ass all over this ring..and good at least I know you won't be using your attire as an excuse"

She snickered just a little, stretching herself out a little as she waited for that bell to ring. She tapped her foot, eyes darting around to observe the barbed wire. This would be quite t he dangerous match..and that excited Heather quite a bit. It's been so long since she experienced something like this and it got her blood pumping like crazy. Finally--the bell rang, Heather kicking off from where she was standing and heading straight towards Akiha. She tried to start off the match by leaping onto her shoulders, attempting to catch her there and flip her onto her back with a hurricanrana.

Akiha would exhale in a bored manner, disappointed at how her opponent was acting childish by sticking her tongue out.  Heather would then make another remark or two about how she was going to win.  “Victory needs no excuse, defeat allows none.” stated Akiha in a confident voice.  It was an actual motto she went by.  Be it by underhanded methods, a win was a win and a loss was a loss at the end of the day to her, how it was achieved did not matter.

The crimson hair wrestler then started to observe the ring.  She could see the barb wire rope, which would limit her high flying.  Though her attention then shifted towards the turnbuckle.  Perhaps she could instead use them to give herself the boost she needed in order to perform high-flying attacks.  Regardless, this match was going to be a brutal one, win or lose the two of them would both be spilling blood.  

The bell would then ring, snapping the Japanese crusader back into the match and her opponent, Heather.  Seeing her opponent move in, Akiha would do the same, attempting to close the distance.  Yet her purple hair opponent made the first move, getting on top of Akiha shoulder.  Before she could even respond, she would be flipped to the ground, as her American counterpart managed to hit her with a hurricanrana.  “Gah!” stated Akiha as she landed back first on the ground as the impact could be heard.

Hitting the ground did hurt but the match had just started and it was going to take more than just one hurricanrana to keep her down.  Not wasting a moment, she would get up but instead of turning around to face her opponent, she would instead run forward towards the turnbuckle.  If she could get to it, she would take a step or two on it before using it to launch herself into the air.  Assuming everything went according to plan, she would then attempt to twist her body in the air before attempting to hit her opponent with a brutal kick from above.

Heather shrugged a little at that motto that Akiha stated, waving it off slightly. It was a nice saying actually, it made sense and Heather did like it, but admitting that wasn't something she was about to do, especially when hearing that bored exhale coming from the girl. It seemed they were in sort of the same position when it came to the restriction of moves that the barbed wire was causing them. She wasn't going to let that hold her back though--sure that her grounded moveset would be enough to take Akiha down.

Immediately Heather came out of the fate with that hurricanrana, feeling her legs latch around Akiha's head and flip her over like that onto her back. A wide smirk appeared on Heather's face as she felt like she already pushed the advantage right away. She scrambled and rolled as she hit the ground as well, turning to face Akiha. She was fully expecting the girl to be just--getting up and readjusting herself, but what she saw instead caught her quite off guard.

Her eyes widened as Akiha was in the air after expertly kicking and launching herself from the corner, heading straight towards her with that kick. Due to her surprise, Heather had no time to counter it, feeling her foot clash right into her face, knocking Heather hard onto her back as her body jerked from the impact.

Akiha managed to get to the turnbuckle before jumping off it and twisting her body and performing a brutal kick from above.  Despite the ropes being barbwire, she could still perform all sorts of high flying moves by using the corners.  Her attack managed to take her opponent off guard and send her straight down into the wrestling mat.  Though she doubted she would be able to catch off guard again with the same trick.

She would now exhale and take a moment to look at her downed opponent before attempting to throw several stomps aimed right into her stomach.  The crimson hair wrestler needed to soften her up before she could set up bigger moves and this was the perfect way of doing it.  It would not only do damage but it would also remove the oxygen from her body.

Heather's head was spinning as she was already slammed with quite the high-impact unexpected maneuver. Akiha was good--that was clear to Heather. She would have to ramp it up fully if she was expecting to take out this girl. She took a note of that corner move though--having thought herself that she had lost her leverage game as well with the ropes like they were--but she would have to take advantage of the safe corners as well. All this ran through her head and Heather had no time to react to her slamming a punch down onto her gut.

"Gaagh!!" She yelled out loudly in pain, her body jerking from the impact of each hit, taking one, two, three, before she finally got the ability to retaliate. She yelled out in the pain that she was feeling, aiming to grab onto her arm and yank her in, trying to kick her legs up and wrap them around her head. She was trying to turn it right around into her favor with a headscissor hold from her supine position.

Hitting her opponent with several stomps allowed Akiha a moment to catch her own breath while keeping the oxygen out of her opponent lungs. She managed to get a total of three hits in before her arm was suddenly grabbed. Before the crimson hair wrestler knew it, she would find herself down on the ground with Heather legs around her. The Japanese wrestler first instinct was to go for the ropes but then she remembered this was a hardcore barb wire rope, so that wouldn't help much.

It seemed that Heather was trying to pay Akiha back the favor and trying to take the oxygen out of her. Her opponent legs were already squeezing the air out of her and if she didn't do something soon she would be in trouble. Seeing as the match was a hardcore one, she could go full out without worrying about getting disqualified. Not wasting another moment, Akiha would suddenly bite down on her opponent leg.

Heather pushed quite the grin on her face as she pulled Akiha fully down between her thighs, locking her legs as firmly around her head as she could. She arched her body with the hold, raising her hips as much as she could to add more and more pressure, really wanting to put on the pain with Akiha right now. If she could weaken her nicely with this hold, then she may be able to give herself a good enough footing on the offensive to turn this match entirely into her favor in the early goings.

"Hope you're enjoying the feeling! My legs tend to be pretty strong with all the work done on them from the rest of my moves" She let out, grinning wide before she suddenly felt that sharp pain of the girl's teeth digging into her leg like that. Her eyes widened as she gasped out loudly, only able to hold on for just a bit longer before she was forced to let it go, the pain of the bite being too much for her to hold on.

She released her, rolling back, careful enough to avoid rolling right into that barbed wire like an idiot as she grit her teeth hard. "Tch...so that's how we're gonna play this huh? Alright, fine. I can play that way just as well."
