Goldberg's entrance was legit longer than the actual match.

Somebody please explain how having the "Unbeatable Final Boss" Aura of Brock Lesnar (Arguable his ONLY selling point) utterly wrecked by a guy coming in for ONE MATCH ONLY is a good idea?


Remember how everyone bitched about how Lesnar beating the Streak and winning the Title was a bad idea, because he was a part timer?

This is like that, only WORSE.

To be fair, these are the same people that thought the endings to 90% of the matches on this ppv were good ideas. So they don't have a great track record.

They made Brock mortal again. Besides something like this happening, the nearest one to beat him cleanly would of maybe have been someone like Samoa Joe in a few years. Now that they've wounded him somewhat, you can actually see the likes of AJ, KO etc coming over him clean.

TL:DR-Brock can be beaten, meaning you can actually go into his matches now thinking his opponent has a chance.

I think it's about time Suplex City got finished XD It went on for too long...maybe it could have been more evenly matched, but who cares, it happened oh well.

I agree with scorn here. It makes Brock human, it shows he can be beaten. Now we can see more than the typical "Brock smash" we see over and over again. TBH i thought most of these matches (wit the exception of this and maybe the men's match) were bad ideas. Having bray win was fucking amazing.

THough im curious how they will handle brock going forward.

Because they wasted Brock's unbeatable gimmick by holding onto it for too long. It means nothing now and nobody is getting any more over from beating Brock. They should have have Brock be beaten a long time ago. And beyond that, that wasn't Goldberg's last match. Goldberg is literally the only guy on RAW that the crowd even cares about for the past two months that doesn't have a list. Vince saw how amazing Goldberg has been doing and I'm pretty sure he opened his wallet for him. We're getting a rematch. I would be shocked if we didn't.

Survivor Series is a lot more enjoyable when you recognize it's a dumb gimmick show where literally none of the results actually matter. They're playing for stakes of "Brand Bragging Rights" which by itself is just nothing.

So Goldberg beat Brock? Who cares.

Gotta go with the others here. Plus there are rumors that Goldberg got injured before hand. Not sure if its true or not but who knows
