Most of the time, WWE is pretty harsh to failing champions, Rob van Dam and Mr Kennedy were also dropped like a hot potatoe if memory serves me well.
I like a second belt as that means that guys like Cesaro can win one of them, especially the one thatr is considered the B+ belt, but Universal belt never sounded right with me.
