Boot the Reboots

When I went to see the Doom I went there expecting to see the main characters fighting back the forces of hell like it was in the video game not some virus that turns them on each other while giving the infected super human powers. The writers of the Mario bros movie, house of the dead dungeon siege tried to blend in the actual story from the video game into the movie where Doom didnt make the attempt at all. I didnt see the Halo or Postal at all, but I agree the Prince of Persia was very well made.

Wasn't the Doom movie based off of Doom 3? Or did that movie come out first? Cause I remember that Doom 3 had the same monster that was on the "wheelchair" thing that was in the movie during the FPS part of the film. Also, my dad forced me to watch that film just like how he forced me to watch Dragonball Evolution, and I hated every second of the film. >.>

The live action Halo episodic films "Forward Unto Dawn" and "Nightfall" were awesome btw, I even have them on Blu-ray. I still need to watch Prince of Persia.

Yeah Halo was really well done. They chose to focus on different people other than the Chief.

No really Prince of Persia was awful. It's the only movie I've ever wanted my money back on, and I didn't even pay for the ticket!

As soon as I started watching Prince of Persia I got a fairly strong vibe that I should stop watching... immediately... right now... Why am I still watching? TURN OFF NOW!!!
So I did, I'd watched a lot of crap back around then and I was starting to rely on my hunches cause they tended to be pretty good.

I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about it since... At least its not so bad that the actors had to take up drink to get them through takes *cough* Mario Bros *cough*..

I always had a guilty pleasure for the Mortal Kombat film. Even back then I knew it was shit, but I kinda liked it (at least it was better then Street Fighter)... Then I saw Mortal Kombat 2... ... Damn... ... Just Damn...
I thought you couldn't ruin shit (the first Mortal Kombat film), but they found a way

The first Mortal Kombat movie was a mixed bag, it was both good and bad but it was enjoyable. But you know what movie was real shitty for me, The Force Awakens, I don't know who here likes it since I didn't read the thoughts thread, but my dear god that movie was a fucking mess that I nearly screamed in pure rage when I watched in the theaters... Dx

I loved it. I see why people don't like it, but for me personally it was one of my favorite Star Wars films.
