Cecilia Northman Vs. Adrian Kytes (C) Hardcore title match

Cecilia had been dragging herself a fair bit now and she had to shake her head a bit...bringing back that arm of hers finally to grab onto her own hair tightly in pain...she grit her teeth ad tried to brace herself and keep her mind calm. Where she'd then finally attempt to lunge to the left instead with all her might. Trying to reach for a chair which was about and arm's length or longer away, but with her lunge using all her power to try and push her towards it the blond though she could reach it.

If she could then blond beauty would twist her body around and attempt to smack the side of the chair right up against Adrian's hips, letting the steel bar of the chair that kept it as a thing you could actually sit on! The strongest part of a steel chair right into the hips of the champ!

"GAH!" Adrian yelled out as she felt the steel smack into her hip bone, no give whatsover and with the added pain of what felt like a bolt striking into her, forcing the former cosplayer stumbling away, grasping her side with a hiss. She didn't even have her old gear on to check what kind of mark that had left but the brunette got the feeling from how badly it stung that she was going to see a small trail of red down her leg for that. "Goddamn it..." she groaned, wishing that she hadn't thrown in quite so many chairs in earlier on, this time it cost her a big opportunity to win as well as being very painful.

Cecilia's wild attack hit right home and it freed herself as she'd quickly scramble towards the ropes...using them to pull herself up to her feet and shaking her head as she did. With gritted teeth and wincing coming out from between her lips as she'd try and put a little bit of weight on her foot...

This was without a doubt going to cause quite the problem for her. Something the blond beauty didn't want. " Hah...always with the submission holds." Cecilia let out as she'd push away a step from the ropes. ' Okay...ow...' she thought as she took that step but did the best she could to try and hide the pain from Adrian and the crowd.

Adrian was less concerned with showing how much that last exchange stung, limping off awkwardly in the corner so she could rest up against the turnbuckles and rub her aching side for a brief moment "Always with the not tapping out to submission holds..." the brunette responded in kind, pushing herself along the ropes to get back in the range of the big blonde.

The ache in her hip would subside, hopefully, Cecilia's now-bad ankle would probably take longer to recover from. To Adrian: that meant she had to stay on Cecilia but keep the match slow and steady: no going for broke unless the situation got worse in a hurry, and that could all start with swinging out a couple of low kicks smacking into the side of Cecilia's knee, trying to chop her back down to the mat. No-one ever thought to work the leg in a Hardcore match, but here was Adrian proving that just because you can smack someone with a chair, it didn't mean all the old strategies went out the window.

Cecilia would reach down for the chair that had pretty much been used to save her in this match and grab it as Adrian seemed to be rather cautious for now. The blond beauty winced lightly as she pull the chair up and would let keep it held tight in her hand. " What can I say....I don't quit easily."

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. That thought ran through her head as she'd look on at Adrian for a second. Before she'd take a step closer, then another. Her ankle hurt...it was difficult just to try and hide it, let alone put pressure on it. Though she wanted a chance in this she'd have to take it.

Cecilia'd finally attempt to throw the chair in a sudden motion right at Adrian, before she'd try and bare with the pain and attempt to charge up at Adrian. Going in low as she'd hope the chair would work as a well enough distraction for her to attempt to run in for a powerful lariat! Attempting to use the force and the position to send Adrian falling out over the top ropes! Attempting to clothesline the champion out of the ring.

Adrian wasn't a stranger to big metal objects being thrown at her, and even though she was hurting the former cosplayer had enough to snatch the chair out of the air "Ah-oh shit!" She let out as she pulled the chair down below her eyeline in time to see the big blonde come charging at her and keeping low. Was Cecilia trying to tackle the Champion? the brunette quickly lowered the steel weapon to shield her mid-section: a spear would still hurt but at least running in to metal might give the Swede some problems of her own. Good thing for Cecilia that she wasn't trying to spear Adrian.

The blonde's arm came up right under Adrian's chin, smashing her jaw into her upper mouth as the impact sent her backwards and upwards, sailing over the top rope with nothing but the solid ring Apron to catch her fall. Miraculously she landed on the outside of the ring feet first, but the former cosplayer didn't remain vertical for a second longer, flopping onto her back on the cold thinly-padded ringside floor.

Cecilia wasn't about to stop now that she had charge forward, even if Adrian had managed to catch the chair like she did and even if she would bring it up. If she could take Adrian out of the ring it was all that mattered. Though it seemed she had a strike of luck as Adrian brought that chair down so she could see....probably expecting the blond powerhouse to go for a spear or the like.

Not that it mattered! Cecilia's arm hit home right under Adrian's chin and smacked her right up and over the ropes! Cecilia watched as Adrian tumbled down like that onto her feet and then fell back down. Wasting no time the blond beauty quickly slipped out of the ring, wincing loudly from the pain in her foot....but if she slowed down now she would be a fool.

It was only one step! So taking it out to stand on the ring apron she'd raise her right arm up before folding it at the elbow. The Blond powerhouse would then leap off the side of the ring and attempt to crash down looking to come down with a elbow drop right down onto Adrian!

Adrian barely had time to open her eyes and look up at the lights before Cecilia pounced on her, the 140lb Swede driving all of her weight into the smaller American's chest, earning a grunt of pain as her legs kicked up off the floor involuntarily and slapped back down on the cold floor, only a lone groan giving any sign of life from the former cosplayer while the ref rolled out of the ring to follow the two grapplers.

Cecilia wasn't usually one for crashing down on people from great heights, though she made an exception in this match. Which the blond decided to do simply for a bit of payback from that painful submission hold that Adrian had locked her in. Dropping her 160lbs weight down hard upon the frame of the brunette.

As the American's legs flopped down like that well...Cecilia figured that maybe she should be then one to lock in a submission hold of her own. She'd try and turn Adrian over onto her front and move to seat herself on the Champion's back. Facing that arm of Adrian's as she'd try and start pulling it up and towards herself, attempting to go for a seated fujiwara armbar upon her rival! If Adrian wanted to mess with her leg...well why not mess with her her arm as much as she could!

Adrian didn't put up much resistance at first, she was only being rolled over after all, that wasn't too painful. What followed however, certainly was painful. "Gaaaah!" Adrian yelled before she bit into her lower lip to control her reaction, the former cosplayer trying to twist and turn to find some angle to minimize the pressure on her arm as she felt like her arm was being snapped off at the joint. The referee dutifully scrambling into position to ask politely for the brunette's submission "WHAT DO YOU THINK?" She screamed back only adding "That means no! Nonononnonooo!" when she realized that Japanese referees might not understand American sarcasm.
