Team Strategy: Julia’s the “sonic,” and Alaina’s the “boom.” Julia uses her lightning-quick speed and flashy, high-flying arsenal to wear the opponent down. Alaina uses her impressive strength to bulldoze through their foes. They also combine their individual strengths with several different kinds of double team moves to eventually set up their deadly team finisher, which shares the name of the team itself.

Team Moves:

Backdrop to the Future: Alaina will stand behind a dazed opponent and keep them still while Julia runs and handsprings into the ropes. Julia rebounds and springs into an Overhead Kick aimed at the foe’s head. And as soon as the kick connects, Alaina drapes one of the opponent’s arms over her shoulder and wraps her arms around their waist, then lifts them up and drives them down onto their neck and upper back with a backdrop suplex.

Tope Con Amazon: With one or more opponents outside the ring, Alaina will stand by the ropes at the side nearest to them while Julia runs into the ropes on the opposite side. When the ropes send Julia running back toward her partner, Alaina ducks down as Julia gets to her, then explodes up to launch Julia into a huge forward flip over the ropes and onto the target(s).

Double Jeopardy: Alaina climbs up to the second rope in the corner, and uses the top rope to stay balanced while Julia climbs up to stand on Alaina’s shoulders, before leaping onto the downed foe with a frog splash. Julia then quickly rolls out of the way while Alaina follows up with a frog splash of her own.

Doomsdayrana: Alaina lifts an opponent to sit on her shoulders. Julia then springs off the top rope and wraps her legs around the opponent’s head, and rolls backward to send the foe for a flipping crash to the mat with an elevated hurricanrana. Sometimes she might keep her legs locked through the rana and end up sitting astride the opponent’s chest, where she would then try to hook one or both of her opponent’s legs to secure an immediate pin attempt.

Team Finisher:

Sonic Boom: Julia climbs to the top rope with her back to the ring, while Alaina sends an opposing team member for a devastating crash onto the mat with an Amabomb (elevated Jackknife Powerbomb). As soon as the impact of the Amabomb is made, Julia immediately follows up by flipping onto the downed foe with a Stardust Press (corkscrew moonsault).
