Entropy Title Match: Etzlicoatl vs Alaina Sanders

The classic proverb: If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Etzli's melodramatic clutching of her chest was definitely a touch histrionic, particularly since it'd been a pretty run-of-the-mill clothesline she'd been hit with. Still, Alaina seemed content to keep steamrolling along without suspicion, and had her up and charging toward the ropes almost immediately. With the bait taken, Etzli glanced over her shoulder to make sure the ref was still down, hit the ropes, and finally took her hands away from her chest, revealing she'd been rummaging around in her top while 'writhing in pain' and had produced a mysterious pouch.

She skidded to a halt two feet away from the waiting champion.

"BEHOLD THE FURY OF THE SUN!"

The pouch contained a red dust which, as Alaina would swiftly discover when Etzlicoatl took a deep breath and blew a cupped handful at her face, was chili powder. Fury of the sun indeed.

Alaina looked on in shock as Etzli stopped and kept talking.... her shock amplified as red dust enveloped her face, burning her skin and making her eyes water!

"Argh! Y-you... b.. you bitch!" Alaina barely managed to shout at her foe, in between coughing fits. Her eyes watered and the skin on her face itched. Alaina staggered back, shaking her head and trying to wipe away this pesky dust that now covered her! While she wasn't hurt per se, she was open for more offense from this wiley little woman!

"Ahahaha! YOU FOOL--oh, wait."

Right, there was no time to gloat, this was clutch-time. Etzlicoatl, abruptly serious, nimbly dodged past the flailing, blinded Alaina, hit the ropes, and leapt up onto her shoulders, flipping her forward into a victory roll. It was a serious pinning predicament, and as Etzli yelled at the groggy ref girl, who was now at the point of recovering and getting into position, the fans were wild with frustrated rage. Boos rained down all over the ring as they envisioned the possibility of the Sanguine Serpent stealing not one, but two big matches in a row.

"Count!" the contender shrieked, keeping both legs hooked. "Count now, you buffoon!"

"One!"

"Yesssss!"

"Two---"

The crowd's horror was at a fever pitch. Was this seriously about to happen?

Alaina grunted as she powered out of the pin, upset with herself that she was taken advantage of and nearly pinned like that! She was now downright pissed off at Etzli and her underhanded tricks. As she got to her feet, she opted for a simple form of offense that hopefully would stun this slippery little bitch...

Alaina moved forward, face still stinging and began to land punches and knee's to the body and face of Etzli as quickly as she could! She wanted to keep connecting however she could in an effort to drive the raving woman back against the corner turnbuckle!

The plan was fairly simple: overwhelm the champ with as many asymmetrical tactics as possible, grab the pin, and run away with the belt. When Etzlicoatl had been putting it together, this had more or less been the spot where the planning stopped; she had assumed that, through sheer volume of surprising offense, she'd pull off the win.

The plan, however, had failed, and although the relief from the fans when Alaina kicked out was so heavy you could slice it and serve it with ice cream, Etzli was feeling rather like the kid who got caught passing cheat sheets in front of the whole class. Alaina was up in a second, more or less unaffected by the calculated barrage of offense she'd been subjected to, and knocked her back into the corner, giving Etzli just enough time to gulp at the approaching onslaught.

"Uh oh," she said, in the least regal manner possible.

Alaina rammed her knee into Eztli's torso as hard as she could before grabbing her by the hair and pulling her away from the corner. "you are a royal pain in the ass, you know that?!" Alaina growled out out of frustration and anger.

Alaina decided that this tricky woman was too fresh, too slippery to be subjected to anything too big. Instead, Alaina grabbed onto her to lift her up and slam her right back down for a scoop slam! It wouldn't devastate Etzli, but it would give her something to think about and possibly stun her enough to subject her to more of the amazon's power!

No plan survives contact with the enemy. Etzlicoatl's had been no exception, and it appeared there was a distinct possibility she wouldn't survive contact either.

"OHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOO," the Sanguine Serpent howled as she was hoisted into the air, with the mat swiftly approaching like an inevitable diagnosis. She collided with such an incredible impact that she actually bounced, spinning in place, before coming to rest all splayed out like a starfish that had been run over by a mack truck. All things considered, this was definitely not how she'd envisioned the plan working out.

This woman seemed like a glass cannon: She could scurry around and dish out punishment, but she couldn't really take it! Alaina pulled her up again and held her horizontally across her chest! "All right my royal Etzli, lets bring you on parade shall we?" Alaina said as she lift Eztli up and brought her crashing down across her knee for a backbreaker!

One wasn't enough for this woman.... not by a longshot! Alaina pulled her back into the starting position and walked her around the ring! At each side, Alaina brought her crashing back down across her knee, delivering four consecutive back breakers to Etzli! "If this is the best we can do to challenge me for the title, I am going to be the champ for a long time!" Alaina called out to the crowd whose cheers grew louder with each backbreaker!

After the fourth one, Alaina let Etzli fall to the mat and posed over her, flexing her arms to play to the crowd!

The tide had turned entirely against Etzlicoatl now, with even reality itself joining the forces arrayed against her. It was as if the entire barrage of underhanded offense she'd hit Alaina with in the opening of the match had simply never happened, like some cruel idiot god was conspiring against her. (Full disclaimer: Etzli did not actually believe in any of the stuff in her gimmick, using it strictly as a means of getting noticed, but if she had, she might have given the 'cruel idiot god' theory some kind of credence.)

Existential concerns, though, were secondary to the very immediate physical concerns of her situation, and with every subsequent backbreaker, Etzli's expression changed from "o_o" to "O_O" to "X_X" to "X_X;;;;". When the last one hit, she ricocheted off the champion's knee and turned a somersault in the air, splattering into the mat as the crowd cheered for Alaina's superhuman strength and resilience. In retrospect, it might have been better to bring a hotter chili powder for cheating purposes, but with what AFW paid her, just recreationally buying a ghost pepper was out of the question.

Alaina saw Etzli hit the ground and slumped to the mat. Alaina's fans cheered as the cheater was on the receiving end of the punishment and in short order! Alaina took in the noise from the crowd, feeding off of it. Being cheered was one thing. Being cheered as a champion that the fans wanted to see stay a champion was an entirely different feeling that Alaina had quickly and enthusiastically embraced!

She grabbed onto Eztli's legs and dragged her to the center of the ring. Once they arrived, Alaina rolled her onto her stomach and set in a painful sharpshooter submission hold! "All right girl, just give it up and tap!" Alaina shouted as she moved to set in the hold. "You'd get a lot more respect, and probably better results if you just trained hard. Train right ya know? Just stop doing the cheap stuff!" Alaina said through grit teeth as she did all she could to make the slender woman submit.

As Alaina thought about it, Junko did ask for new girls at the dojo. Etzli hardly fit the bill of an honorable wrestler who wanted to win, to be the best and get there the old fashioned way. As Alaina looked down at Etzli, she did feel like this was one woman who could benefit a lot from proper training, and a proper role model....
