Lightning Tournament Semifinals: Ren Hitasaki Vs. Belinda Northman

Belinda could feel how Ren was pulling the two of them closer and closer towards the ropes, something that caused the blond to grit her teeth as she decided that she had to work over Ren as much as she could in the hold while she still had the chance.

So she decided to try and pull the girl's legs backwards a bit more as she would try and bend Ren's body even more. Trying to practically place the girl's feet against the the back of her head as Belinda tried to lean back as much as she could. " Do you give ?!"

She just laid there and bit her tongue as Belinda continued to keep the hold locked in, though as Belinda tried to bend her even farther backwards, she screamed out in pain, raising one hand and holding it just over the mat, as if contemplating tapping out, but she then chose to continue to try to claw her way towards the ropes, reaching out towards the bottom rope with every inch, at least if Belinda would let her. Her opponent could potentially drag her farther into the ring and lock in the hold again if she so chose to, which would give Belinda more time to try to take advantage of the match, either that or give Belinda more time to torture her into submission.

Belinda didn't try and pull of the hold so she could pull Ren towards the center of the ring, as she didn't think that was a very safe way to handle it. she didn't want to give Ren the chance to fight out of the hold while she pulled her back, instead she tried to keep the painful boston crab locked in...however with each passing second the brunette was making her way closer and closer towards the ropes and Belinda was most likely going to have to release the hold.

" Do you give, Ren ?!" Belinda let out as she tried to convince the girl to tap out, or at least check if there was a chance of that happening yet, though the raised hand just a few seconds ago seemed to indicate that it was a potential way to win this match.

She just laid there then after a while, just barely an inch away from the ropes...she almost wanted to tap out, the pain was just too excruciating, but she was too close to the ropes to give up now. With a final burst of energy, she managed to somewhat lunge for the ropes, her fingers closing in on the bottom rope...she'd need to see a chiropractor after the match was over, since she was fairly certain Belinda had thrown her back out with that Boston Crab, but the match was far from over. ...At least, she hoped it was far from over, even with the amount of pain that she was in now.

Belinda looked over her shoulder and the second that Ren's arms grasped the ropes, she would start to let go of the girl's legs. Like always she was a good and honest face wrestler who kept to the rules, perhaps a bit too much so at times. Though it was a matter of principle that Belinda did not want to give up on. As such, Belinda would step up and take a few steps away from Ren's frame, she'd raise a hand up into the air and pump it in the air, as she'd then drop into the wrestling stance....waiting and stalking Ren's body so she could go in for the attack as soon as Ren got up and moved away from the ropes.

" You okay there, Ren ? You look a little worse for wear." Belinda asked out as she waited for her opponent to move up towards her feet.

She just laid there and groaned in pain once she was free, moving a hand to slightly rub at her back, though after a few moments she'd slowly begin to pull herself up, wincing in pain. "Think that I'm going to need a chiropractor after this match is over..." She laughed slightly, though she wasn't exactly joking. She managed to get to her feet and started towards Belinda with a slight smile on her face.

Hearing Ren's words caused the blond to raise an eyebrow, she would then smile and let out a light laugh. " Oh, already ? If so you might not be able to hold out for long." Belinda responded with a teasing tone, as she'd watch Ren move up towards her with that smile on her face. " Don't disappoint me Ren. We did say we were gonna have a fun match." Belinda let out as she'd attempt to move forward and offer another lock up to Ren, attempting to put them in their first show down in this match yet again.

She smirked at her opponent, managing to lock up with Belinda, although she was exhausted and sore from the Boston Crab, so it was likely that Belinda would be able to take over. "I...I'm a former champion from Oklahoma, I can last..." She grinned, though how long she would last was unknown.

Hearing those words from Ren, caused Belinda to smile and nod her head. Liking this girl's attitude and conviction to stay in this match. With the two of them now in a lock up the blond would try and force Ren back a step or two, before attempting to then try and slide out of the lock up and slip towards the side of the red and white clad girl's.

" That's the spirit! " Belinda genuinely let out with a bright smile on her face.

If she could do so then the blond would attempt to wrap her arms around Ren's body and hug her side close to Belinda's front. She'd take a deep breath before she'd attempt and lift Ren off her feet and then try and throw her brunette opponent down with a belly to side suplex!

She grinned as Belinda accepted the lockup, though as she could feel arms wrapping around her from the side, she squirmed a bit and tried to elbow Belinda in the face to stun her, hoping to free herself if it worked. But alas, she didn't have much room to elbow Belinda...
