Lightning Tournament Semifinals: Ren Hitasaki Vs. Belinda Northman

Belinda was a real face wrestler, as long as there was a rule for it she would do her best to abide by it as well as she could. The crowd seemed to like that most of the time, though every now and then there was the screams that it was stupid to follow the rules so strictly and so on. However, Belinda didn't care so much, this was the path she had chosen as a wrestler and would stick by it as long as she felt it was right.

Sometimes it confused other wrestlers too, how much Belinda would follow the rules, the standard of AFW was to follow up at all times, not to back down and things like ropebreaks were fairly unknown to be followed unless it was something like a submission move or the like. Still, Belinda followed it.

That's why she backed away and waited for Ren to come at her. Something which the brunette did soon enough, closing the distance between them, Belinda thought they were perhaps going to be locked up into yet another tie up or test of strength from the way that Ren moved and, and as Belinda herself tried to lunge forward for it, she was instead met with Ren side stepping and moving in to lock Belinda into a side headlock. " Oh?! Annngh..." Belinda winced out in surprise as her head was ceased, her cheek pressed up against the side of Ren's modest breast. Her hands moved down, placing her palms against Ren's hips as she attempted to push and try and find a weakness in the girl's hold on her head.

She let out a giggle as her attempt to pull her rather cute opponent into a headlock was successful, though she wasn't going to keep the headlock going long. She then attempted to twist herself, while at the same time trying to trip Belinda, in a headlock-takeover, though it meant that she was in a bit of an awkward position and not entirely on balance, leaving herself somewhat open for a counter attack.

Belinda's hands gripped at Ren's hips, sliding up and down around the shapely frame of Ren as she tried to find a way to break out of the hold...which was something she found as she was starting to get pulled by Ren as if the brunette was trying to pull her along for a hip throw.

The blond grunted a bit as she'd attempt to place her feet firmly against the mat and wrap her arms around Ren's waist, trying to pull Ren up off of her feet and into the air. " Hyaah!" Belinda'd yet out as she'd try and throw the two of them backwards in an attempt to counter the headlock-takeover by trying to slam Ren's neck and shoulders first down upon the mat with a backdrop suplex!

As the blond cutie managed to counter her attempt at a hip throw and lift her up, she'd squirm and try to elbow her way out of the suplex. "No no no no no..." She managed to get out of her mouth before she was slammed almost on top of her head, groaning as she then attempted to roll towards the ropes, holding the back of her neck. It had hurt like hell, even with the ring's padding...being dropped on one's neck and shoulders was still quite painful. She looked at Belinda with a slightly bemused smile. "That wasn't very nice." She jokingly said in a slightly child-like voice, before giggling softly to herself.

In the suplex Belinda felt a sharp elbow smack into her head, it had caused her backdrop suplex to perhaps not be as good as it should have been, fumbling a tad with the landing...still it seemed to cause enough damage, for as when the blond pushed up towards her feet she saw Ren roll off towards the ropes.

Belinda would look on, raising her arms and getting ready for the rest of the bout. Though when she heard Ren let out those words, the Swede would shrug her shoulders and throw a light smile towards her opponent. " Oh ? that elbow counts to that too." Belinda let out teasingly as she'd attempt to close in towards Ren, she didn't go in right away as Ren was by the ropes, but she attempted to move in and get ready to strike the second the brunette went away from the ropes.

She grinned and managed to pull herself up along the ropes, then started to head over to her opponent, her arms up and ready to strike.

Belinda eyed Ren as she watched her opponent move up towards her feet. She waited for the brunette to get her arms up before she'd start to inch her way over towards Ren. The two girl's seemed ready to duke it out even more and that was just what Belinda wanted right now.

So far she was quite enjoying Ren, the girl was friendly and seemed rather fun...it seemed as if Ren would be the kind of the girl that Belinda could easily be friends with, and she was fairly easy on the eyes.

Regardless, Belinda would move in, attempting to step forward and then drop down low trying to tackle Ren's legs out from under head and attempting to take the girl down onto the mat. If she could do so then the blond would try and use those legs and tuck them in under her arms, before trying to turn Ren over onto her stomach and step over the girl as she'd attempt and lock in a quick boston crab submission hold!

She blinked a bit and then fell onto her back as her legs were taken out from under her, then as Belinda tried to put her in a Boston Crab, she shook her head rapidly, struggling to attempt to free herself but she wound up flat on her stomach. She tried to press herself up on her elbows to drag herself to the ropes, having no idea what else to do at this moment.

Belinda struggled as Ren did the same, doing as best as she could in her attempt to roll the girl over onto her front, which soon happened. Belinda managed to roll Ren over onto the stomach, where she'd attempt to seat herself down on the lower back of Ren and start to bend her backwards in order to pain the girl's backs and hips.

" Got you!" Belinda let out as she'd try and bend that body of Ren into a C-shape!

She just laid there underneath Belinda's form, crying out in pain as she was almost bent over completely backwards, trying to claw her way to the ropes to break the hold. If she couldn't...she hated to think of what could happen. Even as a former champion back in her former league, she couldn't begin to think of a way to reverse the hold, not with how much pressure was being applied right now.
