AFW 10th Birthday, Summer Splash and new belt

I said earlier I'd only be up for the tourney if I could do something else on summer splash. No one really corrected, so I simply asumed that I could.

However, if I can't be a part of Summer Splash at all, unless I am in the Tourney, I think I'll just not do the tourney then and focus on other rps.
