AFW 10th Birthday, Summer Splash and new belt

As some of you may realize, neither forumotion nor informe are the first rendition of AFW... The first ever AFW board was actually created on Yahoo message boards on the 14th May 2005 which means that in 18 days AFW will be having its 10th year anniversary/birthday and we would like to mark this great landmark.

Firstly, we will be adding a new belt to Friction; The Softcore championship belt. This is something we actually coined up about a year ago but never implemented. The championship will focus on matches that are "suggestive", so somewhere in between hentai and standard. We’d expect matches such as smother, topless, wet and messy etc. to be the staple of most of its competitions

But importantly, this shouldn’t be just another hentai belt. It can cater for those who like suggestive scenario’s in matches without actually going right out and sexing your opponent up.

In addition, title matches would have stakes attached to them which can be decided by the members playing. We would really like for the stakes not to just be "make the loser cum" or "make the winner cum" all of the time, although I don’t think we would outright ban that at the present moment.

The holder of the belt will be decided in a tournament which is scheduled to to have its first round starting in Summer Splash, if you are interested in competing please let us know and preferred character so that we can take you into consideration.



On to Summer Splash, we have a number of matches in mind already (mostly championship related matches) but there is still space and with the news unveiled above, the PPV will be a bigger presentation this year then usual (in order to have the first round of the tournament along with the usual Summer Splash matches, it would naturally be bigger in match quantity anyway). So if you have match ideas you would like to play out for the PPV please let us know, as always we can’t guarantee that everyone will get their wish.

As this will be a special presentation of SS for AFW’s 10th year, we felt that the PPV should be held in Japan. But so as not to disappoint people who obviously like having themed matches in specific locations and describing the different sceneries, we have decided that SS will actually be held in multiple locations.

How would this work? Well the base will be in Japan, people who will be having matches within an arena (or don’t particularly care about scenery/location of the match) will be having their match in a Japanese stadium/arena.. Meanwhile, others will have matches set worldwide, televised into the arena back in Japan. AFW is big enough to have such a wide fan base that people will be worldwide at all of these different locations to act as a crowd, even if they are only going to be seeing a couple of matches live.



Finally, for all the photoshop editors out there, we were thinking of having a little AFW banner competition; If you are interested, basically design a logo for AFW with some words along the lines of “Happy 10th Birthday” or “10th Anniversary” displayed in the logo. If we get enough interest in this and you all send me these before the 14th May, we will likely put up the winner as AFWs logo for a period of time

I just wanted to let everyone know that this will be the thread for trying to set up possible SS matches. You can put you're interested in something, putting the name of one of your girls into the tournament or saying you are available.

If it's a specific match idea you have, then you can PM me so that people don't see the match that's being created, but otherwise, post generic stuff here.

I just wanted to elaborate on the belt a little more. It is designed with sensuality rather than eroticism in mind where suggestive and humiliating matches are the preferred choice.

We want the loser of these match types to have to perform a penalty that should be more humiliating than anything. It shouldn't just be a sex display or being forced to orgasm. Things like worshiping someone's ass after getting put out by a face sit smother, or having to endure a public spanking. Perhaps being dressed up in a degrading costume, like being dressed up like a dog and having to be led around by the leash while barking.

For the tournament, we'll be posting a generic stipulation which can be interpreted as the members see fit.

For example, round one will be smother matches and the stipulation will be worship of a body part.

Remember, though, that nothing posted here guarantees anything. We'll do our best, but don't automatically assume that just because you post, you for sure have the match going into SS.

That tournament sounds pretty awesome. I'll throw Victoria Archer in there for consideration.

I don't think that tournament is for me, my preference is straight up matches. But I've got nothing booked for this PPV, and would be more than happy to do a match for it.

With that in mind all of my friction wrestlers are available, although I've done nothing with Hayley or Xiao so I'm not sure how effective I'd be at RP-ing with them on a stage like this. I'd really prefer Lucy Grange for this though seeing as how I'm the most comfortable with her.

So yeah if anyone's interested in doing an match just send me a PM and we can talk about it further, or YIM if you've got me there.

I may be too new of a member to be considered for the tournament (hello, by the way, everyone!), but if possible, I'd like to involve Mikayla Pryor in it.

Welcome to AFW. Mikayla's profile looks pretty great. We should talk about doing a match sometime. (I've got stuff for Summer Splash, but definitely some sort of match outside of it!)

Just to be clear, you will be able to ask us mods for slight variations in stipulations which we will review, I mentioned before the kind of matches that would be involved in this championship so hopefully that is an indication to people unsure if they would like this style of matches or not (this belt won't be for everyone afterall, but I'm sure some will enjoy ^_^).

Kawaii's are welcome to try and go for this belt too (kawaii's are welcome to go for any belt really, although it doesn't happen too much)
