Entropy Title Match! "Amazon" Alaina Sanders vs. Gwendolyn DuPont Bettencourt (C)

Alaina moved in, ready to yank Gwendolyn back up for a spinebuster. However, as she got close Gwendolyn caught her by surprise! "Wha----Ungh!" Alaina muttered as her leg was kicked out, sending her flying face first at the ring steps!

Alaina slammed her head off the corner of the steps! She flopped onto her back, staring straight up at the sky in a daze! She went to rub her head, feeling the blood that already leaked from her fresh cut, rubbing it across her forehead. She kicked the ground in pain as she held her head looking much less like a vengeful amazon than she had just seconds ago. Now she looked like a bloodied title challenger clinging to life in the most important mach of her career!

Gwendolyn rolled to her side to avoid Alaina's trip and fall, once again clambering back up to her feet using the ring apron to steady her self. She winced in discomfort from the lingering discomfort in her back, slightly hunched over while the Amazon writhed in pain from having her forehead gashed over the sharp edges of the steel steps. No doubt kicking herself for being lulled into a false sense of security by the heiress' one woman performance.

The match was not going as smoothly as the heiress envisioned, underestimating the Amazon so far was costing her greatly with her abused spine now a definite weakness to exploit. Peering over to Alaina smearing the crimson liquid over her face, Gwendolyn grit her teeth in utter frustration at how much trouble she was having keeping Alaina under her control. She knew full well the implications of having Alaina work her over like this, someone whom Ace had nowhere near as much trouble putting away.

Literally seeing blood in the water, Gwendolyn stepped over the languishing fan favorite and methodically wrapped the sharply threaded rope once around her fist. In a gruesome reenactment of a notorious segment in her Entropy Title match, Gwen sat herself down on her opponents' abs and with one hand gripping Alains locks would ceaselessly strike Alaina's bloody forehead with the coiled bull rope scratching sharply and adding more wallop to her blows. If Alaina wanted to know what Ace had to go through that fateful night in Switzerland, she may finally be getting an idea...

Alaina wasstill out of it when Gwendolyn mounted her and began to punch her for all she was worth! At first Alaina offered no resistance, getting painfully pounded and screaming in pain! Blood flecks flew everywhere and her hair was becoming matted with blood as Gwendolyn kept hold, continuing to punch!

Alaina finally bro ugh her forearms up to guard as best they could although Gwendolyns solid hold of her hair didn't make this easy! Alaina wasn't in a panic yet, but she was on the devensive, only able to react at best with Gwendolyn back in the drivers seat!

"Damn you.... you tricky bitch...." Alaina muttered in frustration as she did her best to guard against the onslaught, although lots of damage had already been done.

Not long after Alaina's forearms began deflecting Gwendolyn's blows the heiress leaned back and breathed the fire out of her heaving chest, panting heavily as she gradually came down from her rage fueled pummeling. The coiled and bloody rope drooped off her slackened hand while she picked herself up off Alaina, a vice like grip in her crimson mop of hair to persuade the Amazon to rise up along with her.

"See?...*pant*...History does repeat itself...*pant*...Now I can leave you in the same pathetic manner I left Haley that night~..." With a vicious tug Gwendolyn would roll Alaina back under the ropes, following soon after her back inside the ring. She was thoroughly exhausted at this point with Alaina's power moves taking a greater toll than she could have anticipated, knowing full well she needed to end this match before the Amazon could muster another comeback.

Striding up behind Alaina as she got back to her knees, Gwendolyn would slyly wrap Alaina up in a side head lock and hoist her back up and into a bent over position. Stomping her feet as she wrenched in the head lock, the heiress would take off full speed for the middle of the ring before leaping into a seated position to implant Alainsa's blood matted face into the canvas in a running bull dog attempt!

Alaina was groggy from the drumming her face just took, and was like puty in Gwendolyns arms. She was a bloody mess, and fading fast. Z0She didn't want to just roll over and quit though.... even if she didn't even have the energy to stand on her own right now.

Alaina could only grunt at Gwendolyn's taunts, and she was powerless to stop the bulldog! Alaina's face bounced off the mat, leaving a wet red stain where she hit! She rolled over onto her back, kicking the mat in pain as she bragged her face in her hands! "Nnnngh...." Alaina whimpered as she found herself on her back, trying to simply muster the energy to get up.

Implanting Alaina's crimson-soaked face immediately evoked cries of sympathy for the Amazon, Gwendolyn sitting upright with a smile on her face as her opponent writhed on the canvas like a petulant child. Gwendolyn would waste little time in turning over towards Alaina and draping her body over the Amazon's for the first pin attempt of the match, hooking one hand underneath Alaina's leg and clasping her hands together behind her neck in a cradle pin attempt.

"1!"

Alaina didn't know where she was for a second, ut snapped back to it when the referees hand hit the mat!

"D-damn it!" She growled as sne began to struggle against Gwendolyns pinfall attempt. She went from dazed go totallh alert, her adrenaline surging as she id her best to keep crom losing here and noow!

"Two!"

Alaina thrust her legs and shoulder up as hard as she could, finally freeing herself as the referees hand wemt back up and even began its descent a third time! Alaina was hurting, and she narrowly kicked out..... from here on she had no room for error whatsoever!

Gwendolyn unhooked the pin and rolled to her knees when Alaina bucked out of the pin attempt. She combed her hand through her golden curls as she took a minute to steady her nerves and consider her next plan of attack, panting heavily with her hands on her hips. Alaina narrowly escaped that last pin attempt. One final nudge would push this giant over the edge, and with blood in her eyes impairing her visibility...

The heiress grew a devilish sneer as she arose and steadily strode with a slackened pace from her back pains until she positioned herself against the ropes behind Alaina, now hunched over with an intense glare burning itself into the Amazons vertebrae as she awaited the Amazonians steady rise back to her feet. Several audience members screamed their lungs out in their efforts to warn Alaina, though all the noise may have only served to disorient her even further.

If unimpeded, Gwendolyn would bide her time until Alaina turned towards her before performing her signature ballerina twirl and attempting her dreaded super kick finisher, Colère de Dieu, across the bloodied cheek of the battered Amazon!!

Alaina stirred and heard noise from the crowd, although she couldn't make out anything specific. Alaina felt as if she could get back to her feet and keep fighting. She had to. If she blew it, she would let down Taylor..... Ace..... and herself. Alaina felt a surge of confidence as she committed herself even more to not letting anyone down. She was going to get up and win this match.

Alaina worked her way up to her feet, wiping away the blood to get a better look at Gwendolyn, ready to take the fight to the champ! Alaina turned around just in time to see Gwendolyn rushing at her. Alaina's instinct took over as she moved towards Gwendolyn, dropping down on her stomach at the last second. She felt the wind from the superkick going straight over her head as it barely missed knocking her out!

Alaina knew she was behind Gwendolyn, and rose her adrenaline surge as well as the crowds cheers, getting back to her feet. She wrapped her arms around Gwendolyns from behind placing her in a full nelson hold. She wrenched the hold as tight as she could before putting everything she had into lifting her foe up, and bringing her back down onto her neck and upper back! Alainas scream of effort as she slammed Gwendolyn drowned out the crowd for a split second, echoing throughout the arena! She kept her back arched and maintained the bridged position to pin Gwendolyn!

ONE!

The referees hand hit the mat, and the crowd chanted along with it! Alaina knew that she had given it everything she had, and to her this pinfall attempt was starting to feel like an eternity.

The front row audience would probably feel a slight breeze from Gwendolyn's whiffed kick, accompanied by the whooshing sound of thin air being sliced by Gwendolyn's now dreaded super kick finisher. The unchecked momentum nearly sent Gwen toppling to the canvas face first from the loss of balance, now wide-eyed and flailing her arms to the side to avoid the comical pratfall. Though once she reestablished her wobbly footing with a a relaxed sigh, the sudden feeling of Alaina's muscled arms coiling under her own in the full nelson brought back those panicking urges...

"...*hugh*...UN...HAND...ME!!!" Gwendolyn's arms dangled limply above her as the Amazon reinforced the hold and bring about elevated pressure from the interlaced fingers behind the heiress' neck, her head now bent low enough that her drooping golden curls shielded her anguished face from the audience. Her half-hearted struggles to break free grew weaker in the draining hold, the heiress practically limp in the Amazons clutches before the sudden sense of elevation and jarring impact on the back of her head effectively quashed any hope of escape.

"...nnnnngh..." Once again hunched over with the entirety of her body weight weighing down on her neck, the full nelson suplex rendered Gwendolyn completely inert!! The upside down and clearly rattled heiress was mumbling incoherently with a scrunched up face while the ref slide into place to confirm her shoulders were down and initiate the pin count!!

".....1!"

"..............2!"

However, once the ref began pounding her hand against the canvas, it was immediately noticeable to anyone with eyes that the official was taking inexplicably lengthy pauses in between counting!! Cascading boos echoed throughout the entirety of the stadium at the unprecedented sight, the ref clearly up to three and a half in a normal count before the heiress would just barely scrounge the wherewithal shoot out her legs and crumple to the side!!

"Two!!" The clearly crooked ref stood vigilant in her decision towards the frothing mad audience, sticking up two fingers to the timekeeper and to Alaina to reaffirm them the match was still continuing!!
