Exciting news

Today is the offical ending day of the first round to the tournament, however due to the problem we had with the board previously that prevented most people from posting for 4 days, I'm going to extend the deadline... I would like to start the next tournament round at the beginning of a weekend when everyone will have time (hopefully), so the extention will only be for the 4 days that was lost and hopefully I can come to a judges decision by Friday

5 of the matches have finished and 1 has called in a forfeit... out of the other 2 matches I think realistically that only one has a chance of finishing although it would be hard pressed..

I've selected the matches for the next round of the tournament, this time I tried to use my own intuition about matches and possible storylines... Alas I don't know all the characters as well as I should, so sorry if you ended up with a match that isn't as good storyline wise as another possible match you could have had:

The match deadline is today... By the looks of it due to Talimaya's (Kayla) inactivity, ROHFAN101 (Athena) will go through as the winner by default, I doubt much more will happen on that match by the end of today... The match between wrestleryu (Yuko) and Raiye (Shanari) still goes on at the moment, I don't really won't to rush the match to a conclusion but I may likely have to put in a judges decision on the match to move onwards. I'll give them the rest of the night and make a decision tommorrow.

The official start date is tomorrow Friday 26th June (in order to start ready for the weekend ahead), sorry there is no lead up time like last time... End date is Sunday 26th July

Tatyina, Akashi's player is still internets deprived at the moment I think. Since Talimaya is inactive, you could theoretically swap the matches around.

I did consider that at first but I had forseen problems if Talimaya and Tatyina didn't post at all but by the end of the month either 1. they were both still inactive or even worse 2. they were BOTH active (who would I pick to go through?)

What I'm going to do is change the matches, but if neither of them get back by the end of the month fully active, a free spot is going to open up which I will give out at my discretion... If both of them get back fully active I will choose the one that got back first and is most stable (likely not to go inactive)

Yatori has picked up a concussion after her defeat by Masane and so can not continue (Yatori has forfeited his place because he can't keep up with the tournament at the moment). And so I have chosen Riana Helstrom to continue on in the number one contendership tournament if Hawthrone accepts the place, taking Yatori's place. The new match arrangements are below:

Was the masane helena match done in pm? cause I know both are on kinda often and I was looking forward to that match and I didn't see it on the boards. >.<

I noticed that in some of the matches there is varrying estimation of how tired their characters should be. By now everyone should be fairly exhausted, I don't want to see advantages gained by players RPing their characters as full of energy while the other person is plays realistically and therefore loses cause of it.
