AV 14 Dark Match: Avery Shields Vs. Eka Guramishvili

Eka's wink was undeniably attractive despite Avery's precarious and compromising position--hell, maybe their current position made the gesture even more alluring. However, Avery stubbornly steeled her mind against the thought. The determined redhead instead forced herself to view the teasing gesture as nothing less than an open challenge. Eka's confidence was flying high and the riled crowd was further emboldening the fierce Georgian, was Avery really going to just sit there and let Eka bat her eyelashes and pummel her into submission?

The answer, of course, was a resounding, hell no.

The pinned teenager's brown eyes ignited with a flickering flame as Avery huffed and shifted vigorously against the forceful weight behind Eka's hips. Abruptly, the fiery redhead would hug the Georgian's hip tightly before outright heaving her opponent right off the middle ropes that had served as her perches. Suspending and unbalancing the Georgian's weight precariously, Ave would manage one great thrust before dropping her hoisted foe directly into a dead fall--dropping Eka backwards to collide face-first into the top turnbuckle. Ave would release her grasp upon impact, twisting and careening to the side of Eka's crash landing.

It was a cruel reward for such a cute wink, but this was Avalanche, baby! They were both playing for keeps in this ring!

Eka was slow to react as the redhead shifted her weight. Too slow to do anything about the fact that her face was about to collide with the turnbuckle. Her nose hit it first with a thud and she fell down to the mat. She wiped her nose and found a gentle trickle of blood. The iron underneath the padding of the turnbuckle did her no favors and Eka closed her eyes. Why oh why did she think that was a good idea. This was a submission match, not an aerial assault, and Eka felt foolish in going up like that. She forced herself to open her eyes and try and claw her way back to the winning position in this match.

Eka moaned as she rolled over to try and get up. Her first attempt ended with her right back on the mat. Eka's strength only allowed her to get up slowly and with great effort. The crowd and Avery wouldn't be blamed for thinking Eka was a zombie with all the groans she was making. A tumble of raven hair concealed her face and obfuscated her view. She had no idea where her opponent was as she slowly became more and more upright.

Avery sucked in a deep breath and used the ropes to spring herself agilely up on to the top turnbuckle. Atop the ring post, the fiery redhead crouched low like a lioness preparing to pounce upon it's unsuspecting prey. Eka was feeling the pain, but Ave was far from finished with the reeling Georgian. The daring tomboy threw a fist confidently into the air, working the hyped crowd further into it's frenzy, before she suddenly launched herself right into the air from her high perch.

"Booooya!"

Avery's exuberant battlecry would likely be the only warning the Georgian would recieve as the high-flying redhead flew straight at her. Ave would clash directly, yet elegantly, with the her dazed opponent. The tomboy's arm would immediately hook and secure a tight headlock on the Georgian before Avery swung her hips with her soaring momentum, literally twisting and turning Eka sharply into a one-hundred-and-eighty degree motion. Avery's flourishing maneuver would end abruptly with the tomboy's weight furiously planting the Georgian head-first into the mat with a stunning Tornado DDT!

Eka felt the strong arm coming down around her neck and then saw the mat coming up to cause her pain. Stars floated in and out of her vision as her head was racked with pain. A sharp "Ahhh!" pierced the room as Eka's cry of pain reached the last row. Avery had hit the move perfectly and sent Eka out of the match for the time being.

Eka hung on to consciousness as best she could. All of her matches had a bit of back and forth and this one was getting out of hand. Two blows to the head, especially from a woman as talented in causing pain as Avery, would have sent a lesser woman to La La Land. Eka had been there once or twice and foudn the trip to be less than pleasant. She roused herself as much as she could. Her body was face first on the mat, and Eka tried to pick herself up once again.

The fans, Avery, the rest of the known universe might have been a thousand miles away for all Eka knew. The only thing going through her head at the moment was pain and suffering and shame. Not only was she forced into the turnbuckle- she was hit with a blindsiding Tornado DDT. Eka prayed that what was coming next wouldn't be as torturous...

Avery could hardly contain the surge of exhilaration that washed over her. Having shifted up to a kneeling position, the teenager pounded the mat fiercely in triumph and she once again quickly pumped a fist into the air. The furor of the crowd only bolstered the teenagers fiery spirit. In truth, the top rope Tornado DDT had been a risky maneuver and, yet, the brazen redhead had climbed the turnbuckle and taken her leap of faith without even a second thought. It was a little bit crazy, Ave couldn't help but admit--though the daring stunt had clearly paid off.

Now was not the time to get lost in retrospect, however! Eka's devastation was apparent, it was finally Avery's chance to slap the Georgian with a submission hold of her own.

She'd waste little time shoving the raven-haired youth over on to rest along her back before Ave swung herself to sit heavily across her opponent's sternum. Once situated, she'd attempt to pull Eka's head--and face--up to firmly press against her shapely hips. The Georgian would feel the crook of Ave's knee "biting" firmly at her neck as Ave scissored her opponent's head and, also, captured Eka's arm between her flexing thighs. With her mounted triangle choke complete, Ave would relentlessly attempt to sink her hips into the dangerous hold and outright choke the Georgian forcefully into submission!

Eka's prayers went unanswered and Avery slipped the triangle choke on with ease. She clutched at the woman's leg, trying to wrench it away and buy herself some more air. Tick tock. The hold was brutal in its effectiveness and Eka wasn't getting out without some ingenuity. Her thoughts were rushed and panicked and she was running out of time as she thrashed against the hold.

Her face's proximity to Avery's hips made her hips an even deeper shade of red. She clenched and unclenched her fist, trying to push off against the redhead but Avery's leg held her in. Tick tock. More time Eka had no air. Seconds closer, vital seconds, to the time she would have to tap or risk getting knocked out. Eka's head was still spinning from the blows she had just received. She couldn't think clearly. And even if she could Avery's grip was vice-like and the hold had a brutality to it that made her want to shriek. Tick tock. The only thing stopping her was the leg around her neck.

Eka grunted. She was showing signs of life and wasn't ready to tap just yet. Tick tock. But every second she was in the bind was a second closer to the inky blackness or an embarrassing defeat by submission.

Tick tock.

There's no way she's escaping, Ave. You got this!

It was a confident--perhaps, even cocky--thought, but Avery's execution had been flawless. The fiery redhead was intimate with the potency of a properly applied triangle choke and the Georgian certainly wouldn't have been the first foe Avery had conquered utilizing the dreaded hold. The tattooed youth would hardly be discouraged by Eka's desperate attempts to pry herself free from Ave's constricting thighs. Instead, the tomboy shifted both of her hands to grasp the back of Eka's trapped head and pulled the girl's chin forward--burying Eka's pretty face firmly into her hips while she intensified the crushing hold. The gesture felt especially gratifying with consideration to the despair Avery had endured while trapped in Eka's torturous, if impressive, figure-four headlock. Now, it was the Georgian's turn to experience a fresh, new, world of pain! It was only a matter of time before she tapped or succumbed to oblivion.

Ave's anticipation seemed to grow with each beat of her racing heart. A genuine thrill touched the teenager and threatened to overwhelm her otherwise disciplined focus. Eka's fate was surely sealed! All Avery needed now--more desperately than anything else--was the stubborn Georgian's signal of submission...

Eka's held her hand over the mat. It would have been so easy to just tap to get herself out of this. Her hand came down ready to bring this match to an end....

But she held her hand just above the mat. No, she wasn't done yet. There was still time to mount a defense and and try for a comeback. Eka shifted her weight to the right, and then pulled around all the way to the left, flipping both of them over. No more thrashing, no more clawing at Avery in vain. That wasn't going to get her out of this, that wasn't even wrestling.

She put her free hand on Avery's leg and pushed, wiggling with all her might. The roll might have caused a loosening grip which Eka banked on to get her out of this. It occurred to her that the fans would create a million gifs and hoot and holler about her shaking her hips as she wiggled as well as the fact that she was face down between Avery's hips but that didn't matter. She made one last attempt to pull her head out, one final bid for freedom before she knew she would have to tap for sure.

It seemed Avery was in for a rude awakening. With a surprised yelp, the teenager found herself fiercely jostled and rolled on to her back from her commanding mount. With her red hair wildly flung to mat along her sweaty and freckled visage, Ave would endure and manage to keep her triangle choke intact. However, it would become clear that Eka's abrupt defensive measures had caused her grasp to slip and, unfortunately, weaken the hold. Flat on her back, the determined redhead desperately clamped her thighs and lifted her hips in an attempt to reaffirm her crushing hold while Eka threw everything into wiggling and prying herself free from the dreaded vise.

Unsurprisingly, the alluring sight of two sweaty, athletic, women locked in a desperate--and provocatively positioned--struggle proved to be a much appreciated spectacle. Cheers of excitement and flashing cameras erupted from the brimming arena. The reaction was amazing in comparison to the kind of applause they had been receiving when the stadium was just beginning to fill!

The tense moment would conclude with the hip-shaking Georgian finally receiving the relief she fought so desperately for. With a stinging amount of reluctance, Ave would disengage the futile chokehold before hastily tucking into a roll and giving herself some distance from her opponent. Rising to her feet in the momentary respite from battle, Avery huffed with frustration as she brushed away a few stray tresses from her sweaty face.

"Ugh, I'm not going to lie. I thought I had you there," she'd offer a soft sigh, though a roguish smile soon touched her lips. "But that's alright, I'll get you for sure next time."

Eka breathed deeply getting all of the sweet air she could. Her chest rose and fell and at an allegro before slowing down to an andante. She saw Avery's sly smile and smiled back. "It was good, I will say this." Eka gave Avery a quick shrug. "But nothing is for sure here. And I am not so unsure myself..." She stuck her hands out in front of her and made herself ready. Avery just laid a shellacking on her but she wasn't out of it yet. This was still winnable.

Eka moved forward, meticulously, slowly, eager to find any sign of weakness, any opportunity to attack. She moved to the side. Time to see if Avery wasn't too tired to move around. Eka wasn't exactly a spring chicken at the moment and no one could deny that the match had taken a lot out of her. But she was still looking for something, for anything, to try and secure the final submission.

Eka took one last step and offered a clinch. Time to go back to her roots.
