Far From Home

Lina just gave him a ¬_¬ look. Lita had a feeling that he didn't really mean it and mentioned "She hasn't found me anything lately so you're not the only one." Lina gives her the same look but adds "Don't you start." She does lightly whack Jay in the back of the head though. Lita tells her that in addition to this they also have friends in common, in addition to other events, but everything's good between them.

While they talk Lina makes a phone call. It sounds like she is trying to arrange transport for Jay and them to go somewhere. It doesn't take her long and when she hangs up she and Lita share a secret kind of nod and she tells Jay everything will be ok. Lita opens a door that wasn't there before and that has a funky glow coming from it and Lina shoves Jay inside and they follow. When they come out the other side Jay can hear two somewhat familiar voices in the distance. "Ever been to Canada before?" Lina asks him with a grin.

"I'm still not sure if I should trust you given what you just said." Veldaris tells him. "You'll be walking a thin line if I take you. A very thing line."

He nodded, "I understand that, but I need to know. Also, ever since you broke up the ceremony, Jay has been and will be in danger for a long time. The cult is called the dawnguard, dedicated to destroy vampires... like me." he looked down as bloody tears came to his eyes.

Jay lightly winces in the small pain of having lina whack him a good one on the back of his head for his joke. He hears from Lita that she was more than just someone Lina managed. The two were also semi-good friends, it seemed. "Ah, thats cool...." Jay watches as Lina walked off for a moment to talk on the phone. He didnt know what she was saying or who she was talking to, but it sounded as if it pertained to the problem at hand.

He would eventually follow the two to a door. When it opened, Jay instinctively backed up. "W-Wait! lina, where does this--ACK!" He couldnt finish, his manager having pushed him. He lands of his face, groaning. The lion hears where they are and became near mortified. He was.....Back in Canada....

"Wait, where in Canada?" he asked, just to make sure.

Before either Lina or Lita could say anything, Jay can hear those two voices from before getting closer.

He went to the door, almost running, "We have to go. They've found Jay." he said as his voice became nearly hysteric.

"Settle down you." she points her crossbow at him for a second to get him to shut his mouth before realizing that might not be a good thing to be doing in a situation like this. "Who found him?" She did know where Lita's was and figured they'd be safe there, but did not know they left. "Start talking."

"I'll tell you everything when we find Jay, now lets go!" he pretty much screamed at her before kicking the door down and running off.

Before he can take she grabs hold of him. "Whoa there horse, slow down." she tells him as she takes him to where Jay is, at least from what she thinks. On the way there she demands to be told everything before they get there. But when they get to Lita's everyone is gone.

Jay got up. He didn't care too much for the voices. "WHERE are we?! I demand an anser. Y-You can't just take me across the world without my permission and--God....that sounds weird...." Jay calms down a bit. "Geez....L-Lina. Just tell me where we are." The lion looks around tto try and get an idea. He hoped that Vel would be okay, and also had to wonder the fate of John.....

Lina shook head with a grin as the two came closer before telling him they are where her friends Daisuke and Sion live, which they are now closer to them and they notice each other. Daisuke asks Lina what brings them here and Lina mentions that Jay's being chased by some kind of freak and they want to hide out here for a while. Daisuke looks a bit concerned with what Lina said but seems to have no problem with it.
