Ninjette vs. The Mask - Dogfight

Ninjette rose up and started circling him, moving around each other like two lions in a care, ready to strike, any second, anytime. She kept tight, barely moving with every feint, keeping her eyes locked. "Come on, mystery man." She did a quick step to the side at a feint, before sliding back into position, resuming her stance. Arm held out, flat, like a knife's edge. Walking on the balls of her toes, feet tight like a spring, coiled and full of energy. "Stop holding up the wall and dance with me, come on..."

The tension - ha! - got the better of him and he burst forward, coming at with full speed. She prepared to spin around and give him a hook kick in the back as he passed, but he must have seen that one coming before she even tried, sliding in and catch her legs with his, bringing her to the ground.

She fell forward, but managed to get her hands up at the last second and save her face from getting even flatter than her chest. Looking down, she tried to pull her foot out of the leg scissors and use it to give Mask a well-deserved kick in the chin.

There was a thud on the ring, followed with a round of cheers from the spectators. The take down was successful, but Ninjette was tougher than what he expected as she pulled out a leg and gave him a kick on his chin in retaliation.

"Goh!" The Mask grunted as he was slightly knocked off his opponent, his scissors loosened allowing Ninjette to escape with ease.

He wouldn't allow that, though, at least not easily. Rolling onto his knees, the masked fighter would throw himself forward, attempting to catch one of his opponent's legs and moved it aside. From there, he planned to shift himself into a seating position, before wrapping both his legs around the ninja girl's own, trapping her in a kneebar. She got his arm, he's aiming for her leg. A limb for a limb. That might also help him to slow her down quite a bit.

She was free, but she wasn't out of the woods just yet. The Mask was looking to make this a ground war, keeping it about submissions. Interesting choice. She had the advantage with her flexibility, but he was the stronger between them. Made things dangerous. Tense.

She liked it.

She managed to escape his hold and scoot away, but she didn't get too far before he moved and grabbed her leg, putting it in for a nice kneebar, locking it in, nice and tight. Going for her legs, no question there, that was the good play. If she was forced to rely on hand to hand, this could get ugly in a hurry. She was fast with her hands, but she didn't want to lose any tools. Not with him.

She cried out in the hold, enduring it for a moment, before she went for an escape - swinging her body around, she tried to use the momentum to her twist leg out of the hold and pull her slender thigh out from between his bigger two, looking to get free in a single, smooth motion.

The Mask held onto Ninjette's leg as tight as he could, or tried to for as long as he could. When she swung her body around, though, he was slightly dragged along before eventually losing the limb of his opponent, drawing a displeased growl from behind his face cover. Rolling onto his arms and knees again, the masked fighter decided to get up this time and reached for the back of the ninja girl.

His aim was to grab the back of Ninjette's attire and pulled her up forcefully. It might be easier to target that pony tail of her hair, but he went for the clothes. What followed it up wouldn't be as nice, though, as The Mask was attempting to turn her around and catch her head in a side headlock, as his plan was to take her down with a DDT.

That was close. Much, much, much, much too close.

She hadn't entertained the thought much before now, because she didn't have much of a fuck to give on the subject, but now that this guy was showing some skill she had to wonder what rock he'd been hiding under. She hadn't watched every single Tension match, but she was getting around to going over the more important ones, and she had a hard time believing that a guy with this much talent could slip through the cracks. Weird. Too weird.

Kozue didn't have time to dwell on it, though. She started to get up, but the guy was on her fast,turning her around and bullying her into a headlock, the start of all sorts of nasty things - like the DDT, which smashed the top of her head into the mat with a dull thwack, her body flipping forward and coming down on her back, grasping her head as she rolled around. "Damn it, stop winning!"

"Wooohh!" The Mask let out with both fist pumping up to the air after she took down Ninjette with the DDT.

Some of the crowds roared in response, and even if he couldn't hear their voice, their expressions and gestures were the only thing he needed to look at. He rolled around and went for the nearest turnbuckle next, climbing all the way to his favorite position, the top, and pumped his fist up again. It's pretty clear that he's going for an aerial strike here.

Howling from the top of the post, The Mask quickly jumped onto his target, the ninja girl and flipped mid air as he aimed to hit his opponent with a Somersault Leg Drop. He planned to follow it up by hooking the girl's leg and pin her afterwards, but first he had to succeed in hitting Ninjette.

Head spinning. Dizzy. Slight ringing in her, not at all helped by the crowd's roar.

She couldn't help but smirk at Mask's little war cry, though - at least someone was having a good time. Hell, she was too, it just didn't feel that way physically, was all.

Unlike him, though, Ninjette was deaf, and she sure as hell wasn't blind. That DDT hurt and a Aspirin or two would've been lovely, but she saw him going to the turnbuckle, climbing up and taking aim. Death from above.

He leaped, flipping through the air in a...Somersault Leg Drop? Great execution. She was always partial to splashes and sentons, herself, but she might give it a try sometime, see the effects. She had no intention of finding out how damaging it was firsthand, though, so when he came down she quickly jerked up, cutting it so close that his falling leg went through her rising ponytail.

There was a thud that made the ring rumbled as The Mask landed on the mat, but he hit nothing but empty space. That made him let out a rather agonized howl while rolling to the side, his rear and legs taking quite a sting with that failed strike. That was always the risk with high flying moves, although it would twice entertaining if they hit. If only.

The fall wasn't enough to make him limp, but it still made the masked guy went for the nearest ropes in order to pick himself up. It gave Ninjette some time to recover or even strike back, as The Mask himself needed to recuperate from his rough fall for a while.

"Uoohh..."

"Yeah, I know, sucks." She started to stand up as he howled with the pain. "Better get used to it."

Her first instinct was to close in and lower the boom down on him with some strikes, but she got a much better idea, remembering something she'd seen in a the message boards. She'd used Rey Mysterio's 619 twice in previous matches, enough that her fans were starting to call it the 201, throwing back to her homestate of New Jersey. And as the Mask used the ropes to pull himself up, he was getting into position...maybe...if her timing was right

"Nogutsnoglorynogutsnoglory..." She broke into a run as the Mask grabbed the middle rope on his way up, leaping in between the top and middle ropes, grabbing hold and slingshot back into the ring as she swung around, bringing it to him with the tiger feint kick and tapping into her inner Rey Mysterio.

The Mask was just got up to his feet and still holding on them when he was suddenly struck with a kick. Down he went again to the mat, rolling around holding his chest while groaning in pain. At least he didn't have to listen to the crowds who's cheering for his opponent now. The Mask held to the ropes just in case Ninjette went for a pin or a submission hold, knowing that he wouldn't be able to fight back effectively in his current state.

Should he was allowed some time to recuperate, the masked fighter would pick himself up again, but only after he made sure that the ninja girl wasn't around to pull the same trick on him.
