Bunny Bunny Bear Bear

Veronica didn't really react as Minney grabbed her hand and pulled her inside to the apartment unit, feeling indifferent to the girl's behaviour. In fact, there wasn't a need to react. Even before she could answer Minney's question on whether she wanted tea or not, the girl just decides to make tea anyways without knowing the bunny girl's response. 'Is this how she always acted?' She thought in her mind, sighing to herself as Minney went to get something.

As Minney returned with a bunny doll that is known as Kousagi-sama, her eyes slowly widened. Her eyes fixated on the stuffed animal, drowning out everything else in the world around her. And at that moment, everything came back to her. She remembered everything about herself. Her arms flopped to her sides. Tears dwelled the corner of her eyes.

"Kousagi-... sama..." Veronica then slowly looked up at the other girl. "Sis... ter?..." She muttered. Suddenly, she dropped to her knees and started to break down, sobbing as her two hands, now shaking and trembling intensely, clutched her head. She remembered how much she suffered; no, how much the two of them suffered together.

Minney took a step back when she saw tears well up in Veronica's eyes. Why was she crying!? Minney didn't know at all! Worse yet, she seemed to fall tot he ground and start crying profusely. "N-no! no no no!" Minney said, shaking her head. She knelt down and tears started pouring out of her eyes as well, though she didn't look like she was crying at all. The tears seemed to stream down her cheeks in spite of her almost placid face.

Minney put a hand on Veronica's back and pushed up the bunny rabbit sop the button nose kissed Veronica's cheek. "What's wrong, V-chan!? You can tell Kousagi-sama, I'm your best friend!" Minney said in her best impression of a bunny voice. She hadn't even realized she had called Veronica Vi-chan. Her own mind just filled int he blank subconsciously when she didn't have an actual name for the girl.

"Kousagi-sama loves to give you hugs and kisses!" She said again in her best impersonation as she pecked and nuzzled at Veronica's cheek with the stuffed bunny.

"UWAH!!" Veronica continued to cry, her own tears streaming down her cheeks. Her body was now trembling as well, almost as if she was all alone. But all of her trembling stopped when she felt Kousagi-sama press against one of her cheeks, a gasp escaping her wide-opened mouth. Slowly, her free hand would grab Kousagi-sama and embrace it closer to her body, looking up at Minerva to see her apparently crying too. At least the good thing is that Veronica stopped crying, having calmed down considerably.

With both bunny dolls in her hands, she used it to wipe off her tears, taking off her glasses as well with a couple of fingers from one hand. Another couple of fingers from the other hand would pull down her hood. "D-Do you remember now? Do you remember me... Mine-chan?" She said as she looked up, her eyes more opened compared to her Veronica persona and her face more innocent looking. "I'm... Victoria Ci Britannia... Your friend... and your sister."

"M-Mine-chan!" Minney gasped as Veronica said her name. "N-No one calls me th-that...' Minney blinked rapidly, tears flowing down her cheeks still. But when Veronica said her full name, and that they were sisters, Something in Minerva's head clicked and she opened her quivering mouth.

"V-v-v-vi-ch-chan?!" She said. She then threw herself at Veronica. "Waaaaaaaaaah!" She balled, now relentlessly wailing as she hugged her body against Veronica as tightly as she could. "Vi-chan, Mine-chan missed you so much! W-Where did Vi-chan go!? Why did she leave Mine-chan behind!?" Her voice sounded much more immature now. It seemed like she was back to her old self and helplessly cried against her xsister. "Mine-chan was so lonely, she didn't know what to do at all Waaaaaaah!"

Veronica eyes widened when Minney just threw herself to hug the girl's body, everything in both her hands dropping to the floor below. Tears started to dwell up once again, the bunny girl trying to contain it as she softly embraced her now-found sister. But she simply couldn't, choking up on her own tears as her embrace started to become more tighter and intimate. "M-Mine-chan..." She muttered, before she gasped at Minney's last question in shock. It was then that she started to break down once more, sobbing uncontrollably.

"I-I-I'm so sorry Mine-chan!!! I promise I'll never leave you again!" Veronica yelled out before she returned back to her uncontrollable cries, burying her face into Minney's shoulders as the two girls cried it all out.

Minerva squeezed Veronica with all her might, afraid that if she didn't hold on tightly, she'd lose her sister again. "Oh, vi-chan! Waaaaah!" She cried. "Don't apologize, you're here now!" She whimpered and began to plant affectionate kisses along Veronica's neck and cheek.

"We're sisters forever, nothing could separate us for very long." Minerva pulled away and placed her palm against Veronica's chest and grabbed Veronica's hand and placed it against her own, blushing as she reached up and wiped away Veronica's tears. "Mine-chan is crying because she's happy!" She said, smiling weakly at her sister.

Even despite this tear-filled moment, Veronica's cheeks started to blush as Minerva planted her kisses along her neck and cheeks. Her sobbing started to calm down, regaining a bit of her control as she took deep breaths. Her sister's words acted as encouragement to her, and it definitely helped, filling her heart with assurance, relief and happiness. It reminded the girl of what's really important. Veronica would pull away the same time Minerva did so.

"You're right..." She muttered softly, letting Minerva grab one of her hand and place it against the girl's chest, the other girl doing the same in placing her hand against her own chest. Her heartbeat was racing intensely, and she probably felt the same rapid rhythm from Minerva's heartbeat. The bunny girl would wipe the other girl's tears away with her free hand, showing that the two thought of each other very closely and with the same caring mindset.

"L-Let's... catch up... in bed." Veronica would muttered softly once again, her face blushing even deeper as she turned her head to the side to hide her embarrassment.

Minney's eyes widened as she watched Veronica's face carefully. She inspected it thoroughly and felt the heart beat. Her own was racing just as quickly and when Veronica spoke, Minney gasped as if in shock, taking a deep breath and almost recoiling. Her cheeks flushed greatly but she only nodded softly and gently as a smile twitched at the edge of her lips.

"H-H-hai." She muttered and turned, keeping their hands locked together as she pulled Veronica away to her bedroom. Inside was the humongous stuffed bear as big as the two of them, Kuma-sama, as well as a plethora of other, mostly rabbit themed, stuffed animals with the spot for Kousagi conspicuously bare now that he was away from his resting place.

"It's been a while since we had a sleepover, Vi-chan!" Minney said with enthusiasm. Minney grabbed Veronica and set her on the bed. She then smiled brightly as she stared into the girl's eyes. Minney's happy face seemed unquenchable and she hugged Veronica with all her tiny strength!

Veronica gasped in an off-guarded moment as Minney started to pull the girl away to her bedroom. When both of them got inside, the bunny girl's eyes widened with glee, her mouth hung wide open in shock as she saw all of these stuffed animals, especially the rabbit dolls. Her feelings for them uncontainable, she was about to run off and get a closer, personal look at each and every one of those rabbit dolls, if it wasn't for Minney grabbing the girl and setting her on bed, surprising Veronica. Instead, she was turned to look at Minney's face, a face full of happiness and joy for this miraculous meeting.

Then it hit her mind. Veronica's eyes started once again to fill with tears. After all this time, even if Minney didn't know it at that time, she was thinking of the bunny girl for years. The majority of these stuffed animals being bunny-themed proves it. The girl embraced the tight hug with open arms, and she too would hug as tightly as she could, not wanting to let Minney go away from these arms of her's. "M-Mine-chan..." She said with a slight sob, as she fell backwards onto the bed, bringing the girl down with her onto the bed.

"oof!"

Minney grunted when she flopped on top of Veronica, still holding her tightly as she laid on top of her. She continued to squeeze, humming as she did. "Mmmmmmmm!" After her arms loosened, she sighed pleasantly only to see tears at the corner of Veronica's eyes.

She pushed up to her hands and knees, straddling Veronica as her face hovered over her sister. "Vi-chaaan!" She said with bright, happy eyes. "Now why are you crying! Don't tell me that you're still sad now that we're back together again! I'll have to make you happy!" She said and started to tickle Veronica's sides while giggling foolishly.
