Jamie Valentine vs Lucky Uchida

Jamie had nursed her wounds from her last short, humiliating match in what was to her a nice hotel room, listening to Chali 2na on her stolen iPod and eating microwaved pizzas. She tried and tried to figure out how her stupid idiot slutbag opponent had cheated, because she must have to beat Jamie, but by the time her Friction money started to run dry and it came time to return to hustling on the sidewalk, she had figured it out.

Blossom hadn't cheated. She beat Jamie because she was big and strong. Jamie wasn't big, and she wasn't strong. She wasn't good at wrestling, either, so maybe Friction wasn't the best place for her. She was good at a lot of things, but maybe the only one that really applied to fighting was... running away.

But she wasn't going to run away. She was still so much smarter than all these retarded gym class heroes that it would be an outrage if she quit. She was going to fight again, and she was going to win.

When she strolled into view and the crowd saw who she was, a collective groan swept through the stands. And she didn't even care! With a florescent pink yo-yo in each hand, she wrote the letters "FU" in the air, and then skipped merrily down to the ring. She left the yo-yo's in the corner so that the ref wouldn't take them away, and stood waiting for her opponent.

Lucky was feeling the butterflies in her stomach as she bounced up and down on her heels. She always felt nervous until the moment she stepped out into the arena. She was an experienced veteran bit she was a rookie int he AFW. A newcomer having her first match. And she wasn't making her debut against another rookie. The girl had a few matches and a solid enough record. "I just don't know..." She said with a soft sigh. "I hope she's watching though."

Lucky squealed when the hard hand slapped her shoulder and the fingers dug into her hard and roughly. "Ha Ha Ha!" The obnoxious laughter came from behind her, invading her ear as Macky Ueto pressed herself firmly against Lucky's back.

Lucky shrugged herself off of Macky and furrowed her brow. "Thanks for coming, Macky-san." She said as her face softened.

"Good to see ya kickin ass again! Ha Ha Ha!" She said, grinning even wider. "I just wanted to see ya off!"

Lucky nodded and then flashed a smile. As she turned around, she stepped through the entrance ramp and her face was completely different. She slid in and stretched almost robotically. The fans were cheering for her a bit, some curious to see how the transition would go. Others seeing if she had some ring rust. After stretching, she lowered her head, keeping her eyes focused on her opponent as she waited for the bell.

Jamie kept one hand on the satchel on her belt while she watched the top of the ramp. Her eyes narrowed in anticipation of whatever idiot loser-dork was going to fall victim to her brilliant plan. For once, she was completely confident that her plan was going to work, and she was going to win.

And then, all at once, her confidence was shattered.

Her eyes widened. She gasped, and her open mouth became an enormous smile as she began jumping up and down and shaking her hands excitedly. She's coming out to M.O.P.!!!!!!!!!!!! She let out an ecstatic squeal of a scream.

And then, all at once, her glee was smothered.

Her eyes widened again, this time in horror, as she realized the implications. Clearly, this was no idiot who had the good taste to choose the Mash Out Posse to accompany her to the ring! This was a frickin' genius! And she was tall and big and strong looking, and she had a real wrestling outfit and boots, and it looked like she'd really wrestled before. She was probably even good at it!

Her grip on her satchel tightened, and she shifted uncomfortable from foot to foot while sweat began to appear on her forehead and her palms. She still had to go through with her plan. It was her only hope.

"H-hey," she said to the ref, and to Lucky. "Just so you know, there's nothing in my bag, okay? So like you don't need to worry about it. Just forget it's there, okay, I don't have anything in it. I left my yo-yo's over there." She pointed at her two pink yo-yo's laying under the turnbuckles as if they were deadly weapons. "I'm definitely not going to cheat."

Lucky watched as Jamie tried to hang onto the bag and even claim she wasn't going to cheat. The Ice Girl was in no mood to have to deal with shenanigans and it definitely seemed like that was what Jamie was after. Pretty poor ones too, from the looks of it. While Jamie did her best acting job, Lucky cleared her throat and looked at the ref. She motioned for the referee to come over and when she did, Lucky held out her hands and one boot and motioned again.

The referee nodded and quickly patted Lucky down, making she she had no foreign objects. Once the other leg was checked, Lucky looked back at Jamie. She was going to lead by example and the ref nodded. What was good for the goose was good for the gander.

She stepped towards Jamie and motioned for the bag. "No foreign objects." She stated brusquely and held out her hand for Jamie to give her the bag.

Jamie stared at the ref like a deer in headlights, until she reached for the bag. She turned away to protect the satchel from Grabby McGee.

"BUT I ALWAYS HAVE THIS! NO ONE EVER TAKES IT! I'VE NEVER HAD ANYTHING IN IT, I DON'T THINK!" She wailed in high-toned protest, but it was no use. She unbuttoned the bag to remove it from her belt, and handed it to the ref, who discovered a pair of brass knuckles inside while Jamie blushed.

She pouted in her corner, staring across at Lucky. "ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?" She screamed indignantly, just as the bell rang and stirred up the bees nest in her stomach. She tentatively stepped out toward the middle of the ring, wary of the blue-haired wrestler.

Lucky kept her cold eyes fixed upon Jamie as she burst out into a screaming fit. She acted like she was being drug off to an execution. And when the ref poured out pair of knucks, Lucky could only believe that the girl may just be about to. it was certainly possible that both her victories were earned through nefarious means. But perhaps she was just sadistic. It seemed that ran rampant throughout this particular league and Lucky would have to be extra cautious.

When the bell finally sounded, the grappler wasted no time. with one hop, she used her momentum to gallop to the center of the ring while Jamie cautiously approached. Lucky crouched when she was close enough and launched herself at Jamie, looking to throw a shoulder into the girl's gut and hook one leg with both of her arms.

"Guess not..."

Jamie tried to tell herself everything would be okay, but she was distracted by the charging woman who was trying to take her head off. Or something, she didn't stick around to find out what it was. Rather than trying to dodge, she turned and ran.

"AAAIIIIIIEEE!!" She shrieked, and fled around the perimeter of the ring until she was as far away from Lucky as she could be. "Ref! Ref!" She flailed a finger at Lucky. "Check her! Check her, uh... place where she could be hiding stuff! Or..."

She drew a deep breath and tried to calm down as much as she could. Her life was at stake! She couldn't just spaz out. She gave Lucky her best approximation of a tough look. "A-actually... I was just messing with you. I'm actually really tough. I'm pretty much undefeated, so you should be scared. So... are you ready yet? Or are you too s-scared?"

Breathe, Jamie. Breathe.

Lucky grunted when her knees hit the canvas. Her shoulder plowed into nothing and her hands only grabbed onto air. She watched Jamie run to the other side of the ring and wag at her. Lucky kept her cold stare and then looked at the ref who shrugged.

Lucky snapped her attention back at Jamie. If the girl was tough, then that would help Lucky establish herself even more. That's exactly what she wanted and though she smiled inwardly, her face remained stoic. Lucky stood up and inched closer to Jamie before taking a running dash and trying to drop kick the youthful coward.

Okay, Jamie though.

She looked at Lucky, and the cold blooded murder in her eyes, and lost her nerve. "OH YEAH?" She yelled, but Lucky hadn't said anything. "Um..."

Okay. Here she comes.

"AAAAIIIIIIEEEEE!!!!" Jamie shrieked, and ran away again, this time out of the ring. She ran around the ring to the far side and peered over the apron at Lucky. Then she looked down at her yo-yo's, not far from Lucky's feet. Then back at Lucky. Meanwhile, the ref wasn't wasting time counting Jamie out.

"One, two, three, four, five..."

Lucky bounced off the ring mat again, once again hitting nothing. She hopped up as she watched Jamie scramble away again. The audience was starting to get a little restless now, and a few boos percolated through the audience. Lucky stood back up and moved tot he center of the ring. She crossed her arms under her chest and looked at Jamie.

"If you aren't going to wrestle, stay out of the ring.' She said in a cold tone. She was here for business. Jamie, it seemed, was not.
