I think what he thinks of as an elite society are the people that post a lot, use proper grammar, and only post with each other. They don't exist, by the way. Every person here is here to have fun. Have you tried asking people to RP with you? Maybe I'm naive but to use Kitten as an example. She posts a lot and is really good at it. You should try just asking her to RP with you. I don't think she'd flat out turn you down unless you abandon posts if you're losing or something.

I don't know why people feel entitled to other people's time, though. People do what they like, and most people would love new people to do it with, but not everybody does the thing that someone is looking for. It's natural that people would rp with people with similar interests or styles.

that's a fair argument. I just meant that I'd hope that the people i look up to would give me one or two chances to rp with them. But obviously some people just want to stick to their comfort zone. There's nothing wrong with that.
