They sorta do. I'm just trying out the particulars, but if anyone wants to throw their hat in the ring, I'll still accept offers.

I'll consider gwen as an alternate for now in case other things don't work out.

Each round will have a one month timer. 5 points will be scored for each country that finishes a match on time with the final round being an SS match!

Remember, that doesn't mean that FWC is over! Any country still has a chance to win points all the normal ways:

1 point for posting a finished thread started past Jan.1 2014
2 points for posting a finished thread that has [Friction World Cup] or [FWC] in the title and was started on or after Feb 1. 2014
3 points for posting a finished thread that has [Friction World Cup] or [FWC] in the title, was started on or after Feb 1. 2014 and has FWC appropriate subject matter. i.e. it is specifically mentioned in the thread. There is a battle of the countries match, etc.

ALSO! The country with the most points by May 30th will be the host country of this year's Summer Splash, so keep on keeping on!
