In Past Times

Cougra would raise her hand as she excitedly said, "Oh yeah, me too, me too! I have to get some food in my stomach to wake me up for the day. We have lots to do today, so I say we get changed, wash up, and head to the diner right away!" Saying this, she would jump out if bed and tried to find the restroom so she can wash herself up for the day.

It was very shocking to her that neither of them wanted to partake in the violence "Its a good thing you two aren't like them,John and Cougra..." .Maybe because many girls here only watched anyway,so Anampo assumed that for Cougra.Ryan was just a young kid,same age as Conza (Though Ryan was almost a foot taller). Anampo clapped her hands together. "Alright,to the diner!"

Cougra was right,they needed to wash up at the least. "The bathrooms under the stairs on the first floor." She looked out the window,towards the forest now. "Huh....What's a house doing out in the meadow? Was that there before?"

This was the house created by the paradox of having Cougra,Ryan and Alibaster needing to liive somewhere in that time period.As Alibaster already found out,paradoxes were solving themselves the moment they needed to be solved in.

"Thanks, I'll wash up and join you shortly." Ryan said, with that he'd move downstairs and sit at the bottom.

When Cougra was done Ryan would enter the bathroom and take his top off to wash himself.
Then it occurred to him, he couldn't remember if he had extra clothes or not.

"I probably do, need to hope that Alibaster had altered the time line so that we brought stuff with us." he thought to himself.

His gaze turned to the window and he too saw the house, with Anampo's comment Ryan had a feeling that Alibaster had something to do with it. But did she know him? He didn't feel like the morning was the right time to bring up something like that.

"Wonder if that guy's done something.....Nah better not think about it." Mr Knight was a bookworm, but he didn't know much about time. He'd then tidy up his bed and get his shoes on.

"Just need to remember where I put my stuff." he muttered aloud to himself.

The bathroom had all of the normal things,sink,shower and a toilet.It was just...A bit small.Barely big enough to move around in.Anampo shuffled around upstairs after making her comment about the mysterious house that was in the middle of the meadow.She began fixing her own bed and trying to fix up Cougra's,if she would allow her to.A small knock on the door prompted Anampo to turn around.She called down to Ryan: "John?! Can you see who that is down there?"

Upon opening the door,Ryan's question is answered.A box laid itself on the ground before the door.It was a box of clothing.A note attached read: "Paradoxes,appreciate them.You have until noon before another jump." In the box were clothes for the other two.No trace of Alibaster was left behind.

"After we're done here,we can go to the diner.They serve almost anything that you desire in the breakfast department.How does that sound,guys?" Anampo asks Cougra while fixing up the beds.

Cougra would find the bathroom hearing Anampo's directions and enter to close the door and Elgin washing up for the day. She brushed her teeth, washed her face, and even fixed up her hair so her signature cat ears can go on. Soon, she came out in a hot pink tank top, jean pants, and black sneakers along with her cat ears. "Your turn," said Cougra to Ryan so he can go in next.

The cat girl would meet with Anampo again as she saw that she fixed their beds. "Wow! Thanks so much! This place looks a lot nicer now." Then she added, "Hopefully, Ryan doesn't take too long. I'm starving!"

As soon as the thoughts were in Ryan's mind again he heard the sound of the door "Sure I'll get it." he muttered to Anampo as he headed downstairs.

Ryan frowned upon reading the contents of the note, a heavy sigh escaped his lips but he said not a word.
He picked the box up and stuffed the note in his pocket, making a mental reminder to show Cougra it as well.

He opened the box and took out a plain black shirt, that was all he needed as his jeans and shoes were fine.
Mr Knight brought the box upstairs with him and set it on his bed "Just some clothes that were left in my luggage bags." he said forming an excuse as he stuck the shirt on.

"I'm ready to go if you two are." Mr Knight would say while rubbing the back of his neck.

Anampo smiles as Ryan came back up the stairs,seeing that it was for him and Cougra.She didnt bother to ask who sent the box,it hadnt really crossed her mind to do so. "Oh,alright then." As he was putting on a shirt,Cougra came back up and made note of how nice the beds were made. "Thanks.I like to keep things tidy,Cougra."

Looking at the both of them,Anampo slipped on her moccasins.To Cougra,they werent the old and worn ones she knew.These were before that.The same,but new. "Alright,I think we're all ready.Lets go." She began walking down the spiral staircase that had hung so close to the wall. :"They stop serving breakfeast at 11,so we have plenty of time."

She would lead the two of them towards the diner on the other side of the small town.Now,where the sounds of childern were screaming,they could all see that Nick was following behind an oblivious Jay.

Cougra was surprised in seeing Anampo's moccasins again, but they were actually brand new before they became older. Of course, Cougra won't mention that, but it was worth seeing for the time being. Once Ryan joined in, the party was all set for the diner. They immediately went downstairs to head outside and make their way to the diner. Cougra sure was hungry and she didn't want to be kept hungry. Very ill-advised.

On the way, they noticed a couple of familiar guys. "Nick? And Jay? What are they doing here?"

Ryan remained silent, the content of the note running in his mind. "If what that note said was true then I don't have long left, dammit I hate it when I don't know what I'm doing." he thought to himself.

He was snapped out of his line of thought by Cougra saying that Jay and Nick were nearby. The other children were all playing and doing their usual thing. "Jay hasn't seen Nick yet, has Jay actually let down his guard? Around here, it just seems unusual." he muttered to the two girls. He would then lightly bite his lower lip and wait to see what happened, ready at a moment's notice.

Anampo also took notice of Nick and Jay.The taller boy,dressed in brown stumbled while following Jay.He fell down on his face behind a bush and yelped.Jay turned around briefly and looked.But....He eventually continued on.Nick would get up and follow him towards the forest.

"I think he's curious.Jay stays in the forest all night,and comes out in the mornings.Like,he lives there.But,Im sure that he doesnt.....Right?" Anampo asks,trying to confirm her assumption with her two new friends as they all walked. "Those two go at each other like cat and dog,I swear.."
