Mud Match - Cecilia Northman vs. Sabre

Poor Diane yelped as she was tossed back down into the mud, knowing she was defeated. Filthy, groggy, and barely able to move, she knew she was going to be sore for a while after this ordeal. Reduced to a mere trophy, she had to lie in the wet mud with a foot on her chest, watching Cecilia pose smugly and listening to the insults.

It was horrible, but it maybe wasnâ€t as devastating as it might have been. With her face smeared in mud, she had the consolation that no-one yet knew the girl behind Sabreâ€s mask. Maybe when she did recover from this, she would have a chance at making the audience cheers her own.

For now, though, they cheered her rival. She was left on her back in the muck, badly hurt and with a long, arduous road ahead of her.
