He forgot to note that MISUSING semi-colons shows that you didn't actually attend class.

Huh? There's nothing wrong with semi-colons. If full stops and commas want to team up, let them. It's like the punctuation Avengers.

Also, does anyone even care about college attendance any more? It's not the 70s. We've stopped bothering to pretend that the place is being run by clever people.
